In Idaho, Nami, Aqua, Ristarte, Nefertari Vivi, and Beth Vanderwood were fast asleep after a long day of battle. Meanwhile, Dylan Riley was in his hotel room as he was still awake, thinking about something.
"I wonder what Robin, Lucoa, Kinoko, Botan, and Bellemere are doing?" Dylan asked himself and then he falls asleep as well.
Chapter 30: Fight Training
The next day at Dylan Riley's home, the girls that stayed behind were busy relaxing or were bored of not doing anything.
In the living room, Nico Robin (wearing her aviators, black t-shirt, purple jeans, and black ankle-length boots) and Bellemere (wearing a white t-shirt, blue ripped jeans, and brown flip flops) were sitting down at the dining room table as Robin was looking through a book.
"So Robin, got anything planned?" Bellemere asked Robin.
"Just reading through my book," Robin said.
"Holy fuck that's boring," Bellemere said.
On the couch, Lucoa (wearing her pink cap, black tank top, blue jean shorts, black stockings, and pin sneakers), Kinoko Komori (wearing a short-sleeve white dress that goes to her knees, white knee-high socks, and red slip-on shoes), and Botan (wearing a pink t-shirt, blue jeans, and red sneakers) were just lounging around.
"Want to play on Dylan's Nintendo Switch?" Kinoko asked Botan and Lucoa.
"No way, I don't want to accidentally break it," Botan said.
"Want to watch YouTube videos on the T.V?" Botan asked.
"Nah, I fear they might delete videos due to false copyright claims," Kinoko said.
"Damn it, I can't take it anymore," Bellemere said angrily and slams her fists on the table.
Bellemere then stands on her feet as she wanted to do something fun.
"I thought this group was full of powerful people, you got a huge bounty (Robin), you're training to be a hero (Kinoko), you're a shinigami (Botan), and you're a former dragon goddess (Lucoa)," Bellemere said to the girls.
"I want to do something exciting," Bellemere said.
"Like go to a private lake and skinny dip," Lucoa said to Bellemere.
"No, but I like the idea," Bellemere said.
"I mean, I want to have some sparring sessions, I want to see what you all got," Bellemere said to the girls.
"Really?" Botan asked Bellemere.
"Yeah, we are out in the country and no one is going to call the police over it," Bellemere said.
"I would love to spar," Botan said.
"Well I haven't done it in a while, count me in," Kinoko said.
"Perfect and I got the outfits for you all to wear," Bellemere said to the girls.
"What outfits?" Robin asked Bellemere.
"Remember when you told me about the time the group faced off against Class 1-B?" Bellemere asked Robin.
"Yeah I told you that a while ago," Robin said to Bellemere.
"Well I saw the photo of the outfits you wore from Dylan's phone and I made everyone speciality made outfits," Bellemere said.
"Aww that's nice of you Bellemere," Lucoa said to Bellemere.
"Well everyone, we'll get changed into those outfits and we'll head to the backyard," Bellemere said to the girls.
"Alright," Botan said in an excited tone.
Ten minutes later, Robin, Kinoko, Lucoa, Botan, and Bellemere (who had a cigarette between her lips) were in the backyard and standing on the deck. The girls had on these special tracksuits consisting of a short-sleeve track jacket and track pants, it was black with a few purple skulls on the jacket and pants.
"I have to say, these outfits look neat," Robin said.
"Yep, I made them with Dylan in mind," Bellemere said.
"Is that the reason why the jackets are short-sleeve, and it is black with skulls on it?" Botan asked Bellemere.
"Correct," Bellemere said.
"Well this jacket is not sitting well for me," Lucoa said.
Lucoa then unzips her jacket and opens it as she had on a black bra with a small light blue bow on the front of it.
"Much better," Lucoa said as Bellemere face palm over this.
"Seriously," Bellemere said.
"What, the former dragon goddess loves to show some skin," Robin said.
"I can see that," Bellemere said.
"Okay, who wants to face me first?" Bellemere asked the girls.
"I'll do it," Kinoko said.
"Ah Kinoko, perfect," Bellemere said as she pulls the cigarette off her lips.
