A particularly brutal case involving torture and rape triggers Sam's PTSD, and he finally decides he has no choice but to leave hunting life for good and try to live the normal life he'd found with Amelia. But when Dean is kidnapped, they discover it's not just a case… it's personal. Not graphic, but obviously: trigger warnings for the above. Early season 8. Complete!
