Chapter 2: The Cyborg of Justice

"What could be causing a mosquito outbreak plaguing our nation this year. We'll ask Mr. Kim who's a mosquito expert and written several books on the subject." The news anchor replied as the alien hero was reading his book. It was pretty hot in his room so he left the door to the balcony and curtains open.

"Thank you for having me. These mosquito's belong to an entirely new species as we know nothing about them." Mr Kim the so called 'mosquito expert' explained.

"Some expert." He replied as he rolled his eyes.

"What good are you get him off my show!?" The news anchor yelled angrily as he threw Mr. Kim off his show, he quickly regained his composer, "How interesting, let's take a look at our map."

Ben gazed up and saw a map of City Z the City he lived in, "Mosquito outbreak, huh? If it comes down to it I'll stop them if need be." He replied as he wrapped his arms around his head and laid against his bed. He gazed at his ceiling for a few moments when a high pitched buzzing noise filled his ears. He looked around and noticed a mosquito got in, 'Oh great.'

The mosquito landed on his right arm, without hesitation he slammed his left hand onto it, but the buzzing continued as it flew from under his left hand and onto his leg. He smacked it once again, only for it to fly away unharmed, when it landed on his nose. He smacked himself in the face. Thinking he took care of that problem, high pitched buzzing interrupted his thoughts as a tick mark appeared onto his forehead and he gritted his teeth in anger, "So you wanna play! Let's play with Heatblast!" Ben immediately activated the Omnitrix and scrolled through the holograms of his aliens and found Heatblast, "It's Hero Time!" In an emerald flash Ben was transformed into a lava molten man, with fire coursing throughout his body. His face was a fire with molten rock as his face, sporting the Omnitrix badge in the middle of his chest, "HEATBLAST!"

"Let's play dodge the fireballs." The Pryonite yelled in annoyance as his hands ignited into balls of fire.

In City Z, a huge swarm of mosquitoes flew over the various buildings looking for there next prey. When suddenly large sirens started blaring through the city.

"This is an emergency evacuation warning. Threat Level: Demon." The female voice announced into the empty streets of City Z.

As the warning was being announced a figure was walking by and came across a flock of crow corspes that were zombified. He stood over them with a scowl on his face. He wore brown boots, dark denim jeans, and a white T-shirt, but this man was different from regular people he was a Cyborg. He had pale Caucasian skin, blonde hair, yellow eyes, and dark robotic greyish arms.

"Please evacuate as soon as possible." The warning continued. As the Cyborg gazed out he saw a giant swarm of mosquito's hovering over the City, "No resident is to go outside under any circumstances, please remain indoors."

His scowl was replaced with a glare as his yellow eyes started glowing brighter, "Target Acquired." He replied in a serious tone.

Glass could be heard throughout the empty City as it soon followed by an evil chuckle. A man no older than 25 was robbing a store. He had a tanned complexion had blonde hair, wore a beanie, black shirt, white gloves, white pants, and black shoes. He was holding a crowbar in his left arm. He was walking out of a jewelry shop with a large bag of stolen goods.

"Thanks to that warning, they're all empty. Like anyone's dumb enough to believe there gone die from a mosquito bite." The man chuckled cockliy as he gazed at his large bag of stolen property, "What's the harm in a little blood when I get to walk away with all this."

In the distance a black swarm was rushing towards him and blew past him in a blur knocking his beanie straight off his head.

Confused on what that strange gust was he looked around, "Was that the wind?" From behind him a large swarm of mosquitoes soon engulfed his entire body. Flying up his pants legs and soon taking his blood. The man soon started panicking as they soon covered his entire body. The mosquito's were quickly draining him of his blood. After they drained every single drop from him, he was left a zombified corpse.

The mosquito's flew above the corpse in a swarm as something in the middle started glowing a bright crimson red. In the middle of the swarm was a pale faced women, with crimson red eyes, she had a giant mosquito helmet head, stinger, and antenna, her arms were like a prey mantis's, she had short choppy white hair, a blood pouch above her butt and wore a skimpy outfit covering her assets. She also had wings allowing her to fly like a mosquito, "Come on guys, that simply wasn't enough blood to satisfy my needs. Now go get some more for me." She replied feeling hungry for more blood. When her eyes widened slightly.

