It will focus on Saitama's battle. Suzaku joining Asford and Lelouch's Mistakes.

Lelouch was planning on how to fight in Saitama
CC asked "You shoudn't go. You know it's a trap"
Lelouch replied "My Dear Witch. I won't let any innocent citizen die so I must go"
CC replied sadly "There a chance you will die."
Lelouch replied to CC's Question "I won't make same mistake"
Lelouch record his voice and then decided to meet Sayako
Lelouch meet infront of Sayako and uses his Green Geass "I order you to awake"

Lelouch contact Kallen "Q1,
Cornellia is going to attack Saitama Ghetto in an hour. I want you to be ready for our misson"
Kallen replier "Yes K1"
Lelouch says to himself "Step 1 Done"
Kallen meet with Lelouch who explained his plan
Lelouch:"Let's meet up with Yamato Allience and request some to Evacuate civilians"
Lelouch geassed a person to give the disk to Yamato Allience members
"Step 2 Done"
Yamato alliance receive the disk and started listening
"I am Zero"
"I request your resistance group to evacuate the civillians as Viceroy Cornellia is going to attack"
Yamato Allience accepted Zero's proposal and quickly evacuated the civillians
"Step 3 Done"
"The Saitama ghetto is completely surrounded," Darlton announced. "The Yamato alliance's hideout is here. Half the neighborhood is cooperating with them. So, if we proceed now..."
"The military authorities reported that they are surrounding the Saitama Ghetto, a place known to be a terrorist hideout," said the repoter the camera "And since Viceroy Cornelia is on site, entry to it has been restricted."
" Zero is a criminal with theatrical abilities," said Cornelia, appearing on the screen. "I've recreated the conditions of Shinjuku to draw him out. If he's a very trusting person, he'll come here and try to kill me."
"Viceroy!" a soldier protests. "Will you risk your life like that?"
"War is a struggle between pride and life," Cornelia replies
Lelouch looks at upcoming Knightmare. "Waiting is now over"
"Step 4 Done"
"There are no civillians" A Soldier replied to the viceroy who want to create condition similar to Shinjuku
"How did they know our plan"
A soldier enters and give the guard a disk
"Princess Cornellia, There is a disk that someone brings "
"Check if it is a trap and if not play it"
The Royal Guard played this disc
"I am Zero"
Everybody got supprised
"I Evacute all the citizens" Zero said in recording
"So that's why there aren't any" Guiliford replied
"I request a deal. Your most trusted night vs my Queen, The Crimson Lotus in a knightmare duel. If I win you will leave this ghetto and if You win, I will answer any Question you asked" Zero proposed a deal
"Why should I believe a lowly Eleven like you" Cornellia replied angrily
"When did I say I am an Japanese, I am a full blood Brittania who hates his own country" Zero replied
"Then why you fight against homeland"
"Because I want to create a world where weak won't suffer and now I want if you accept this deal"
"Ok fine"
"Just to remined you this is a recording" Zero replied and recording ended
Cornellia just sees Zero intelligence on how he predicted all the thoughts.
"Step 5 Done"
Kallen arrive at the destination of Duel
"So you are to be my opponent," Guilford asked
"Yes I am," Kallen confirmed.
"A woman?" Guilford sounded surprised
"Got a problem with that?" Kallen asked annoyed
"Not at all," the Knight told her. "Her highness Princess Cornelia is a woman and is, by far, the greatest warrior to ever grace the battlefield. I was simply surprised at your presence is all. I meant no offense."
"Good to hear that," Kallen told him
"Zero told my Princess that you are a warrior that is capable of fighting on par with myself," Guilford revealed. "Is Zero simply boasting, or does the man speak the truth about your skills?"
"I guess that we'll find out then," Kallen smirked at her foe.
"That we will," Guilford acknowledged and asked
"Before we begin our duel, I would have your name."
Kallen:"Isn't it proper manners for the gentleman to introduce himself before asking the lady's name?"
"I apologize,"
" My name is Sir Gilbert G. P. Guilford. "
"I am the Crimson Lotus. My name is Kouzuki Kallen"
"Are you ready to begin yet?" Kallen asked
"Very well then," Guilford responded
Guilford and Kallen started their duel and Lelouch smiled at Kallen and how she was performing but he make a mistake as debries fall on both knightmare pilot. Ending there duel.
"Looks like it is a draw" Lelouch said
Lelouch help both Kallen and Guilford to escape the debries.
Cornellia appear
Lelouch asked "Looks like it is a draw so we both win"
Cornellia was surprised by Zero's answer
"Then I will asked the question. What is your goal"
"My goal is to destroy the world and create it new"
Cornelia leave the Ghetto as promised and Yamato alliance joins Zero's group
Lelouch returns home and see CC on his bed. Lelouch sighed at the defeat
CC:" You really said was true, you didn't make same mistake. You make entirely new one"
Lelouch ignored and was prepairing for his next operation
Lelouch wonders why Suzaku didn't join Asford today. And wonder if apperence of Mary possibly change the outcome
Lelouch decided to sleep on Couch
It was next day
Suzaku joined Asford a day later
"I am Suzaku Kururugi and I will be joining you all here"
Lelouch smiled at Suzaku apperence
Chapter 4 ended. It is basically Saitama Ghetto attack. Lelouch just make a promised with himself and Suzaku joining Asford Private Academy
Next chapter first half will focus on the Anomaly that L mention and some new character awakening
