Everyone knows about the first heroes, Batman and Robin. Starting out as vigilantes, they were the ones who defined the profession as hero and carved a place in the world for people with Quirks. So, it is only to be expected when Robin himself somehow winds up in the future, that chaos shall ensue.

Harley Quinn and Pamela Isley are both students at U.A General education course. One is a hyperactive girl with agility and knowledge to become a psychiatrist, while the other is a shy girl who cares more for plants than human life. Together the two will make the most of what they can do in their teenage years, and also torment the life of the Hero course.

Batman uncovers a secret plot by Hugo Strange, who made an alliance with Gotham's most dangerous villains to transport themselves to an alternate universe where 80% of the population holds some form of superpower and sought to recreate and manifest quirks. The two are transported to this new universe and have to stop Strange and the rest of their villains.

The joker goes to japan out of the simple disgust of the low quality of villains there. They don't know how to instil fear, they are pretenders, demeaning the quality of real villains like himself. The heroes too. They have no what real villanry is. Especially the children, oh the little children who want to play being heroes. Well... I guess the joker will just have to teach them

I don't like to assume the worst out of people, believe it or not. But to ensure the safety of Earth and its people, these contingencies must be made. As small a chance it may be, we must be prepared for that possibility. The now graduated students of UA may be still young and hopeful, but with long careers ahead of them, there's always time for things to go wrong.