"Robin, hold my cig," Bellemere said to Robin and then she hands Robin her cigarette.
Bellemere and Kinoko get off the deck and stand on the grass. Then they stand eight feet away from each other as they were ready for the sparring match.
"Okay Kinoko, come at me with all you got," Bellemere said to Kinoko.
Kinoko then rushes over to Bellemere and was looking to land a punch on her. But then, Bellemere catches Kinoko's right fist just in time.
"Really, I expect more from an up and coming hero," Bellemere said as she bends Kinoko's right hand a bit.
"Ow, ow, ow," Kinoko said in pain.
Bellemere then grabs onto Kinoko's right arm and flips Kinoko over her right shoulder, landing hard on the grass. Bellemere then twists Kinoko's right arm and puts her left knee on Kinoko's face.
"Okay, okay, I give up," Kinoko pleaded.
Bellemere then lifts up her knee and let go of Kinoko's right arm. Kinoko then gets on her feet and rubs her right arm.
Robin then hands Bellemere her cigarette and puts it between her lips. Bellemere then inhales a bit and then she blows out some smoke.
"Perfect," Bellemere said as Robin approaches Kinoko.
"Aww it's okay Shemage, you'll do better next time," Robin said to Kinoko as she gives her a hug.
"Thanks for being reassuring Robin, you are so sweet," Kinoko said to Robin.
Ten seconds later, Robin breaks off the hug and Kinoko sits on the deck.
"Okay Lucoa, want to show us your fighting skills?" Bellemere asked Lucoa.
"No thanks," Lucoa said to Bellemere.
"The former dragon goddess is not much of a fighter," Robin said.
"Yeah, I'm more of watching the fight than being in one," Lucoa said.
"Alright then, who else wants to spar?" Bellemere asked the girls.
"I want to and I want to fight against Robin," Botan said as Robin was intrigued.
"Oh really?" Robin asked Botan.
"Yeah, I want to see what power you got," Botan said to Robin as she gets off the deck and stands on the grass.
"Oh Miss Shinigami, you don't know who you're messing with," Robin said to Botan as Botan holds onto her oar and baseball bat.
"Oh I know Devil Child, Miss All Sunday, I don't care who you are, I just want to see what that devil fruit you got can do," Botan said to Robin.
"Well you ask for it," Robin said as she crosses her arms.
"Oh she wants to go for her powers at the get go, well this genius is no match for a shinigami," Botan thought.
"Okay you two, begin," Bellemere said to Robin and Botan.
Botan then charges over to Robin and swings her oar and bat at Robin. But Robin was using her fast reflexes to deflect the shots.
Botan continues to swing her weapons at Robin, but Robin fast reflexes were proving quite useful here.
Thirty seconds later, Robin manages to catch the bat and oar and tosses them away. Botan jumps away as she never knew Robin could be this fast.
"Okay Robin, here comes a surprise," Botan said to Robin as she points her right index finger at Robin.
"Spirit Gun," Botan said and then she fires off a barrage of Spirit Gun shots.
Robin then dodges the blasts of energy, weaving from left to right. One more beam was heading for Robin, but Robin arches her back as the beam misses her.
"Whoa," Lucoa said in shock.
"It seems the Devil Child is very flexible," Bellemere said.
Robin then bends back up as Botan had this angry look in her eyes.
"What's the matter Miss Shinigami, never knew the Devil Child couldn't go down with ease," Robin said to Botan.
"I'm not going to be humiliated," Botan said angrily as she rushes back over to Robin.
Botan was able to nail a punch to Robin, until something was holding her right arm back.
"What the hell?" Botan asked in shock.
Botan tries to push her right arm forward, but it was still being held back.
"Did I get caught on a branch," Botan said as the other girls watch on in shock over what they are seeing.
"What are you looking at?" Botan asked the three girls.
Botan then turns around to see another Robin was holding her back and the original Robin was crossing her arms.
"Robin just made a clone of herself," Lucoa said.
"That isn't a clone," Bellemere said.
"It must be her devil fruit powers," Kinoko said.
