Mineta Minoru didn't start out a bad person he wasn't a good person either but he got pretty close to one over the years. He definitely wasn't the monster the news calls him now. Growing up was strange, especially when it was with villains that didn't act as villainous as you would assume them to be. They were very caring, however odd they were some times.