"Target has been acquired." A mechanical light voice interrupted her as he blasted a stream of flames at her from behind. On instinct she dodged the attack swiftly, "I see, you make the mosquitoes suck the blood and then take it all for yourself. You must be controlling each one with some sort of signal. That would explain there mysterious behavior, so if I were to get rid of you will the swarm disperse as well." He explained as a giant swarm of mosquitoes formed behind her.

She giggled excitedly, "Our next meal is here. Go drain that fool dry." She commanded as the mosquitoes soon raced towards the blond haired man.

They swarmed him like a hurricane, swirling around him trying to drain him of his blood, but come to find out, that he's a Cyborg, "Incinerate." He spoke as a large explosion fired from his hands annihilating the swarm in a matter of seconds.

The Mosquito Queen gasped in shock and anguish as her soldiers were killed in a matter of seconds.

"I will eliminate you, stay right where you are." He replied as the hole in his hand started charging up.

She chuckled darkly, "You believe you can eliminate me? Then go on and try!" She shouted as her pupils dilated and her voice darkened. Soon an explosion blasted outwards catching her off guard.

Heatblast was standing in his room as it was currently on fire and he'd fix it later, but right now he had important matters to attend to. He gazed around looking for his cunning opponent. When the high pitched buzzing resumed making Heatblast explode in anger as he shot multiple fireballs at the annoying pest.

"WHY WON'T YOU DIE!" He yelled as the heat started intensifying melting more of his anime figurines, his Sumo Slammer collectibles were ruined, his books caught on fire, his bed sheets were on fire aswell. When he stopped he looked around searching for that stupid mosquito when an annoying high pitched buzzing resumed. The Pryonite lost it as he exploded with anger, "I'LL KILL YOU!"

With a blast of speed, the blonde Cyborg ran full speed up a building. Using his firepower, he blasted off the building towards the Mosquito Queen. He threw a punch at her, which she dodged. She raised her armed like claws and swiped at him, which he blocked then using her other arm swiped at him again. Which he used his right arm to counter it.

The coils in his arm spun rapidly turning blue as he bounced off the Mosquito Queen and onto a nearby building, he recoiled off the building with a slight help from his firearms and shot at her like a torpedo. He threw a punch with his right as she blocked it with her mosquito like arms. She smirked darkly as she used her other arm and smacked him downwards. Using his firearms to slow his descent he spun around rapidly landing on the ground gracefully. He held out his left arm, "Incinerate." He stated as a blast of fire shot out of his arms heading towards the Pest Queen.

With a flurry of speed she dodged every single one of his Incinerate blasts while heading towards him at alarming speeds. She smashed him head on, as her stinger grew longer revealed that she took his left arm.

"Maybe a leg next time." She chuckled lightly as the blonde Cyborg looked at his missing robotic arm. She quickly gasped as she noticed something was missing, looking down she saw that both her legs were gone, "What the-? What happened to my legs?" She asked shocked as her legs were torn off.

In his right arm, he held both the Mosquito Queen's legs and tossed them aside. Wearing a deadly glare on his face that he wasn't playing around.

She tried flying away when the right firepower in his arm charged up, "Futile." He sent another blast of fire at her when a second swarm of Mosquito's appeared saving her from the blast, "You cannot escape from me."

"What the hell is that guy?!" She stated angrily trying to gain some distance from that psychotic Cyborg, "He'll destroy me if things get anymore hectic." She smiled sadistically as she licked her lips, "The towns people may be hiding, but there are lots of tasty animals to feed on. That's it my little ones, come and empty your delicious juices into me." She stated grandly as third swarm of mosquitoes swarmed around their queen delivering another round of blood for her.

Soon a large orb of mosquitoes swarmed around her as the orb started growing larger. The one armed Cyborg quickly found her.

'So many, if she's been collecting blood from the whole town, as well as the surrounding area. Then it maybe more than a simple food source for her. I should end this as soon as i can.' He thought as he started charging up his right arm, but a voice broke his concentration.

"GET BACK HERE YOU FUCKING PEST!! I'M NOT DOWN WITH YOU!" A hulking voice replied angrily as a fireball soared by the blond Cyborgs face as he chased after the one lone mosquitoe.

