Cas finds the Winchesters, and more importantly Dean after the Angels fall, and it's 2014 and they are living in the ghetto like camps.

Dean is left to play Doctor Sexy, M.D., when he's stuck with one sick, moosely brother and one beat-up, loopy angel to take care of. But Sam is getting worse and Cas isn't making any sense about what happened to him. Plus, Dean swears he can hear them talking about him when he's not in there...

For such a smart guy, Sam sure does have a continuing knack for making poor choices, doesn't he? Yes, I'm dogging on The Powers That Be today. Three more drabbles. Again, nothing but crack. I'll write a real story next time. Promise.

Dean Winchester saved Castiel from his ignorance, innocence and vulnerability and introduced him to a new life, giving him care and protection. But why can't he feel it? I wish circumstances were different. Cas said that once to Dean, but what if they were? What if they'd met in a store and Dean wasn't hunting. He was living a normal apple pie life. But what if Cas was still an angel and remembered Dean from an alternate universe...was Rated M for future maybe and some language.