"That's my new ability, I'm able to create a copy of myself using my powers," the original Robin said.
Then, the clone Robin let go of Botan and gets her in a front headlock. Robin then lands on the ground and then starts to apply the alligator death roll on Botan.
"What kind of move is that?" Lucoa asked.
"It looks like a wrestling move that Dylan would see," Kinoko said.
Fifty seconds later, the copy Robin let go of Botan and then she disappears into a bunch of flower petals.
Botan then lies on her back as she was trying to get some air, while Robin still had her arms crossed.
"Dos Fleur," Robin said and then two arms sprout out of Botan's stomach.
"Slap," Robin said and then her sprouted arms starts to slap repeatedly on Botan's face.
"Ouch that has to sting," Lucoa said.
"Considering her bounty, I doubt those are soft," Bellemere said.
After twenty seconds, the sprouted arms disappear as Botan stands on her feet, her face completely bruised up.
"You know what, time for me to go high," Botan said as she races over to her oar.
Botan then grabs her oar and throws it up a bit. She then jumps onto her oar as it flies up into the air.
"Holy shit," Bellemere said in shock.
"I think Botan wants to battle in the skies," Kinoko said.
Robin then looks up to see Botan on her oar, flying up high in the skies.
"Oh so you want to fly, I'll go up in the skies with you," Robin said to Botan.
"Mil Fleur: Wings," Robin said as a thousand arms sprout out of her back and form these angel wings.
Robin then flies up into the skies as her wings were flapping, while everyone was watching.
"Whoa," Kinoko said in amazement.
"It's so beautiful," Lucoa said.
"That Flower-Flower Fruit is one awesome devil fruit," Bellemere said as she blows out more smoke.
Robin then flies over to Botan as Botan starts to fly away from Robin. Robin tries to attack Botan with her fists, but Botan was dodging each strike Robin was trying to make.
"Come on Miss Shinigami, let me knock you out," Robin said to Botan.
"Fat chance," Botan said.
Ninety seconds later, Botan didn't see where she was going and lands hard on the second storey roof. Botan bounces a few times as she lands on her back and the oar lands beside her.
Robin then comes towards Botan like a missile as she was looking to knock her out. But Botan sees Robin coming at her, so she grabs her oar and when Robin comes in for a double stomp, she blocks it with her oar.
"Whoa," Lucoa said.
"This fight is sure exciting," Kinoko said as the three continue to watch this sparring match.
Robin then gets off of Botan and Botan swings her oar at Robin. But Robin catches the oar with her left hand.
"Not bad Miss Shinigami, but not good enough," Robin said to Botan.
Botan then sweeps Robin's legs as Robin loses her balance and falls off the roof. She knew what to do as she flies up and glides about four inches off the ground.
"Fuck," Botan said angrily.
"Robin is quite a smart fighter," Bellemere said.
"No wonder why she's the smart one of this harem," Lucoa said.
Robin then lands back on her feet as her wings disappear.
Botan then hops onto her oar and descends to the ground. She then hops off her oar and holds it like a bat.
Botan then rushes over to Robin as Robin crosses her arms again.
"Ocho Fleur," Robin said and then eight arms sprout out all over Botan's body.
"Clutch," Robin said as the arms grab Botan and cause her to fall on her back.
Robin the walks over to Botan as she sees the arms clutching Botan, ready to break her back like a twig.
"Want to give up or do you want to have your back broken?" Robin asked Botan.
"I give up, I give up," Botan said as she didn't want her back to be broken.
Robin moves her arms away as the sprouted arms disappear into flower petals. Botan then lies on her back as her heart was racing from that sparring session.
"Holy fuck that got intense," Botan said.
"I was very concerned that Robin was going to break Botan's back," Lucoa said.
"I wasn't worried, I have seen her interact with Dylan, she's not one to hurt any of us," Kinoko said.
Then, Robin carries Botan in her arms like a bride and then she puts the oar on top of her. Robin then walks over to the deck and then she gently sits Botan down on it.
"It's okay Miss Shinigami, maybe next time," Robin said to Botan as she messes up Botan's hair.
