"Doctor, what is wrong with my brother?" Mycroft demanded. "I'm afraid that with any head injury as serious as this one there is always a chance that there will be some damage to the brain. Unfortunately as I told your friend here we have no way of knowing if that is the case until Sherlock wakes up." After and accident on a case can John help Sherlock recover?

In sad circumstances, Sherlock meets an old friend from his childhood. Realising the strength of feeling between Sherlock and John, can she persuade them to admit how they really feel about each other?

Sherlock goes to the hospital because of yet another drug overdose. This time, though, he's fallen farther than he's actually thought. Not only is Sherlock focused on healing physically and mentally, but also his relationship with his flatmate.

Sherlock was lucky to have friends like that, friends who cared about him. But if you asked Sherlock, he would say he's lucky to have Mycroft for a big brother.
