After the CDC explodes, Daryl gets separated from the group and finds himself on a bizarre and dangerous adventure that culminates at the Greene Family Farm.

The two men must reunite with their friends and show them the men they have become and help their new and old family get to know each other and deal with new problems as they arise as they build their new home and try to save as many people as possible. Trust, will, and love will be put to the test as they return home.
