Molly is finicky and in a state of panic all day at work. Sherlock decides that he has had enough and he needs her to tell him what's wrong so he can try to help her. They go to her home where she spills about a text from a mysterious number that she had received. -referenced trigger warnings / also lots of exasperated cussing-

Molly's family is in desperate financial need. Sherlock is desperate to outwit the terms of his late Grandmother's bequest. When the two meet, it's obvious they're the solutions to one another's problems; Molly will pretend to be his fiancee, and he'll help her find a husband after he's received his inheritence.
