With the Human-Covenant war now concluded, Human and Sangheili both look to escape the past. The desert world of Carrow was to be that escape. However, when a human outpost is established next to a Sangheili keep, an unlikely pairing will either bring the two species together or start another confrontation that neither side is prepared to fight. Reach Fell. Noble Six and Kat manage to get on to the Pillar of Autumn. Installation 04 is found, and so Six and Kat are dispatched along with John-117 and Cortana to the mysterious Ring. For as long as they still live, Noble will survive. Alternate ending of Halo Reach and events of Halo CE.
