The Guardians discover that, outside of Earth, many races actually worship Jack as a God. Meanwhile, the Avengers deal with the implications that come with an almighty spirit, otherworldly religions, and the revalation that Santa is real.

When Loki is being held in the new S.H.I.E.L.D helicarrier after the battle of New York, what the avengers don't expect is a white haired winter guardian to break him out. What's even stranger, is that Loki claims this 'Jack Frost' is his son. The avengers hunt the father and son across the world, discovering that maybe Loki isn't as cold hearted as they first thought.

The last thing Jack ever expected was to go straight through the windshield of a falling jet, or for the super soldier inside to see him. He also didn't expect to accidentally freeze them both and lay unconscious in the ice for seventy years, or to be offered the chance to be trained by SHIELD when he awoke.

After a prank gone awry Loki needs to spend a little time away from Asgard. He ends up on Earth, and runs into the spirit of snowballs and fun times. A friendship is formed, one that will affect both participants more than they expect. This story starts before either movie has taken place, but will eventually come to the movies and past them. When he and Thor's daughter, Coro, take up permanent residence on Midgard, they never expect to be turned into the spirits of winter and wind, nor to become involved with some strange group that called themselves the Avengers.
