Maybe it could be something like An AU of Fate, coming from a universe where most characters you know are mostly just people with no powers. When a high school girl by the name of Arturia Pendragon is bitter by a genetically altered spider, she would vow to use her powers to save civilians. And to do that, she would go with another identity known as Ghost Spider
