JASON DREAMED HE WAS WRAPPED…overinflated water balloon

Zeus groaned in the pain that he felt and Hera winced and clutched her head. Jason did a look a little guilty.

"If I'm dead," he murmured, "why does it hurt so much?"

"You're not dead. But if you were, you're taking it awfully calmly." Nico said

"If I was dead, there wasn't much I could do was there?" Jason shrugged.

"That's a fair point." Hades said

"You're not dead…Come, speak with me."

"Hera." Thalia said. Hera nodded.

Jason's thoughts floated away…whirled together, confining him

"A claustrophobic nightmare." Percy said

"True." Will said. Hera winced at the thought of the cage.

Outside the bars… also hardened with suffering.

Hera's face hardened and looked a little weak. Zeus looked worried as he saw that. Even the other gods were looking concerned seeing how weak her face looked.

"Hera," Jason said…"Why can't you just escape?"

Hera smiled sadly.

"I wish it were that easy." She said

Her form began to glow… little more stooped and tired.

Hera looked even weaker. Hestia looked at her sister worriedly.

"Damnn." Percy muttered. "Even I wouldn't wish something like that on her." He said

"Some powers are even greater than the gods," she said

"That is not making any of us feel better." Katie sighed.

"l am not easily contained…I grow weaker by the day."

"We don't even know where she is and is concealed. This just gets worse by the second." Hermes said

"We knew that it would be something like that. Like we couldn't find her." Ares said

"We knew that Olympus was closed." Hermes corrected

"But if we would've known where she was, don't you think I would've gone to get her?" Zeus asked. Hera blushed a little.

"Right." Hermes said

"But currently getting worse by the second." He said.

"Then why did you come here?"… That is why he closed Olympus."

The demigods groaned and the gods looked pained. There were some face palms.

"You've got to be joking?" Percy said

"He doesn't joke much." Poseidon said

"What about the satyr jokes then?" Grover muttered

"That was the past." Hades said. Hestia sighed.

"But literally! Claiming your children is not being too involved. Fighting their battles might be but not claiming! Unless you wish another war of unclaimed kids trying to raise a cannibal titan then that is the only way and even if that wasn't the case, you should still claim your kids." Percy said, glaring at Zeus who scowled a little but not much. Most of the scowl's reason was that Percy was right.

"But you don't agree." "No," she said.

"That's a start. Seeing as you hate demigods." Annabeth said

"That's my choice. I care about not having another war." Hera said

"Often I do not understand…this seemed paranoid

"Ah so even our sister sees that." Poseidon said to Zeus who glared at him.

I cannot fathom why he was…It was ... unlike him.

"That's strange." Demeter said. The gods nodded. Zeus looked disturbed about why even Hera found it strange.

As Hera, I might have been…I should come here

"No god or demigod should ever listen to a random voice which you don't freaking recognize. Leads to trouble." Percy said

"Facts." The demigods chorused.

"And traps." Piper pointed out.

"That too." Silena sighed.

Gods do not have what…And I came here to investigate."

Zeus glared at Hera.

"You acted on impulses… again." He said. Hera winced.

"It was a trap,"…my imprisonment started a war.

"Something like Déjà vu?" Leo asked

"Nope. More like history repeats itself!" Nico said in a loud voice, making his voice break intentionally and sounding mysterious.

"History better not repeat itself!" Hermes said. Nico shrugged.

There were a few snickers at Nico and Hermes. Mostly from the demigods.

Zeus shot Hera a glare and she grimaced.

Now our enemies rise…candle flame in the breeze.

The gods shuddered.

"This is not good at all. If her form is flickering…" Poseidon said. Hera was very pale and so was Zeus.

"Close to fading?" Nico asked. Poseidon nodded.

Nico swore. "That would be too catastrophic for words." He said. The demigods rubbed their heads.

Outside the cage…aggressive, out for blood.

The Romans shuddered at aggressive wolves. The Greek demigods were looking concerned about the fact that some things had multiple hands.

"Hurry, Jason," Hera said…overcome millennia of hatred."

"Hera." Zeus said, with an edge to his voice.

"It had to be done. Romans and Greeks have to unite for this!" Hera said.

