What if another Colonial ship survived the Fall that was not a Battlestar? What would a smaller ship do to survive the Cylons?

A lucky discovery of the CNP Backdoor slightly before the fall of colonies leads to the survival of more of humanity. Now the scattered remnants of the Colonial Fleet, pirates, civilians, and local defense forces will fight back in space, land ,and even underwater. The Cylons have sown the wind, and now they are going to reap the whirlwind.

New Caprica was a disaster for Boomer however she is surprisingly given another chance to make things work to keep the numbers of the rebel numbers that stayed loyal by Cavil to keep her loyal and busy and to avoid any betrayals from the other numbers and those numbers that stayed loyal. Boomer works to build her self a place to belong where her past doesn't matter.
