THE WHOLE CAMPFIRE IDEA…terrifying: a sing-along.
"Oh come on! Our sing alongs are good." Will said. Piper grinned at him.
The amphitheater steps were carved… kind of corny and fun.
The Greek campers nodded happily.
As the energy level got higher… toasted marshmallows.
"Well that was a rather decent description." Chiron said to Piper who grinned.
Very nice! And a special…one of them shouted.
The Greek campers gave barks of laughter.
"You cannot kill people during capture the flag." Beckendorf chuckled
"We know." Clarisse said
"You do now?" Percy grinned. Clarisse rolled her eyes.
"That was pulverization." She said
"Well it backfired." Percy grinned at her and she glared at him.
"However," Chiron said…Ares kid demanded.
"Most probably, more than you are." Leo scowled. Beckendorf sighed.
"Really hard," the girl said…everyone's out looking.
Percy smiled at his friends and the sea gang gave them all grateful looks.

The demigods burst out laughing. Some of the gods were trying hard to not laugh. Hera glared at them all.
"Freaky peacock goddess. That's it. That's my way of referring to her now." Annabeth said. Hera glared at Annabeth.
"Annabeth." Chiron said. Annabeth sighed.
But she stepped forward calmly…addent ad ianuam necem. "
Percy nodded at Jason. Rachel looked a little surprised.
"You just finished the prophecy." Percy said
"You know Latin?" Jason asked "Like that fluently?"
"One class I actually listened to." Percy shrugged and smiled at Chiron
An uneasy silence settled…chanting like a Catholic priest.
A few snickers.
"You just . . . finished the prophecy,"… bunch of losers, Piper thought.
Aphrodite raised an eyebrow at Piper.
"Uhh." Piper said. Triton took some pity on her and continued.
But it didn't do much to break…lot of people dead onstage.
"Chiron, you've got to stop having that look. It's really anxiety inducing. Freaks us out." Percy said. Chiron sighed.
"Well," Rachel said…lot of people laughed.
There were a few chuckles her as well.
"Anyway," Rachel continued…"Or worse," Chiron murmured
"Chiron!" The demigods said. Chiron grimaced.
"It's true. The giants…" Chiron said.
"But why tell it in the middle of the campfire which is already so serious." Thalia sighed.
"That's a fair point." Chiron said
Maybe he didn't mean everyone…warned it was only the beginning
Clarisse winced. Chris slung an arm around her shoulders.
They apparently served some…dooming us all
The gods froze and they looked at each other, their eyes filled with a lot of concern and a a few looked nervous.
"Their king cannot rise. Should not, actually." Ares said
"Porphyrion." Hera muttered.
Hera knew about the giant's…"Some sort of king from rising
"The strongest giant actually." Poseidon said
"Oh yippee." Jason whooped
"Road trip." Leo snickered.
"On which you can die!" Piper cheered. The demigods gave a few snickers and the gods sighed.
"You guys okay?" Hermes asked
"Eh." Jason shrugged
For reasons we don't yet…That's what they usually do."
The gods didn't look at each other.
"Take her? I'm sorry what?" Frank asked
"Like kidnap." Nico said
"Riiight. That's uh um awkward really." Frank said
"Very much." Nico said
"The winter solstice,"… "Thank you, Captain Sunshine
"You know, right now, I actually completely agree with Annabeth here. You're really making the mood a lot tenser. The younger kids are going to get nightmares." Lee said. Chiron looked sheepish.
"They should know but maybe we should discuss some things with the elder kids before with the younger ones." Chiron said.
Whatever's going on, I agree… features like a Roman statue's
"Okay, that was kind of a giveaway to that he was roman." Reyna said
He glanced at Piper…long-range weapon form."
"That is so freaking cool!" Leo said
"Dude, I want one!" yelled somebody from Ares cabin.
Ares chuckled.
"Better than Clarisse's electric spear, Lamer!" one of his brothers agreed.
Clarisse scowled and Chris smiled at her.
"Electric," Jason murmured…who hadn't even stirred.
"Fucking hell!" Nico shouted
"We know who you get the drama from then." Percy laughed. Jason grinned sheepishly.
Everybody laughed and grinned.
"That's got to be cool though." Thalia said. Jason nodded.
Jason lowered his lance. "Urn ... sorry."
"You and me. Same reactions." Percy grinned. Jason grinned back and the two fist bumped.
Chiron brushed some burning…we know who your father is."
Everybody laughed at that.
"Just a bit." Nico snickered.
"Jupiter," Jason said…It made perfect sense.
"Yeah." Thalia said. Jason grinned.
The most powerful god…could possibly be Jason's dad.
Zeus smirked and Poseidon and Hades rolled their eyes.
"WHOAAAA!" Percy and Nico shouted. Hazel nodded in agreement.
"I feel so fucking offended right now." Percy said but he still had a grin
"That's Zeus' PR machine. There was Theseus." Nico said
"Bellerophon." Percy said
"Percy." Nico said
"Nico." Percy said
"Hazel." Nico said.