"Alright Robin, it's my turn to fight you," Bellemere said to Robin as she hands her cigarette to Lucoa.
"You sure you want to fight me Miss Navigator's mom?" Robin asked Bellemere.
"Oh hell yeah, I always want to fight the Devil Child," Bellemere said.
"Alright if you want a fight, I'll give you one," Robin said to Bellemere as Bellemere gets off the deck.
Then, they stand seven feet apart as they were face to face.
"Okay you two, ready, fight," Lucoa said to Robin and Bellemere.
Bellemere then charges towards Robin as Robin crosses her arms again.
"Veinte Fleur: Push," Robin said as she sprouted two arms.
She then sprout out more arms from the palms of her sprouted hands as it was enough force to knock Bellemere back about thirty feet away.
"Whoa," Kinoko said.
"That devil fruit is so cool," Lucoa said.
The sprouted arms disappear into flower petals and then Robin starts to walk over to Bellemere. Bellemere knew she need to come up with something, so she grabs something hidden behind her back.
Robin then stands over Bellemere as she was ready to get another win.
"So Miss Navigator's mom, ready to give up?" Robin asked Bellemere.
"Nope, I'm ready with an element of surprise," Bellemere said.
Bellemere then pulls a water bottle from behind and squeezes it. She squirts the water into Robin's face as Robin was momentarily weak from it.
"What the hell?" Botan asked in shock.
"Why attack Robin with water?" Lucoa asked.
"It makes her weak, water is the devil fruit's natural weakness," Kinoko said.
Bellemere then tosses the bottle to the deck and then she tackles Robin to the ground. She then gets behind Robin as she wraps her legs around Robin's waist and gets Robin in a headlock.
Bellemere then puts her right thumb on the right side of Robin's neck, ready to inflict some damage.
"Oh shit," Botan said in shock as they saw what Bellemere was doing.
"Bellemere stop," Lucoa said to Bellemere.
"Yeah, don't hurt Robin," Kinoko said to Bellemere.
"I'll stop until I hear Robin say she surrenders," Bellemere said.
"Okay, I give up," Robin said as she knew when she was defeated.
Bellemere then let go of Robin and then she stands on her feet. Robin soon stands on her feet and shakes herself a bit after that defeat.
"That was dirty," Robin said to Bellemere.
"That was playing smart, people are going to have tricks up their sleeves to defeat you," Bellemere said to Robin.
"That's true, I did try to take down Crocodile the same way," Robin said.
"And got impaled as a result," Botan said to Robin as Bellemere looks on in confusion.
"What, Dylan told me about what happened in Alabasta," Botan said.
"It's okay, I'm sure you'll do better next time we spar," Bellemere said to Robin as she pats her on the back.
"Thanks for the words, Bellemere," Robin said to Bellemere.
"You called me by my name," Bellemere said to Robin in complete shock.
"Well you earned it, you took me down and you earned my respect," Robin said to Bellemere.
Robin and Bellemere then walk back to the deck and sit on the end of the deck.
"Okay, which two want to spar next?" Bellemere asked the girls.
"I'll do it," Kinoko said.
"Hold on," Botan said as she grabs the water bottle.
Botan then downs the rest of the bottle and then tosses it back to Bellemere.
"Okay, I'm ready to go," Botan said.
Kinoko and Botan get off the deck and then they stand on the grass in the backyard.
Then, Kinoko and Botan stand face to face, seven feet apart. Then they bow to each other and then they get into a fighting stance.
But before they could have a sparring match, they hear a truck pull up into the driveway. Then they hear it shut off and the sound of doors opening and close.
"I think they are home," Robin said.
"I'm telling you Beth, you should watch AEW, Jon Moxley is amazing," Dylan Riley said to Beth Vanderwood from the front of the house.
"Isn't he a straight Deathmatch wrestler?" Beth asked Dylan.
"No way, Jon can do both, he is a hybrid guy," Dylan said.
"I thought you like Kenny Omega?" Nami asked Dylan.
"I like several wrestlers on AEW's roster, but mainly I'm happy if Moxley, Omega, or The Dark Order main event," Dylan said.
