I finished my own Original Story, it is entirely free and on Wattpad. Check it out, Destiny Rebellions- A Queen's Champion... if you love A Mortal's Might you'll love it. It was inspired heavily by that story and this one. Please check it out and tell me if you love it. I will be publishing it one day, so check it out before I pull it off of Wattpad.
Funny thing, this is partially inspired by a Naruto trained by Madara story in which Naruto died during the Valley of the End and was resurrected by Madara...
With this chapter, we end the Prolouge Arc... and we will start getting more story stuff since we are getting the boring training stuff over and can get into the meaty story stuff. I have a lot planned.
Ducking under his mother's kick, Naruto gathered chakra into his palm and thrust it at her. "Rasengan!" He screamed, only for her to grab his wrist and easily twist it to the side, dispelling his technique. Jumping, he kicked at her arm, forcing her to release him. She retaliated with a punch he barely blocked sending him flying across his mindscape. He flipped onto his feet, only to be slammed to the side with a hard kick, then pinned by her foot, facing against the imaginary ground.
"Much better, you lasted a lot longer. Five whole minutes." She said, not at all mocking.
He groaned, standing. "You can't even use ninjutsu, just taijutsu or Kenjutsu and you are still kicking my butt!"
She laughed. "Naruto, I died at twenty four, I graduated at ten so I have fourteen years of combat training. I entered ANBU at fourteen and fought during the Third War! You would be hard pressed to beat me even with Kyuubi's chakra rushing through you. I could beat Orochimaru, hell I beat him several times by seventeen as did your father."
Naruto smiled. "That makes me feel better."
"It really should... and your Rasengan was perfect."
"Can you make one?"
She nodded. "Yes, I can. Minato taught me as a thank you for teaching him my family's sealing style. Speaking of, you've made great progress there as well. I am very proud of you, you are growing so fast. I will be gone in five months, maybe more, but I know that when I leave you will easily be strong enough to fight most Jonin and beat them."
Naruto flushed. "You are too much, Mom... Believe it."
"I am known to be too much... now, I sense that Jiraiya has fallen asleep, it is time to act.'
Naruto nodded and faded away, back to his body. He turned his head to the window, focusing hard on the Clone he had created just before he went to sleep. With all he had, he used his newly sharpened skills to silently replace with the clone. Rushing off as fast and silently as he could, he reached a tree in the clearing he trained in and pulled out a scroll he had stored for this purpose. Quickly he unsealed it and changed into the clothes it had, civilian clothes. A grey hoodie and green khakis enhanced by seals for durability, he sealed away his old clothes. Finally he put on a new seal, one that was insanely hard and he just barely managed to make with his mother's help. It bound him, ensuring he could not be reverses summoned by the Toads or tracked via scent.
With all of that, he turned on heel and shot off towards the Land of Waves. He knew he would be safe, the clone with Jiraiya had seals on it, stored with enough chakra to sustain itself for at least twenty four hours, giving Naruto plenty of time to reach his target.
"Kyuubi, give me a boost!"
The Fox obliged and Naruto blasted off at blinding speeds, far faster than most Ninjas could imagine. He would reach the Land of Wave in an hour, instead of the six it normally would take. He did not sightsee, there was no time for that. He hurried to the grave of Zabuza and, after a prayer in thanks, stole the man's sword. He almost regretted it, but after talking to his mom, they both felt it a real waste to not use one of legendary of blades. One that, according to his mother, would really fit into his style and help him become great. He saw it as honoring Zabuza and Haku, who had shaped him so deeply.
With that, he turned to the northeast and blasted off at super speeds to the Land of Whirlpools.
He would get there in another two hours, instead of the eight, it would normally take. He was awed at the sight, the destroyed buildings, the powerful symbols of his clan, the chakra still present in the air from old seals ( a trick his mother taught him over the last month)... it was amazing. This would be his home for the next year at the least... and so he followed his mother's instructions, reaching an old cave on the southern most tip of the island, one masked by seals older than the Shinobi villages, and he marched inside. The seal's energy brushed against him like old cobwebs, his Uzumaki blood allowing him entrance. The Cave was massive, expanding for a good half a mile in each direction, including upwards. Powerful seals were etched into the roof to keep it from collapsing in on him. There was a large pool of water in the center, a spiraling whirlpool splashing water in it's center.
It would be here that Naruto would become the legend he was born to be, at least according to his mother.
"So what now?"
"Now we start training. Create eight hundred clones." Naruto did as she said, gulping in shock. "I want a hundred working on your taijutsu, A hundred on your kenjutsu with your new sword, a hundred on the Water separating chakra control exercise, fifty on sticking the water to your hand so you can start to master water jutsu, fifty on the rasengan, fifty on the rasengan, fifty broken into groups of five creating the ten seals I showed you, fifty working on your throwing skills, fifty working on your handsigns, fifty on increasing your strength with your chakra, fifty on increasing your speed with chakra, fifty on your shushin, and fifty on your replacement. Then the Real Naruto is to do your normal training exercises followed by your spars with your clones. Oh and as per usual a clone is to work with my on seals. Also, I would recommend you send fifty clones to get a good view of the area, and have some transform into birds or other animals to make sure no one comes near here. Yeah, that should be it..."
Doing all that, Naruto dived into his work, his body covered in seals that would weigh him down and act as resistance allowing him to increase his speed and strength naturally. He only had just shy of two years to get strong, to become so powerful that he could fight the man that killed his family and doomed him to a life time of loneliness and emptiness and pain. A man who destroyed so many lives...
He had to stop him by any means... and if he got the means to save Sasuke and become Hokage, all the better.
Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.
This was a fun chapter to write.
Love, your Ninja Overlord,
Mika.
