This is loosely based on "The Adventure of the Empty House" but I'm adding and taking away some stuff. John has been trying to deal with Sherlock's death, in more than one way, but one night Sherlock comes back to go after the last of Moriarty's men. (I know I'm not very good at this summary thing, but there's Moran, Jim, and an OC psycho).

Sherlock's neck and the front of his white shirt was covered in blood. His fingers slippery and crimson from the blood. His eyes were wide in shock, he had his head pressed against the ground. He was gasping for air. But the only thing that happened was that his mouth was filled with blood. It run down his cheeks, down his jaw. I don't own anything, bbc does. could be read as slash

Sherlock always seems to be insensitive, especially where John is concerned. Awful summary, I know. No smut.
