In the world of Avatar, the Last Airbender, the 100 year war is raging. LanYing is a girl who holds a secret that may bring destruction to her family. The Avatar is the answer to her prayers, but if she is caught, everyone she loves will pay.

This is an angsty story. This is Avatar darkverse. This is a big steaming pile of nihilistic depressing. I wrote it this way because of a great proverb I heard recently: 'There is medicine in my shadow.' In the darkness, you can often find light and valuable lessons to learn. Especially in fiction, where no one truly gets hurt! Enjoy!

When ever I get an idea for a story and I'm not sure if people will read it, I'll put a short document describing the story in here.

These days everyone knows who I am. Everybody thinks they know my story because of that big splash I made in the papers, but someone discovered me long before that. That's when I actually became something. My story really begins on that night. Mind the 'M' rating. [Modern day superhero AU, Katara x Toph, femslash and yuri abound]

(Part One of The Way of Tea) The general watched his niece and nephew closely. The struggle between good and evil was reborn in them; both of them. The question now was who had the power to restore balance to the world, and who had the power to destroy it. It was a question he would have to answer. And once he gave an answer, it would become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Sokka could not be more content with his life. He's a respected councilman and is living with Toph, the woman he loves, and Lin, the girl he's raising as his own. He starts thinking of making more serious commitments to his girls. However, when a face from his past reappears, a secret will be revealed that will turn Sokka's world upside down and challenge where his loyalties are.

Aang is banished from the air temple, and loses access to his Avatar state. Left with only the element of water, Aang must navigate the world a hundred years after he got frozen in an iceberg.

The Avatar cycle has been believed dead for ninety years. Benders have been run out of every space they enter, non-benders claiming witchcraft. The nations continue as underground societies, never giving a single hint as to where they are. But Leoh, water tribe boy, knows that he can find the Avatar, and finally reclaim lost land. But, it might be a bit more complicated than that.

Everybody makes wishes. They can't help themselves: it's part of their nature. But what if they came true? Even those crazy ones, like maybe going to a different universe. Rachelle was nothing special before the day she turned 15. When Rachelle is transported to a fictional world, she thinks that it can't get any more bizarre, but little does she know this is just the beginning.

The Avatar hasn't been seen in nearly 100 years. Rather than waste his and his Uncle's life on the fruitless quest, Zuko instead fakes his death and travels alone throughout the Earth Kingdom. For three years he does what he can to help those affected by the war, until while visiting the Southern Air Temple he intercepts a message, the Avatar is alive and Zuko has a new quest.

Aang died in the Airbender massacre allowing the avatar to be reborn, but failure echoed in his wake. The avatars following Aang could not bring down the Fire Nation's plot for domination, and now the fate of the world rests on the shoulders of the last avatar before the line is broken by the Airbenders' extinction. Rated for violence. No original characters.

Zuko is not gilded, or golden. He's far from perfect. The moment the rivulets of destruction strike down upon the soil, he knows he's made the greatest mistake of his life. But he can't give up without a fight. AU.

She remembers the way the wind blew up a gust, and how the beginning curl of anger warmed her. She remembers how the gray sky felt close and heavy. She remembers the whimpering of her niece. But most of all, she remembers his heartlessness. She will not forget this moment. KataraXAang Breakup. Oneshot.

Sokka tends to get playful and silly at festivals; Zuko finds it oddly rather endearing.

Zuko was blinded in the Agni Kai . Instead of being thirteen he was ten . He then was left in the forest where Jet and the other freedom fighters found him . They know he is a Fire bender and call him Phoenix because of it . However he is deadly scared of fire and how bends to stay healthy . Because he knows what happens to those that ignore their bending .

You have heard the story of Avatar Aang. You have either seen the series, read the books, or both. What if there is an alternative version of the story? There is a person who was there through it, but was left out. Her name was Sakari and she was a waterbender. But she wasn't one who was on the Avatar's side. She was on the Fire Nation's side.
