"Okay guys, we've got to have a cheers." Castor said
"You're arranging drinks?" Frank asked.
"You bet." Pollux grinned. They somehow grabbed a backpack and pulled out cans of Coke, Pepsi and bottles of Gatorade. Dakota pulled out Kool Aid and they tossed them around and the demigods cheered and whooped. Dionysus looked proud of his kids.
"Cheers to our friends and our family." Percy said.
"CHEERS!" The demigods, Chiron and the gods said and drank. They all talked for some time as they ate.
"Do you want to read right now or tomorrow?" Chiron asked
"Well I'm not sleepy and these chapters are fairly short. We could another chapter." Thalia said. Everybody nodded.
"I'll read." Connor said, picking up the book.
JASON VII
AS SOON AS JASON SAW THE BIG HOUSE… told him he was on enemy ground
Everybody shook their heads.
"Well at that time I was." Jason said
"Not really. We weren't going to kill you or hurt you, seeing as you didn't know who you were." Chiron said gently. Jason nodded.
"I am not supposed… Jason feel uncomfortable.
"She makes many handsome guys feel uncomfortable." Silena said.
He slipped his arm away…not dating the Dumpster Queen."
"She does not give me good vibes. Drew, I mean." Reyna shook her
"Agreed." Dakota said
"I think anybody might be uncomfortable around her." Castor said. Aphrodite glared a little more than half-heartedly at the three but didn't say anything.
"Actually, many people are but some people aren't. Only some aren't uncomfortable around her and kind of want her to notice them because of her looks." Silena said.
"You mean Piper?... he wasn't a little tempted to kiss her
Jason awkwardly cleared his throat.
"Right. I'm gonna continue." Connor said
"Ah good old 'reading the room'." Travis laughed. Connor smacked him on the arm. Katie snickered and Travis pouted at the two of them.
But that wasn't right…her emotions like that.
"Oh, aren't you sweet." Aphrodite cooed.
"Wonder who he gets that from." Hera grumbled though she liked that her champion was a gentleman. Zeus shook his head at Hera.
"Why do I get the chapter which has the most awkward moments? I mean the atmosphere was awkward two seconds ago and now it's heated." Connor said. Everybody snickered at that.
"I'll read next." Hermes patted him on the shoulder as he grinned.
"Gee thanks." Connor grinned. Hermes laughed
Drew rolled her eyes…you were an Aphrodite kid."
"How much does she talk?" Thalia groaned.
"Jason doesn't really generate the Aphrodite vibe." Chris said
"Why?" "Then you'd be my…except for your parent.
"Well, in the dating sense, that's true but otherwise if you look at them as cousins or something then you're related but like dating is fair game from another cabin." Aphrodite said.
So anybody from another cabin…He's totally awesome!"
"Um thanks, I guess." Jason said.
Jason backed up so fast he almost tripped.
Chiron sighed.
"Ex Mr. Brunner." Percy nodded. Chiron chuckled. Grover nodded.
Rounding the corner of the porch…"You should be dead."
"Uh what?" Jason asked.
"Why should he be dead?" Thalia asked
"I never expected him to be dead. I knew about the Roman camp and I was probably shocked and worried to see a Roman demigod at camp. Then I had heard that Jason had died but he was taken by Hera and if he would've been younger then I might've found it a little less weird and that Jason is 16 was a little surprising as well." Chiron said
"But that would confuse me." Jason said.
"Yes, sorry about that child." Chiron said.
Chiron ordered Jason…to come inside the house.
Everybody snickered.
He told Drew to go back…"We have lemonade."
"I love lemonade." Leo said
"Camp's is the best." Percy grinned
The living room looked like…bulging through their eyeholes
"That's just a little creepy but the weird fact is that I can imagine it to look very beautiful." Dakota said. Dionysus smiled.
But the weirdest thing…Jason nearly leaped out of his skin.
Dionysus smirked.
"He can be a little intimidating the first time." Will said
"Now, Seymour,"… strange sense of humor."
The Greek campers laughed.
"It would definitely remind us of him all right." Katie chuckled.
"That's the objective." Dionysus said
"Mr. D," Jason said…hands were trembling a little
"You good Chiron?" Will frowned
"Just shock." Chiron smiled and assured the young medic.
"As for Seymour…food go when he eats?"
"Those are the kind of things in which it is better to not know the answer because it will certainly be disturbing or weird or unnerving or all those kind of adjectives." Percy said
Everybody nodded.