"What? I don't…will be by her hand."

Thalia paled. Jason looked worried and so did Zeus.

"That was a handy warning." Demeter nodded.

"Who?" he demanded…waist to keep him balanced.

"Thanks." Jason said to Piper who nodded.

Leo sat in front…How you feeling?"

"Concussions are nasty." Will shook his head. Apollo nodded in agreement.

Jason's head throbbed…everything went black.

Zeus and Hera gave yells of pain and clutched their heads.

"That would hurt badly." Percy said, looking at the two of them and then at Jason who sighed.

"How did you…He can summon fire —

"See! Not a curse." Beckendorf smiled at Leo. Hephaestus nodded. Leo gave a small smile.

"Yeah." He said.

"It was nothing,"…vengeance inside the factory

Everybody cheered.

"GO LEO!" The demigods whooped. Leo grinned widely. Hephaestus looked proud. Piper grinned widely at Leo.

Jason was impressed…Not bad.

"It's not just 'not bad'. It's freaking amazing and really hard to pull off. The size of the Cyclops sounded huge." Beckendorf said. Jason nodded.

"I meant that itself." He smiled at Leo who grinned at him.

It didn't exactly scare him…kind of quest leader was he?

"You're a good quest leader. Being a quest leader doesn't mean that you can't get hurt. Anybody can get hurt." Percy said gently. Jason sighed.

"But I was practically bonked out and I walked into an ambush." Jason said

"It happens. Mistakes happen. It's all right." Annabeth said.

When Piper told him about the…name was missing from his mind.

The Romans gasped.

"Wait. That was him?" Dakota asked with wide eyes.

"Maybe. But there are other sons of Mercury too." Reyna said

"Haven't heard of so many dying though." Dakota said

"It could be him." Reyna said.

"I'm not alone, then,"…that could blow up in a big way —

Zeus nodded.

"The Romans and Greeks are friends now, aren't they?" Hera pointed out. Zeus glared at her.

"Dakota is Dionysus' kids' brother and Reyna is a hunter of Artemis." He said

"Yet, everybody seems to be on good terms with her." Hera said a little wearily.

"Or save us," Piper said hopefully.

Hera nodded.

"That bit about the sleeping…Did you say . . . Porta-Potty?"

There were a few snickers at that.

Leo told them about the big face…can vouch for that.

A few people laughed.

"The ultimate weapon!" Travis announced. Everybody laughed at that.

She wanted me to betray you…face in the potty sludge.'"

Jason, Leo and Piper exchanged small smiles.

"She's trying to divide us."…he'd heard that name before.

Piper grimaced.

"I mean ..." Piper's voice…I dunno about Enchiladas —

"Enchiladas! It's Enceladus. Enchiladas are tasty." Grover bleated. Leo grinned sheepishly at him. Everybody chuckled.

"Enceladus," Piper corrected…Porpoise Fear, or something?"

Everybody burst out laughing.

"Porpoise Fear?" Apollo sniggered. Leo grinned.

"Wow." Percy grinned at Leo who winked back.

When the laughter calmed down, Castor continued reading.

"Porphyrion?" Piper asked… the giants and the gods."

"Sure it was wild." Thalia chuckled at her brother. Jason grinned at her.

"That was right on point." Ares said.

"I think so," Piper agreed…almost impossible to kill."

"Fun." Percy said.

"Heroes and gods had to work…gods won't even talk to us."

"Facts." Annabeth nodded. The gods sighed.

They flew west, and Jason…"and see where it goes?"

Everybody nodded.

"Good idea." Triton said

"Dangerous but good." Katie said

"Quests are dangerous." Jason said.

"True." Katie said

"Chapter's done." Castor said

"Skydiving time." Jason said

"Like now?" Percy asked

"Why not?" Jason shrugged.

"Don't we need training or anything?" Nico asked

"Normally yes but I'll be jumping with all of you so that is there and the one in charge will tell you what to do." Jason said

"Okay. Give us 20 minutes to come with the other plans too then." Percy said. Everybody nodded. The younger gods looked excited at the thought of the sports, the elder gods were looking a little weary, especially the big three of the things they would have to do related to each others' domains.
