"Leo?" she yelled…grinning like a lunatic.
Even here, Leo was grinning widely.
"The best entrance I could make." He grinned "Though fireworks might have enhanced it." He added after two seconds. The demigods shook their heads fondly and a few grinned.
"Yeah, you know like some fire in the background or some bright firecrackers with a touch of intense background music or just like some cool tune like the start of Final Countdown or something." Percy said
"Preach, brother." Travis and Connor grinned. Percy winked.
"Never ever let the Stolls, Percy and Leo prank anybody together." Annabeth said. Some of the demigods nodded in agreement.
"Toooo late." Connor grinned. Annabeth groaned and few campers mock groaned as well. Hermes burst out laughing and shook his head fondly.
Even before he landed…stared at her like she was insane.
"I'm sure that they would have found it beautiful too if Festus hadn't caused that much damage before." Beckendorf said. Leo nodded.
"It's beautiful," Piper muttered…crazy grin on his face
"I bet that some of the campers thought that you're psychotic." Nico said to Leo
"I am psychotic." Leo nodded.
"No denying that." Piper said. Leo stuck his tongue out at her.
"People of Earth, I come in peace!" he shouted.
Everybody burst out laughing.
"Of course sir. We mean no harm to you whatsoever." Percy said. The laughter increased at that and Leo and Percy exchanged grins.
He looked like he'd been rolling…But he looked absolutely delighted.
Leo grinned sheepishly as Hephaestus got covered in mud and grease and soot again.
"Um yeah, about that." He said. Hephaestus laughed.
"Like I said, I'm used to it." He said
"Festus is just saying hello!"…it was Jason.
Jason looked a little surprised. Zeus smiled proudly and Hera nodded.
He pushed through the crowd…"Leo, what have you done?"
"Got a ride, brother." Leo grinned. Jason grinned back at Leo.
"Quite an interesting one indeed." He said
"Should be good enough. Better maybe." Leo said. Jason and Piper nodded.
"Found a ride!"…might drop off her face.
Leo snickered a little and smirked.
"Priceless reactions. I'm touched." He said, wiping a fake tear. Hephaestus chuckled.
"Though, I think that we should tell the other campers about the bunker and allow the Hephaestus kids to use it. Add better equipment like we planned as well." Beckendorf said
"Yep." Leo nodded
"Yeah!" Leo said…few kinks to work out," Leo said.
A few chuckles. Hephaestus had some more oil on him but didn't look bothered.
"You should look into those kinks when you have time. Repair the disk if you can though I don't know how you will be able to arrange one but there are hardware stores though they might be hard to get by. Just try to clean the disk once in a while or so." Beckendorf said.
Leo nodded. "I'm pretty sure that I'll be doing that." He said
"But how did you survive…world on Happy the Dragon?"
Everybody snickered.
"Well the dragon does seem happy with Leo and you should be happy on a quest. So why not?" Castor shrugged.
"He makes a fair point." Silena laughed.
"So the process of saving the world will happen on happy the dragon but I'm still naming him Festus and not happy." Leo said. Everybody chuckled.
"Yeah, that's fair." Jason said
The dragon twitched…We can't just —"
"Oh yes you can. You plan on the way. Instant ones are the best." Percy said
"Sure thing." Jason said
"Go," Annabeth said…reminded her of better times.
"Yeah. To be honest, now our first quest seems like a picnic. Kind of like a road trip just with some additional danger and some more interference. But still a picnic." Grover said. Percy and Annabeth nodded.
"Yeah, I'd go through the quest than Percy being missing and us having no clue where he is." Annabeth sighed
"You'll find me Wise Girl." Percy smiled
Jason nodded. Then he smiled…Talk about seat warmers!
Everybody laughed.
"Metal seat warmers." Leo announced. They all snickered.
"Yeah, certainly a good resource. You know get a dragon and get natural seat warmers. Sweet deal." Travis said
And the grooves in the dragon's back…concealed under the exterior plating
"That's some good craftsmanship." Annabeth said, impressed. The Hephaestus gang grinned at her.
"That seems fairly comfortable." Pollux nodded.
They sat single file…"No," he admitted.
"Yep. They'd probably see you as a plane or if the mist is really thick then probably a bird or some drone or something." Annabeth said
"That's kind of a relief. I don't think I want to know what the mortal news will say about a metal dragon in the sky with three kids on top." Piper said
"It'd be quite weird. Actually, very very weird and extremely confusing for the ones who saw the dragon and you guys." Rachel said
Then Piper saw he was clutching…put the photo in his pocket
Thalia chuckled and gave a small smile to Jason who grinned back at her.
"We're making good time…photo of his real girlfriend?
Thalia shook her head.
"That is way off. Very weird and trauma inducing to even have the thought of it." She said. Jason nodded in agreement with Thalia.
"She's my sister." Jason said. Piper grinned sheepishly.
"I know." She snickered.
"Though not really new for Greek Mythology." Travis said
"Shut up, Travis." Thalia said, glaring at him.
"Hey, I'm just saying. I know he's your little brother and you're a hunter and all and you are definitely siblings but I'm just saying that there have been many cases in Greek mythology." Travis said.
"Yeah, that's most definitely true. Not related to Thalia and Jason but I'm just kind of used to hearing stories but I still do not want to think about the weird relationships formed with horses or something." Percy said.
Everybody nodded and then Nico sighed. They all looked at him.
"I just got reminded of something." He said
"What?" Percy asked
"The fact that the blood relation of Hera and Zeus is like Jaime and Cersei from Game of Thrones. Like just the siblings to lovers thing." Nico said. The demigods' eyes widened.
"How did I never realize that before?" Percy groaned.
"That is just something I never thought of before but dam isn't that so freaking accurate?" Travis said
The demigods nodded.
"Like very accurate. Just that they were twins." Katie said. The younger gods had the realization faces too. Zeus and Hera were looking at each other and then looked at Nico who shrugged.
"So now that we have discussed two of the Lannisters, I'm going to continue reading." Artemis said, chuckling. Everybody grinned sheepishly and Artemis continued.
Stop it, she thought…"And chase some storm spirits."
"Done. That was quite short." Artemis said
"Well the good news is that you have a goal and you know where to start." Percy said
"Bad news?" Jason asked
"Nothing I can think about yet except that you have no memories but that's been going on since the first chapter so not new." Percy said. Jason nodded.
