[A NGE Manga Post-Third Impact Story.] Picking up at a fateful encounter with a fiery foreign stranger, Shinji Ikari finds himself with the strangest sense of familiarity to her. The Cold War had begun to heat up, as Asuka is sent to the nation of Japan to help in the process of a coup led by the CIA. In her mission, she will have to cooperate with Shinji Ikari. Differences will create conflict, but will they truly find something in each other or will they be chewed out by their past.

When Shinji Ikari rides the train from Nagano to Tokyo-3, he is made the epicenter of a reality altering event. With the reality he had occupied now changed forever, he must conceive of a future that will accomodate diametrically opposed ethos. A man who has never known love is now responsible for the fate of the very humans he's been kept separate from, for good or ill.

College life is either the best or the worst, for Shinji it will be both, as he dives into the world of higher education. Throughout this experience, he will meet new friends and face challenges, but above all, he will meet a girl who makes him feel special.

In the Rebuild timeline, Asuka Shikinami Langley was chosen as the test Pilot for Unit 03's activation, leading to the events that unfolded. But what if Shinji was given the choice to become Unit 03's test Pilot? How much would this one choice change the entire timeline? Would he and everyone around him ever come to regret his choices?

After his 'discussion' with Leliel, Shinji gains a much stronger desire to live, although in a weird way. It's still considered the best possible thing that his trauma could have done to him.

The Hedgehog's Dilemma dictates that despite the intention of a reciprocal relationship, it may not occur for reasons that two individuals cannot avoid. Despite good will, human intimacy cannot occur without substantial mutual harm, and what results is cautious behavior and weak relationships. (Warning: VERY slow fic. Defeating the Angels. That is NERV's purpose after all. But, it turns out there is more to them than NERV once thought. An AU rewrite of NGE, with elements from the Manga, Rebuild and even some Video Games. Comedic and Serious in one. It's now up to Shinji and the friends he makes along the way to fix his sins, and uncover the truth behind SEELE and the Instrumentality Project.

Shinji unexpectedly runs into Asuka at a comic-con, who 'fails' to recognize him cause of his costume.

Fifteen years after Second Impact, Japan faces its deepest conflict. NERV, its newest militaristic organization, drafts young soldiers at the age of 14 to combat the mysterious organization SEELE and their super soldiers; the Angels. Shinji Ikari is taken from his mundane existence back home and is confronted with the horrors of war as he learns to come to terms with his existence.

A series of really short stories and parodies, mixing Asushin themes with some iconic scenes from famous movies and series. To make things more interesting, I won't tell in advance which movies or series are going to be mixed in each story. Spoilers for the final Rebuilds movie 3.0 1.0 (Thrice Upon a Time) begins in Chapter 5.

When Misato Katsuragi's father summons her to Tokyo-3 and sends Shinji Ikari to pick her up, she can't remotely imagine what he needs her for, and what world she's being called to fight for and protect.