Then, the other girls see Dylan Riley (with a bandage wrapped around his left palm, wearing his glasses, black Brodie Lee "Exalted in Heaven" t-shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers), Nami (having a bandage on her right forehead and wrapped around her right foot, wearing a blue t-shirt, black skirt, and gladiator sandals), Aqua (with a bandage on her right cheek, wearing a blue short-sleeve dress that goes down to her mid-thighs, and blue high-top sneakers), Ristarte (who had a bandage wrapped around her forehead, wearing her black hoodie, white skirt, and gold edges), Nefertari Vivi (who had bandages wrapped around her knees, wearing a blue t-shirt with three white Xs on it, blue jean shorts that goes to her mid-thighs, and blue sneakers with yellow laces), and Beth Vanderwood (who was all healed, wearing her black t-shirt with white collar and cuffs over her blue overalls, and red sandals) walking around the corner and to the backyard.
"Hey girls," Dylan said to Robin, Lucoa, Kinoko, Botan, and Bellemere.
"Hey Dylan," Bellemere said to Dylan as Kinoko and Botan look over to the six.
"I can tell that you completed the mission," Botan said to Dylan.
"Yes we did," Dylan said as the six step on the deck with the other girls.
"It looks like you took some damage," Robin said to the six.
"We did," Dylan said as he shows Robin his left hand.
"What happened?" Robin asked Dylan.
"She was responsible for it," Dylan said as he points to Beth.
"Sorry," Beth said as she waves nervously to Robin.
"So is she the new girl?" Robin asked Dylan.
"Yes, this is Beth Vanderwood," Dylan said as he puts his hands on Beth's shoulders.
"Beth, this is Nico Robin, Lucoa, Kinoko Komori, Botan, and Bellemere," Dylan said to Beth as he introduces her to the other girls.
"It's nice to meet all of you," Beth said to the girls as Dylan moves his hands off of her shoulders.
"So what powers do you have?" Robin asked Beth.
"I'm a mage, I specialize in Vegetable Magic," Beth said.
"Yeah she can sprout out fruits and vegetables to use as weapons," Dylan said.
"I think our group could use someone like you Miss Garden Mage," Robin said to Beth as she pats Beth's head.
Beth then smiles a bit as she enjoyed getting these head pats.
Nami then gives Bellemere a hug as Bellemere looks at the bandages Nami had on. Bellemere then breaks the hug as she wanted to talk more.
"Oh Nami, you look so bad," Bellemere said to Nami.
"Yeah, getting impaled through the foot by a vegetable is not a great feeling," Nami said as Vivi approaches her and Bellemere.
"At least you were able to walk, I took two carrots to the kneecaps and had to be carried, thank goodness Aqua and Rista healed me enough for me to walk," Vivi said.
"So did it feel awesome to be carried like a princess," Bellemere said to Vivi in a joking manner.
"Thank god you are a marine, I would slap the taste out of your mouth if you weren't," Vivi said to Bellemere.
"Even if I wasn't a marine, I would still take you down, princess or not," Bellemere said to Vivi.
Meanwhile, Beth was looking at Lucoa's chest as she couldn't believe the size of Lucoa's breasts.
"Umm, are those real?" Beth asked Lucoa.
"Yes they are one hundred percent real, one of the goods things to being a dragon goddess," Lucoa said.
"Should I be worried?" Beth asked Dylan quietly.
"No way, Lucoa won't smother you with her boobs," Dylan said to Beth.
"I think I'm going to like you," Kinoko said to Beth as she puts her right arm on Beth's left shoulder.
"Really?" Beth asked Kinoko.
"Yeah, my Quirk allows me to sprout out mushrooms from any place," Kinoko said.
"Awesome, I think my magic and your Quirk will help out in these battles," Beth said to Kinoko.
"I'm not sure, you two are not that strong, your abilities might not help if we come across crazy strong girls," Botan said to Beth and Kinoko.
"Don't say that Botan, everyone in this group has something special, even Aqua and Rista," Dylan said to Botan as Aqua hears the compliment.
"Aww thanks for saying that Dylan," Aqua said to Dylan as she was happy to hear something like that.
