I finished my own Original Story, it is entirely free and on Wattpad. Check it out, Destiny Rebellions- A Queen's Champion... if you love A Mortal's Might you'll love it. It was inspired heavily by that story and this one. Please check it out and tell me if you love it. I will be publishing it one day, so check it out before I pull it off of Wattpad.

I will be putting up a few more chapters til he comes back to the Leaf, not many though... like three to five. I have one major arc planned and that is it.

I hope you like it.

The Land of Whirlpools oozed chakra, Shin could feel his Uzumaki energy burn in response to the lingering power of seals and leftover power from generations of Uzumaki blood. The very air was filled with that chakra, so much so it almost burned. Amazed, he turned his gaze downward to the ruins of his ancestors' homeland. There was a massive island in the center filled with ruins of all shapes and sizes, and after a mile of ocean, there was a beach with more ruins. Both were covered in the Uzumaki seals, and both oozed chakra.

Pleased, Shin created two shadow clones and sent them off to the left and right, to find and check out anything of interest. The real Shin walked down straight ahead, cautious and excited, checking out anything he saw. He brushed chakra along various seals, realizing they were just protection seals old and fading.

"The raw skill needed for them to last this long,.. is beyond me entirely."

Hungry for some kind of knowledge, Shin hurried through the place until he reached a massive Torii gate, where he noticed a small seal carved into the gate's base. It was small and it was radiating powerful chakra, so he kneeled down and pushed chakra into it. To his shock the damn thing drank his chakra in and didn't stop, pulling more and more chakra.

"STOP, STOP!" He screamed, terrified as he nearly fainted, his blood boiling from the surge of chakra. "Please... stop..."

And then it did, just as he was about to pass out.

A massive scroll, as big as the Scroll of Sealing he stole from the Hokage, popped out in a rush of red smoke... for some reason. Shakily, he stood and grabbed the scroll... only to hear a voice. " Hmmm... you are blonde." Turning, he saw a boy, smaller than him and younger. He was maybe twelve, he looked tired like Itachi had. He had thick red hair tied into a braid like Shin's was... actually he resembled Shin a lot, same face shape, same eye shape... his chakra felt similar too. Like a magnetic energy, pulling Shin in. "You must be Kushina's son, you look like her a lot... " The boy beamed.

"Sorry, I don't know my parents, I was the jinchuurki of the Nine tails so the Third Hokage never told me about my heritage."

The boy sighed. "I can sense your chakra it is identical, almost anyway, to my sister Kushina. She was sent to the Leaf to become the next Jinchuurki of the Fox. She didn't know until Aunt Mito told her." The boy frowned. "Our father was a prick, he sold my sister like a tool to the Leaf without even having the decency to tell her."

Shin's eyes were wide. "That's almost as fucked us as what happened to me... I never knew there were other Jinchuurki's of the Fox, we wren't told of any in the past. Damn I need to do some digging, The Fifth Hokage owes Naruto and I..." He saw the boy's look. "Naruto is ... my brother for a lack of better term. My twin if you must. Technically I am his clone but twin feels better."

"I get that... we did experiments here, which is why we were so feared. Not just seals and all that."

"Yup, we pushed Ninjutsu and seals to their max, people freaked out when we started worshiping the Shinigami and boom. I died here because of that... how long has it been?"

"Around thirty years about."

The boy cringed... "That sucks... my name is Rai Uzumaki, I am the Son of The Head of the Uzumaki family and it was my duty to place a clone somewhere with our jutsu so no one can find it bar an Uzumaki. You'd never have sensed it without Uzumaki blood, so that proves you are family." Rai smiled. "I can only last a few more minutes... this scroll holds our secrets. It has Uzumaki clan history, taijutsu, chakra control, seals naturally, some of our more peaceful experiments, and how to tap into our chakra chains! It isn't all of it though, only the beginner stuff, the stuff all Uzumaki kids would be taught... I wish it was more. You can have it... please do not let out bloodline die... let us live and grow and become more once again. Pass on our knowledge, pass on our passion, our skills... let us thrive once more.

There are other scrolls from other families, not just Uzumaki's lived here. Do not let us fall into obscurity... let us rise once more." The boy shuddered. "That's it for me... please, remember my request, dear nephew... and know that the Uzumaki clan are watching over you, now and forever. I wish I could have learned more about your past and life, but sadly that is not to be..."

And with, the son of the Uzumaki head faded away, leaving only the massive scroll and a crying Shin, who had finally found a member of his family and lost them just a fast.

Wiping his face, he grabbed the scroll and prayed. " I will never let our ways fade, dear Uncle... not now, not ever."

"Boss, we found so much more!" Both clones appeared, each carrying at least three scrolls. "There are scroll sealed everywhere! The Uzumaki's were seriously obsessed with Seals! We found stuff on all of the elements and even Genjutsu! It is amazing!"

Standing tall, Shin made a vow. "We are going to learn it all, and the Uzumaki bloodline will rise once more. That is going to be my dream, better and brighter than ever and no one will ever forget us. Let's get started..."

Both of Shin's clones watched happily as he opened the bigger scroll, placing his hand on the taijutsu and chakra control sections. There were dozens of sections and each section had a minimum of three scrolls. He would be busy, even with clones, for months to come, years even. "You two work on taijutsu and chakra control scrolls, those are the most important. I will work on family history... We have so much to cover... and so, so little time."

Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.

This was a blast to write.
