The story takes place near the end of the anime. Worried about students' mental and physical help Nezu asks a certain pro hero with a mysterious past, to come in as a counselor and a physician, but he also proposes a change to the curriculum. With these changes, he and his future colleagues hope to help the future generation of pro heroes save even more lives.

The Paranormal Liberation Front has taken over. Most heroes have been forced underground. Violence reigns on the streets.
