Based on a post I found that wondered what it would be like if Sherlock returned after the Fall out of the blue, and it took John a while to really process what had happened.

To anyone who knew them well, they were a conjunction: John-and-Sherlock, Holmes-and-Watson. When one has lost a connate part to oneself, how can one proceed? Post-Reichenbach. Ficlet.

Months into being together, Sherlock decides he needs to conduct a bit of a survey to ensure he's pleasing John appropriately. John is satisfied in every aspect except - he lets slip that he wishes Sherlock would talk dirty. Rated M for naughty reasons and Sherlock's dirty mind. Johnlock.