"Tyson." Percy said.
The two of them grinned then.
"I mean yeah even Perseus took their autographs." Thalia said
"I liked that guy." Percy smiled. "He's pretty chill." He said
Poseidon and Hades nodded. Triton, Amphitrite, Tyson and Persephone were nodding in agreement as well. The others were all enjoying and laughing.
"Well that was fun." Piper said. "I didn't know about you guys then." She said. Nico, Percy and Hazel chuckled and nodded.
Apparently the rest of the camp…And the truth was not good.
Everybody sighed
"The important thing,… Emerald smoke issued from her mouth.
"I have the perfect song for the oracle." Will said
"Which is?" Lee asked
"Poison by Ahzee." Will grinned
"Oh that's lit all right." Michael said. Rachel nodded.
"Agreed." She said. Apollo nodded in agreement and so did the other demigods and the gods who had heard the song.
The voice that came out…been kind to heroes."
Hera shook her head.
"She has a fair point but it is kind of important to find and rescue her." Clarisse said
Jason rose. "I don't have…someone from Aphrodite
"Shut up." Beckendorf growled.
"Shut the fuck up." Leo growled.
Aphrodite and Hephaestus sighed.
"All about looks huh? A lot of the gang?" Leo asked Silena
"Some of them." Silena sighed "I'm sorry about that." She said
"It's not your fault." Beckendorf smiled softly at her.
"Shut up!" Nyssa growled…would be too terrified to proceed.
"How did you-?" Annabeth asked in shock.
"An Aphrodite thing." Silena said
Even Chiron was looking surprised.
"That's it Piper, you're translating expressions for us the next time Chiron and Annabeth are having one of their silent conversations." Percy announced
"Yeah." The Greek demigods agreed. Chiron shook his head though a little fondly. Annabeth sighed.
Piper knew it was crazy…Forget it. No way.
"That's fair." Travis said
Secondly I'm leaving first thing… answer, but she couldn't.
"Drew should learn about something called instincts. Not everything has an explanation at first." Reyna said
Annabeth saved her… them out enough for one night.
"Yeah, most probably." Jason chuckled.
"Blonde superman." Percy said. Jason playfully glared at him and Percy grinned.
"The flying chariot's broken…which was totally not like Leo.
"You okay?" Beckendorf asked
"Just lot to think about, I think." Leo said. Beckendorf smiled understandingly and nodded.
"It's me," he said…but Leo resisted
"They think you're new and they want to keep you safe." Hephaestus said with a small smile at the care of his children for each other.
"Hmm. Gonna have to go someday either way." Leo said
No, it's me…You find us a ride, you're in."
Everybody smiled.
"Yes!" Leo pumped his fist…Let's do this."
The demigods sighed.
Annabeth nodded…place at the right time."
"I sent her the vision for a reason, you upstart girl." Hera said.
"Well that adjective is correct for Drew." Jason muttered.
She turned to Jason…She looked at Leo in disdain
"To be honest, I would love to see Drew on a quest without a child of Hephaestus to get transport in such circumstances." Beckendorf said.
"Well, I suppose someone has to get… suddenly made sense to him.
"Did she just-?" Annabeth asked angrily
"She just used charmspeak on everybody." Silena said, looking angry as well. Even Aphrodite wasn't looking pleased.
No!" Piper's own voice sounded…own campers were nodding
"Apparently so did I." Piper said
"You used it unknowingly. She didn't. She knew what she was doing." Aphrodite said
"Get over it!"… glittered on her chest, and her hair ...
"Mother." Piper groaned "A dress?" She groaned.
"You don't like dresses?" Silena asked in surprise
"No!" Piper said. Silena raised her eyebrows in surprise. Aphrodite chuckled.
"Well. Sorry about that." She said. Piper shook her head.
"Oh, god," she said… "Piper, you ... you're a knockout."
Jason turned red.
"It's all right, little bro." Thalia chuckled.
"In front of everybody? Really?" Jason groaned
"It happens man." Leo said, trying to hide a smile or a grin.
Under different circumstances…"I — don't understand."
Aphrodite sighed as she felt the fact that Piper doesn't like dresses. If Piper didn't like them, then it was all right, she'd buy her clothes that she did like.
Chiron the centaur folded…he were speaking at her funeral.
"You could be a bit more cheerful." Aphrodite said
"I probably wanted her to be at camp where she would be safer and the time of the claiming was rather on point." Chiron said
"Drew would go." Aphrodite pointed out
"I didn't know she was using charmspeak. And also that it is kind of a sign that you wanted Piper to go because of the time you claimed her was right when she was insisting that she should go." Chiron said. Aphrodite nodded. Piper gave a small smile.
"Daughter of Aphrodite…goddess of love."
"HAIL!" The demigods smiled and so did some of the gods. Aphrodite, Piper and Silena smiled. Ares gave a small smile as well.
"Done with the chapter." Triton said
"My turn then." Travis said