The Cyborg's yellow eyes widened as the lava man got into view. He was at least two inches taller than him, his body was covered with magma, fire was traveling throughout his body, and lastly a strange badge resided in the middle of his chest in the shape of an hourglass it was also green and black, 'What the hell is that thing?'

Heatblast stopped running when he noticed the giant orb of swarming mosquitoes when his eyes widened, "Are those mosquitoes?" His anger and the heat raditating from his body started increasing dramatically, "I get to fry all you suckers at once!" Heatblast started generating a fireball that grew bigger and bigger and bigger till it was bigger than the orb of mosquitoes, "Die." He stated in a dark tone and launched the ball of flames at its initial target.

A large explosion occurred, but at the last moment a blur raced outwards of the blast annihilating the third swarm of mosquitoes, "There no more mosquitoes." Heatblast smiled as he dusted his hands.

"That was amazing." The Cyborg replied as Heatblast smiled at him.

"Sorry, I had to make them bug outta here." He quipped as he chuckled at his own joke. Soon a dark laugh broke the silence between the Alien Hero and one armed Cyborg.

"You idiots." The Mosquitoe Queen stated as she lowered herself, so she could be seen. Her pale skin was immediately flushed crimson red, her pale white hair was long and pink, her mosquitoe masked head had spikes running in front of her hair. She had large dark red spikes on her shoulders, her black skimpy outfit was soon replaced with crimson armor, her legs regenerated, as the talons on her arms grew longer and sharper, "I no longer need my tiny little helpers." She smiled darkly as she slashed a nearby buildings and reduced it to rubble, "Look at how strong I am!"

The one armed Cyborg gasped as her sudden display of strength and knew he was outmatched as for Heatblast on the other hand was circuiting and was about to explode.

"Another fucking mosquitoe! I'll kill her." He smacked his Omnitrix badge and in an emerald flash that blinded everyone in the area. In his place stood a dark blue hooded figure, from underneath his hood two green moth like eyes were seen and a large mouth that displayed his teeth. Large claws and two long talons and one on the heel of each foot. Light blue and black patterns were displayed around his cloak. The temperature went from hot to cold in a matter of seconds, "BIG CHILL!!!" The Necrofriggian shouted as the cloak extended from his body revealing that they were his wings and antenna. His body was a dark shade of blue and purple while covered in armor. The Omnitrix badge rested in the middle of his chest.

The newly powered Mosquito Queen looked down at the moth-like alien and glared at him. Big Chill looked back at her, "I'll kill you." He stated in a phantom like voice as his wings and antenna's wrapped around his body like a cloak and then his body started turning invisible, and soon enough he vanished into the ground. Shocking both the Cyborg and Mosquito Queen.

"Where is he?!" She stated as she whipped her head left and right repeatedly. Angered by the Necrofriggian's sudden disappearance she set her eyes on the lone Cyborg. In a blur of speed she appeared behind him, with her claws ready and struck his left side. Whipping around quickly he got ready to punch her when she launched him into the air and followed after him. She suddenly started destroying him, "What's wrong can't kill a little mosquito?" She taunted as she sped up her assault on him, "What a weakling." She ended as the temperature started dropping once again.

"You shouldn't be talking if I were you." The phantom like voice appeared stopping her in her tracks as she tried to follow his creepy voice, "I'll let you in on a secret. You can't hit what you can't see." He chuckled as she whipped her head around to be punched in the face soon followed up by a kick launched into her stomach.

She tried swiping at him, but he turned intangible and it went straight through him. As her arm went through his body it turned into ice. She quickly clutched her frozen hand as she yelled in pain.

"What a weakling." He taunted as he let out a large breath attack at her, dodging it at the last second she felt something heavy weighing her down.

"My legs are frozen?!" She quickly looked back at the Necrofriggian as she launched a punch to her face knocking her backwards, "What are you?! Who are you?!" She glared at him.

"Someone who's gonna wipe you off the face of the Earth." He stated in his eerily voice, "Let's take it up a notch, shall we?" Confused on what he was talking about his wings unfolded revealing the Omnitrix badge, slamming his claws onto the badge four prongs shot outwards and another emerald light blinded the two strangers.

