What's worse, is his frequent encounters with a looming figure of a man and this new illness he's contracted. Could all these things be related or has his brilliant mind finally cracked?

It's been three years since the Reichenbach Fall, three years since Harlequin met John. Suddenly, her father's criminal empire is collapsing around her, as though carefully planned, and enemies are closing in. Desperate for survival, Harlequin and Sebastian decide to flee London and take it upon themselves to find the source of their troubles... Before the source finds them...
