With Sherlock gone, a delirious and tired John tries to conjure up a reason to keep on living in the form of writing letters to his deceased best friend. When those letters continuously go missing after he leaves them at Sherlock's grave, John is left wondering who is taking them, and just who is saving his life when he doesn't exactly want it to be saved in the first place.
