This is Part 2 of the 'Familiar Stranger' thing I finished a few weeks ago.

Sam has an awful nightmare. Gladly Dean is there, like always.

Somehow, Adam's out of the Cage, but now he's trapped in Purgatory—a strange, dangerous city populated by monsters where nothing is what it seems. When Dean hunts without Sam, Castiel finds it hard to leave him to his own devices. Following Dean unknowingly, Castiel stumbles upon something and doesn't want to let go.