Big Chill's skin was recolored red, his wings and antennae have a flame design, and he had crests over his eyes with the same design. He had red and black flame like patterns displayed around his cloak. He sported the evolved Omnitrix badge in the middle of his chest, "Meet ULTIMATE BIG CHILL!!! Now it's just you, me, and fire so cold it burns." The hyper-evolved Necrofriggian stated as his wings and antenna's unfolded revealing his body, flame like patterns, and the evolved Omnitrix badge.

Ultimate Big Chill let out a breath of fire that she dodged it had hit a building behind her, but when she turned around it was frozen solid. Her eyes widen as she felt the heat from the breath before it even hit her. The damaged Cyborg gapped at the amazing display this 'Ultimate Big Chill' was doing.

"If your not gonna come to me, guess I'll go to you." He replied in his phantom like voice as in a blur of red he was in front of her, using his intangible ability he phased his hand through her chest as it was frozen solid, "Cold isn't it." He let out a blast of fire from his hands that froze her solid. She soon descended to the ground shattering on impact. The evolved Necrofriggian landed on the ground as his wings and antenna were wrapped around his body in a cloak, "Mosquito's suck." He sighed in relief as he eradicated all the mosquito's in his city.

"Your not looking so good are you ok?" He asked the Cyborg who was lying on his stomach in shock.

"Who are you?" He questioned him in shock.

"I'm a hero." He walked over to the downed Cyborg and slammed his hand onto the evolved Omnitrix badge and reverted back to normal. "I'm Ben Tennyson." Then something popped into his head, "My house. I'm sorry to leave you like this but I have to go." He immediately activated the Omnitrix and found his ideal choice, soon a emerald green light engulfed the duo as Ben turned into a blue and black velociraptor on wheels, "XLR8!" He slid his visor up, "Cya around." His visor slid back down and took off down the street in an amazing show of speed.

"Amazing." The Cyborg stated as he watched the Kineceleran disappear into the distance.

XLR8 soon got to his apartment that was burnt to ash, 'Thank God I'm the only tenet here. Time to repair it up.' He smacked his Omnitrix badge and was soon replaced with the Chronosapien known as, "CLOCKWORK!!!" He yelled in his German accent, he then lifted up his arms and soon two green energy bubbles hit the burnt apartment and immediately started reversing it before he burnt it down dueling that mosquito. Once the building was back to its original state a flash of emerald light engulfed the area as Ben was panting heavily, "Note to self: buy bug repellent." He chuckled as he soon walked inside his apartment building and into his room that was exactly the way it was before he burned it down in a fit of rage.

It had been three days since he'd gotten damaged by that mosquito Queen and since then he's been looking for the boy known as Ben Tennyson, but nothing came up. He wasn't in the hero registry, but he claimed to be a hero. Either he was really good at hiding or just didn't wanna be found. The Cyborg didn't know which it was, but he scanned his face before he disappeared. And finally got a hit and saw him walking into a large apartment building on the outskirts of the city.

He stood in front of his door and knocked on it. Within those three days the Cyborg had gotten repaired by the man who helped him.

On the other side of the door, Ben wasn't expecting any company, he was only 15, plus he didn't know anyone for them to come knocking at his door. He opened the door to see that blonde Cyborg standing there, "Yes?"

"Master Ben?" The Cyborg questioned him as Ben raised an eyebrow.

"Don't call me master, it's just Ben." He stated, "What do you want?"

"I wished to say thanks to you. You saved my life." The Cyborg bowed to him as Ben stuffed his hands into his pockets.

"Think nothing of it, it's what I do. I told you I'm a hero, no thanks necessary." Ben replied sheepishly while rubbing the back of his head.

"I owe you my life, I will serve you as my master, on another note how were you able to transform into those creatures?" The Cyborg stated then questioned him.

Ben knowing he wasn't gonna leave opened the door wider for him, "Come in, take your shoes off." He stated as he journeyed into his room and sat back down.

The Cyborg took of his shoes and sat across from him expecting some answers especially about that weird watch attached to his wrist, "Master Ben, what are you?" He questioned him curiously.

"I said don't call me Master and before we start questions, what's your name?" Ben inquired not knowing the blondes name.

