A sprawling web of political and economical corruption has its hooks into the failing port city, and nobody seems to know where the tangled web of connections lead. Few even seem willing to ask the question. A Worm/The Question fusion crossover following an unpowered hero's attempts to shine a light on the dark corners of Brockton Bay.