"Can I see the new card?" Botan asked Dylan.
"Sure," Dylan said and then he pulls out the Beth trading card from his front left pocket.
The girls look at the card and some were mildly impressed by it.
"Four starts, pretty good," Botan said.
"Better than mine," Ristarte said.
"And now we are making over six hundred dollars a day," Dylan said and then he puts the card away.
"Awesome," Lucoa said.
"We are raking in the dough," Botan said.
"Even with more people in the house," Kinoko said.
"Oh by the way, I love these U.A. High style gym outfits," Dylan said as he notices Robin, Lucoa, Kinoko, Botan, and Bellemere had on.
"Thanks, I made them myself with some help from Robin, and I made enough for all of us," Bellemere said to Dylan.
"Nice," Dylan said.
"I like the jacket on the outfit, allows me to show my chest," Lucoa said.
"I love this outfit, it showcases my curves," Robin said as she moves her hands along her body, especially her plump ass.
Dylan was blushing a bit over the way Robin was rubbing her body.
"You're trying to resist Robin's charms?" Beth asked Dylan.
"Don't worry Beth, Dylan did it with everyone here, this is normal," Botan said to Beth.
"Hey let's show Beth the tour of the home," Dylan said to the other girls.
"Okay," Robin said as they all heads towards the home.
Once Dylan and the girls grab their bags, they all head into the home and they set the bags down.
Dylan and the girls then show Beth all around the house. They showed her the living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, the basement, and laundry room.
They finish off the tour with them showing Beth the den Dylan lives in. Beth couldn't believe it as it gave off some dark murder like feeling to it, but it got some color and some cuteness to it.
Once they were done, they step out of the den and Nami closes the door.
"What do you think of the house Beth?" Nami asked Beth.
"It's very cozy, but I think it's small for all of people living in here," Beth said.
"Have you been looking for a bigger house?" Beth asked the girls.
"We're trying, but Dylan has some standards on what house he wants," Aqua said.
"Like what?" Beth asked.
"You don't want to know," Robin said to Beth.
"What do you think of Dylan's den, Beth?" Ristarte asked Beth.
"Will he kill me in my sleep?" Beth asked.
"No way, he might look like the makings of a serial killer, but he's a sweetheart that wouldn't hurt a fly," Kinoko said.
"Yeah he may be into the blood and guts, but he loves animals and cartoons," Vivi said.
"Phew that's a relief, I wouldn't want to stay in a house with a lunatic," Beth said as she breathed a sigh of relief.
"Alright girls, it's time to put the card in with the others," Dylan said to the girls as he walks over to the display case.
The girls watch on as Dylan pulls out the trading card from his pocket again. He then puts the card in it's sleeve as they look at the collection they got.
"It's starting to come together," Vivi said.
"My guess is the number one slot will belong to the final girl in the harem," Dylan said.
"What about number one hundred?" Bellemere asked Dylan.
"I'm not sure when number one hundred will come," Dylan said.
"Okay since we got the card in, where is everyone going to sleep?" Aqua asked.
"Yeah, I'm not sleeping on the bay window again," Kinoko said.
"Girls relax, I'll get things sorted out," Dylan said to the girls.
"I hope you know what you are doing," Nami said to Dylan.
"Trust me, I got everything sorted out," Dylan said to Nami.
Later on it was now nighttime as everyone was fast asleep. Up in one bedroom was Bellemere, Aqua, and Botan. In the other upstairs bedroom was Robin, Lucoa, and Ristarte. On the living room couch was Kinoko and Beth. Over in Dylan's den, Dylan and Vivi were sleeping in Dylan's bedroom, and finally Nami was on Dylan's couch as she was wide awake and very pissed off.
"Dylan, this idea of yours was so fucking stupid," Nami said quietly as she was not happy to be sleeping on Dylan's old couch.
Poor Nami, sleeping on Dylan's couch. Hopefully they can find a house for them to live in soon. It seems the collection is starting to build up and their chances of all of them not dying has increased a bit. If they thought Beth was hard, wait until some of the more powerful girls show up.