"Oh forgive me, Master, I am Genos, a lone Cyborg on the path for Justice." The blonde revealed his name being Genos.

"Justice for what?" Ben questioned him skeptically.

"When I was fourteen, a rogue Cyborg destroyed my town, and killed my family. Leaving me in a near death state. A man passed by following the Cyborg's trail of destruction found me and repaired me with Cybergenetic enhancements, since then I've been looking for the Cyborg that killed my family, that was five years ago. While on this journey I fight many villains, criminals, and monsters for the sake of others. And three days ago I was willing to throw my life away if it weren't for you Master Ben, you saved me and I'll always serve by your side." Genos explained his story on how he became a Cyborg and why he was on this journey.

"Oh, I'm sorry for your loss." Ben replied as he lowered his head in sorrow.

"No need to be sorry, master, once I find this Cyborg I'll be able to have some closure in my life." He smiled at him, "Now back to my question what are you? Are you an enhanced Cyborg like me?"

"Do I look like a Cyborg?"

"I mean the weird watch on your wrist doesn't help your case, what is it?" He asked genuinely curious.

"This is the Omnitrix, it's a device created to walk a mile in another species shoes. With it I can become any alien with a spin of the dial and save the day as a hero in the shadows." Ben explained what the Omnitrix was and how he's used it to be a true hero instead of showing it off and gloating about his achievements like most people would do.

"Incredible, I never knew such a device existed. You turned into a lava guy earlier, then that moth creature, another moth creature, but he looked different from the first one, and a speedy type? Are those your only transformations?" He questioned the teenager as he gazed at the small watch residing on his wrist.

"That was Heatblast, Big Chill, Ultimate Big Chill, and XLR8. And no I can turn into 62 aliens." Ben replied naming his Pryonite, Necrofriggian, Hyper-evolved Necrofriggian, and Kinoceleran.

"What's the difference between Big Chill and this Ultimate Big Chill?" He questioned, "62 is quite a lot is that all that reside in the watch?"

"Big Chill shoots ice while Ultimate Big Chill is a lot stronger since he can shoot fire blasts that freeze you instantly and no there's over a million different aliens residing inside the watch." Ben explained the difference between Big Chill and his ultimate form.

"Amazing, a million different forms at your fingertips."

"Slow down buddy, I barely even have master control over it." Ben chuckled at how shocked Genos was hearing that he has over a million different forms.

"Out of your 62 forms who's your strongest?" Genos asked curiously.

Ben paled at that question when he thought about who his strongest alien was, "I don't wanna talk about my strongest alien. Maybe one day if a being comes from the stars and none of my aliens or there ultimate forms can beat him, then I'll have no choice, but to use him. Till then I don't even wanna mention him."

"Oh I'm sorry master." Genos apologized quickly.

"It's not a problem, but stop calling me master. Your four years older than I am." Ben yelled at him.

"So Mosquito Queen lost, huh? What a joke, I knew she was weak, but for her to lose. It's a sick joke." A man's voice replied as he sat in a black chair, behind a large desk, looking at the recordings of his creation's failure. He watched as the lava man, changed forms into a blue moth then he vanished. Shocking the man as he kept watching and watched as he reappeared and slammed his hand onto his badge and another transformation happened he took the form of a fire covered moth and destroyed Mosquito Queen, "Who-What is that?" He questioned his assistants.

"We have no idea, sir, but we're finding out as fast as we can." The assistants voice sounded just like the man in the chair.

He turned around to reveal a young mature man, with black hair, large glasses and wore a scientist's usual uniform. White lab coat, black shirt and black pants. His assistants were him, but had numbers written on there clothes, 2, 87, and 55 were standing in front of their boss.

"Gather ranks 2-6 and invite our transforming guest to our house of Evolution." He spoke in a dark tone as the clones bowed and responded with a, 'Yes, Dr. Genus.'

He snickered sinisterly, "It's finally begun."

Ben hasn't really interacted with anyone even while on patrol, he'd always keep his existence on the down low so he forgot how fun it was to talk to someone who wasn't personalities of one of his aliens. Ben told Genos about his fight with Vaccine Man, a year ago, then his fight with the giant man, and finally his battle against the army of Subterranean's that required him to go all out, "Honestly I've never had so much fun when I'm out protecting people from disasters, ya'know. I love being a hero." He smiled genuinely as Genos could see how much it meant to him.

