Mycroft is finally done watching Sherlock screw up because of his drug habit, especially after botching a crime scene. He sends Sherlock to Willowbrook Rehab Center in hopes of finally fixing some of his brothers' bad habits. Dr. Watson is called in specifically to deal with Sherlock. As the two struggle to find peace, they find there's more to helping than counseling.
