LEO'S TOUR WAS GOING GREAT UNTIL…seemed pretty cool

"Thank you." Will grinned

"What dragon?" Reyna asked. The demigods shrugged.

Everything he showed Leo…Leo was like, Sign me up

Everybody laughed.

The woods were stocked…there alone? Nice!

"Well you seem excited." Beckendorf chuckled. Leo nodded.

And the camp was overflowing…That would suck

"Well luckily, you can date anybody who does not have the same parent." Percy said.

"That's a relief. I'm glad Calypso isn't my sister." Leo said.

At the very least…definitely worth drowning for.

The sea gang chuckled.

"Who knows? A few of them might like you." Percy grinned. Leo grinned back.

Will showed him the cabins…seeing as how you're in Cabin Nine."

"No offense but imagining Leo with a sword is kind of disturbing." Nico said

"Swords aren't my thing. I think I'd do well with flamethrowers." Leo grinned

"NO!" The demigods said

"Why not?" Leo pouted

"You already have fire. Too much of fire for you." Piper said

"Nah. I think I'd do well with them." Leo said seriously this time

"If you want we can try that and a few more weapons with you today. We could see which one fits you because even though you're a fire user and can make some cool things, it's dangerous to go without a weapon. I think a revolver might suit you too. We can arrange some weapons for testing." Michael offered.

"I'd love that, really." Leo said.

"Awesome then." Lee grinned.

"Yeah, what's up…"Sounds like the god of cowboys."

Hephaestus and Beckendorf raised their eyebrows at Leo but they didn't look mad. In fact both of them looked as if they were trying really hard to not laugh.

"Um well. The Festus kind of sounds like that." Leo said

The two of them snickered. Leo grinned sheepishly.

"He-phaestus," Will corrected…like a sick joke.

Hephaestus winced.

So the flaming hammer… Like, painfully?

Leo flinched. Hephaestus winced and Beckendorf just shrugged.

"I guess." He said

"I don't want you to die painfully." Leo said. Beckendorf smiled at him.

"I know that but I'm not dying right now." He said

I ought to let your bunkmates…"This just gets better and better."

"Honestly Leo, how is that fascinating?" Nico asked

"It seems like those fantasy movies you see, you know. So I guess that's why I found it interesting that such things existed. Curses I mean, I knew death existed." Leo said. Nico nodded.

He was halfway across the green…but no different than Leo remembered.

Hera sighed. Leo froze.

"What is she doing there?" he asked as he took a deep breath.

"Leo? Are you okay?" Beckendorf frowned

"How could she be at camp?" Leo said

"It might be some trick of the mist." Will said. Leo nodded but he was not convinced.

"That old lady ..."… Tia Callida had tried to kill him.

Hephaestus clenched his teeth.

"You sure her name was Callida?" Nico asked. Leo nodded. Nico looked at Hades and frowned.

"I don't know any ghost named Callida?" he muttered quietly. Hades frowned.

"I don't either." He said

"Some immortal or hidden monster then?" he asked.

"Most probably." Hades said

"Just messing with you, man."… Leo would've designed it.

Beckendorf and Hephaestus looked highly impressed.

"You figured that all out just by looking around?" Beckendorf asked "Damnn brother. You're good." He said. Leo grinned.

"Indeed." Hephaestus said. Leo's smile grew wider.

A fire pole came down from…But he'd need a hundred more coats to fit it all.

Everybody chuckled.

Looking around, he could almost…way to stay ahead of the sadness

"Share with somebody. Can't believe I'm saying this but it might work." Nico said. Leo sighed.

He picked a long implement…but he was afraid to ask.

"Poor Jake." Beckendorf sighed.

"Welcome to Cabin Nine,"… me about ghosts, doughboy

"That aunt's really screwed with you?" Katie asked. Leo nodded.

"Don't ask." He said, shaking his head.

But aloud, he said…bed in the cabin — Beckendorf s."

Beckendorf smiled widely.

"There is nobody that I'd be more happy to give the bed to other than Leo." He said. Leo shook his head.

"You're going to get that bed. I want you to have it. It's yours. You're alive. You're not dead." Leo said. He was deep breathing by the end.

"Hey Leo, yeah I'm here." Beckendorf said, getting worried. Will gave some water to Leo.

"So we're going to construct the same bed for you." Beckendorf grinned finally. Leo grinned this time.

"Now that would be lit." he said. The demigods and gods smiled.

"Whoa, Jake," Will said…panels running down the side.

The demigods' mouths hung open and the Hephaestus gang looked smug.

"Unfair." Chris grumbled good naturedly. Everybody chuckled.

Leo jumped right in…Which button do I press?"

Beckendorf and Leo high fived.

Hold on," Will Solace protested…We still haven't found the end.

"No way!" The Stolls shouted with wide eyes.

"Yes way!" Leo and Beckendorf shouted.

"Bro, we've got to build one of those." Travis said. Connor nodded

"Definitely." He said.

The Hephaestus gang chuckled as the demigods nodded. The other gods shook their heads fondly.

"We should have our own stuff." Percy grinned.

"That would be fun." Tyson said.

"It would also be fun to build." Leo said.

"We'll discuss it when we get back to camp." Percy grinned. All the demigods nodded.

"I have my own suggestions." Poseidon said.

"Let us know those then." Percy grinned.

Anyway, Leo, if you don't mind…nothing to do with this very fine bed?"

Beckendorf shook his head fondly. Leo was certainly a fun and interesting brother to have. One for which he was glad.

"The Titans," Will said…"Guess I was busy."

"You were sent to court?" Hephaestus asked

"Yeah." Leo sighed. Hephaestus visibly looked guilty.

"Doesn't matter," Jake said…"Your cabin's been cursed," Leo guessed

"Wait what?" Beckendorf and Hephaestus asked

"It won't be cursed this time around." Leo said

Jake didn't answer… The place did feel unlucky.

The Hephaestus gang grimaced.

Jake sighed halfheartedly…going to leave Leo alone

"I really wonder what the Callida person did to you." Beckendorf said.

"It might come up." Leo said

"Chapter's done." Ares said

"I'll read." Michael said.

"I don't get one thing." Nico said

"What?" Percy asked

"Have the battles of Labyrinth and Manhattan already been fought?" he asked

"Didn't the fates say that we were alive?" Castor said

"They did but it's just like a feeling. Maybe it's nothing." Nico said

Nico held a note the next second.

"The battles haven't been fought but the life lines won't be cut so they have been saved. The ones who will die have chosen rebirth. Do not overthink this."

"Ah okay." Nico said

"So I'm gonna start reading." Michael said.