"Master, your battles are amazing, too bad no one can say thanks to you for protecting them from such disasters." Genos replied wanting Ben to get the recognition he deserved.

"Nah, I'm fine with being in the shadows, that way I can continue fighting the massive threats without anyone knowing my identity." He smiled slyly.

"Your a great hero, master." Genos replied, "But question, if your a hero why not register at the Hero Association?"

Ben scowled at that idea, "I'd rather have my own freedom as a hero than have a leash around my neck for those association bastards. I'm not gonna be some lap dog for the association to have at there beck and call. If being a hero means gloating about my battles and having vasts amounts of wealth, then I'd rather die." He spoke, "I want people to be safe rather than become a self-proclaimed douchebag who cares more about fame than being a hero like most hero's out there."

Genos could hear the conviction in his voice as he stated what being a hero meant to him, "Amazing Master, I didn't know you felt so strongly about this."

"Of course, when I step out there I'm not responsible for just my life, I'm responsible for everyone around me and at that point I know I can't fail." He stated as his gaze hardened on the Omnitrix.

Genos was getting ready to comment when multiple opponents entered his scan's radius, "Master, multiple heat signatures are on the way here." The blonde Cyborg was kneeling at the front door for whatever was coming.

A giant Cyborg bursted through his balcony, he wore silver armor and had a red eyes, "I've come for you Mr. Tennyson!" His robotic voice echoed out.

"MASTER!" Genos shouted racing towards Ben, but an emerald light engulfed the room and soon

Ben was replaced by a large Squatch-like alien with yellow and black fur, along with grey fingers and toes. He now has four fingers instead of five, as well as two bolts on the side of his wrists instead of the back of his hands. He has green eyes with black pupils and yellow lightning bolt-shaped horns. He wore a green and white belt around his waist with the Omnitrix badge in the middle, "SHOCKSQUATCH!" The yeti-like alien announced in a Canadian accent, "I'll make you regret destroying my house, eh!" His fist generated yellow lightning and punched the robotic out his house.

"Don't worry, Master I'll take him." Genos announced as he leaped out after the Cyborg.

The Gimlinopithecus slammed his fists together as he jumped out his destroyed balcony and landed in front of four strange monsters, "What do you guys want, eh?" Shocksquatch questioned them.

"We're here to invite you to the House of Evolution." A giant frog wore a necklace and a pink waistband around his stomach.

"Not interested, if you want me to go, you'll have to force me to go, eh." The Gimlinopithecus shouted as he slammed his large fists together yellow lightning generating. A large lion towered over the Gimlinopithecus and snarled at him.

"Our master invites you to his House of Evolution, and your declining his invitation. Adding to the insult of forcing you to come with us, huh?" The Lion spoke anger leaking from him.

"Yeah, if you want me to go. Make me, eh." Shocksquatch glared at the Lion as he raised his fist and threw it at the Yeti-like alien who caught it. Then soon threw his other fist which he caught as well.

"Your an interesting one, I am the Beast King, the second strongest in the House of Evolution." The growing Lion stated as he was about Humongousaur's height with muscles that could rival his ultimate form.

"I don't care, I'm not going, eh!" He shouted as he punched the Beast King in the face. He smirked as he wiped his face and smacked the Yeti-like alien away. Sliding back Shocksquatch smirked as the Beast King smirked in satisfaction as his claws grew longer, "Let's see if you survive my strongest attack!"

He smirked in eagerness as he urged him to bring it. The beast king started slicing everything into pieces even his own comrades who got caught in the crossfire, but the Beast King never once hit Shocksquatch, "Done already? I'm not even tired yet, but I guess it's my turn, eh?" He punched the massive Lion back as massive bolts of lightning started generating from the bolts on his next and wrists. As storm clouds rolled in adding into Shocksquatch's powers. Beast King's went wide in shock as he blast a massive lightning bolt which struck him head on. There was a massive hole in his chest as he fell to the ground dead. Shocksquatch walked over to Genos who just got done with the Armored Gorilla.

"Now answer our question." Genos glared at the armored Gorilla, "What does this 'House of Evolution' want with my master?!"
