Rumors of a fallen hero of the Thalmor become truth and then another declaration. The second battle is to be decided by a drink as a new hero rises to the occasion.

We see many NPCs throughout the world of Skyrim. To us they may be no more than randomly generated enemies for our protagonist to overcome but sometimes there's a little more to their character than we realize.
