How Avatar should have ended: Aang's mental health takes a dive when he realizes how many innocent people he and his friends have killed. Much wanton violence. Much Aangst. Doop de doop doop doop doop. Oneshot. Doop. No grammatical/spelling errors (except intentional ones).

Rule 63 abounds. Begins just before Avatar Aya is awoken by two Water Tribe siblings: Saikla and Kyut. They flee from the scarred Zaiko. AU in many ways, but holding canon plot. Warnings: Violence, war, underage sex (eventually), acknowledgement that the saviors of the world are children...me having fun, basically.

Princess Katara has been locked up in the abandoned ivory tower for who knows how long. One night the Avatar pays a visit to the Southern water tribe he is meant to keep the balance in the world and he has heard the rumors about the girl who is an innocent princess of the tribe that has been locked up in the so called ivory tower. When he finds her...what will happen?

AU. The idea of Zuko and Katara having any sort of romantic relationship was absurd. There simply just wasn't enough time, what with investigating Aang and Toph's disappearance, winning back Zuko's throne, and quelling rebellions. Absurd, certainly, but not utterly impossible.

Kya and her lovely parents, Aang and Katara - On the Avatar universe's New Year's Eve, Kya decides that she is responsible enough to handle hanging out with her friends in Republic City at night. Her mother is skeptical, and her father is trusting, but cautious. However, the fifteen year old's amazing night doesn't turn out like she expects. Rated T for slightly mature themes.

Aang isn't there when Zuko comes to the South Pole and Azula takes a more direct interest in protecting her place as the heir apparent.