"Better not to ask,"… nod encouragingly for more.
The Greek campers chuckled.
"That helps." Michael said
"Yeah, I remember ranting about something to Chiron and he's just listening and nodding encouragingly even though he was tired so that I get it out of my system." Hermes grinned. Chiron smiled.
"What were you ranting about?" Connor asked
"Uh uhm um…" Hermes cleared his throat "Nothing which is PG-13" He said. The demigods snickered.
"Ye-ah. I think it's best if you don't go into the details." Connor said. The demigods nodded and Hermes nodded as well.
"Agreed." Apollo said. Hermes pouted at him
"What? I don't think I want to hear about that part of your life in such detail and that too in front of the demigods." Apollo grinned.
"You guys tell each other everything." Ares snorted. Dionysus, Artemis and Athena nodded.
"I-I guess that's okay. Maybe we should read." Lee said. Everybody nodded. The demigods were snickering.
When Jason was done…No," he said. "Nothing."
"This is kinda annoying." Jason said
"We should find out that who took your memories." Thalia said
"Do you know where you are?"… chickens to them or anything
"Chickens huh?" Ares nodded.
Jason shook his head.
But they're still around…Ancient Greece to Rome."
"Okay can we please just… You digested that or understood that way better than I did at first." Percy said, holding his hands up
"Well I think some of it would account for already knowing about it and being raised at camp since I was 2." Jason said
"True but still." Percy nodded.
"I couldn't have said it better"… effort to speak English.
"Yeah, that can be annoying." Percy said
"What was that?"…. "You must be an inspiring teacher."
"He is." The greek campers nodded. Chiron smiled.
"Just not good at pep talks." Grover said. Chiron looked a little sheepish.
"I am sorry, my boy…perhaps retire quietly.
A few demigods choked on air.
"Retire?" Annabeth asked quietly
"Well he does deserve it." Percy smiled gently
"Wouldn't he die?" Annabeth asked
"No." Chiron smiled "I would still train heroes but maybe not exactly the way I do and yes maybe I would totally retire. But I can assure you that I am not retiring for a lot of time." He said. The demigods nodded.
"It's up to you. If you want to then it's okay." Thalia said. The Greek campers and some gods nodded.
"Thank you." Chiron smiled "But not right now." He said.
I should have known better…I don't like that part."
"That and the last chapter part." Nico frowned
"I'm afraid I can't explain…His chest didn't move.
"What?" Annabeth asked
"This is weird." Travis said
"Probably a message from the gods just for Jason." Apollo said
Jason, a voice said…storm spirits
"Nope. Can't enter camp." Grover said
He grabbed the golden coin…Lower your sword.
"Hera." Thalia said, clenching her jaw.
"Who are you?"… I can speak to you.
"Wait so Hera has been captured?" Percy asked. Hera had fairly paled.
"Yes. That's what it sounds like." Athena said
"But how could somebody capture a goddess and keep her in a cell. Like even with less power couldn't she just break out?" Annabeth asked
"It's a special cage, most likely." Hera said
"Probably one which can resist the godly magic and make her weak as she tries to use her powers." Hephaestus said
"This is very troublesome." Zeus frowned
"But who did it?" Poseidon asked
"We will find out." Hestia said "As we read." She said
"You're in prison?"… wouldn't lower his sword
"Not that kind of prison." Athena said
"Look, I don't know you…You belong to me.
"He doesn't belong to anybody." Thalia growled.
"Whoa," Jason said…You took my memories?"
"Why would you take his memories?" Zeus asked
"It would be too complicated for him to have the memories of Camp Jupiter and then get transported to a Greek camp." Hera said
"Why would even want him to go to the Greek camp?" Poseidon asked "Romans and Greeks were divided for a reason. Now they seem to be getting along well but before." He said
"We should read. We'll find out." Hera said
You have until sunset…leopard just ate a goddess."
There were a few snickers.
He told Chiron about the frozen…"Vision. Bad."
"That's an accurate summary." Piper said. Annabeth shrugged.
The redheaded girl looked…I may have killed her."
"What?!"Aphrodite shouted. Piper paled.
"Relax. She would be alive. She won't die like that. The vision was meant for Piper to hear, she won't die." Apollo said. Aphrodite calmed down a little. The color returned to Piper's face.
"Chapter's over." Connor said
"Let's break for the night." Chiron said.
