Naruto could tell.

Kobayashi was a shrewd woman.

'She masks her kindness as manipulation, she isn't outright kind to people, so she tries to come across as manipulative and casual. There is more to her than that.' Naruto thought to himself as he washed his hair. He was in the apartment with Tohru and Ilulu, with Tohru suggesting that he take a bath to get rid of the previous work day's filth. He had slept on the couch, he had eaten breakfast with Kobayashi, Kanna, Tohru, and Ilulu, and then he had started to study.

For some reason the coding manual for the company Kobayashi worked at seemed easy to him.

He didn't understand why, he was stupid, he would admit that usually he had to work 5 times harder than anyone else to learn things from books. Something about the contents of these books just seemed to come more easily to him. He didn't understand why learning this code language seemed to come to him naturally.

It made no sense.

The door opened.

Naruto looked and his face turned bright red when he saw the massive set of breasts that were waiting to fill most of his vision. "Sorry about Ilulu-"

Every part of her face spoke of her love, so Naruto just wrapped a towel around his waist and stared at her. She was in full maid uniform still. "Ilulu has poor impulse control... she is a chaos dragon, we do what we want, fall in love with who we want, and our love is an all destroying raging inferno... you're a lucky guy. She's nearly as old and powerful as I am." Tohru praised Ilulu's strength and age.

Naruto just stared at her as he grabbed a towel that she handed him, unlike the one around his waist, and started to dry himself off. He could see Ilulu prowling around on the other side of the door, waiting to strike at him again.

"He's mine Tohru, you can't have him!"

"I don't want him, I have Kobayashi. I wanted to ask, do you have a preference for lunch?"

"I don't... why are you doing all of this?" Naruto questioned her reasons. She had no reason to be so nice to him.

Tohru put her finger to her lip in thought.

"Not many humans would save Ilulu from death, among other things. My own personal reasons... I just want you and Ilulu to get along. If she is bothering you, she can't bother Kobayashi." Tohru's mind was singlemindedly focused.

"Kobayashi is lucky to have somebody who loves her as much as you." Naruto deadpanned.

Tohru slapped him on the back a few times.

"I know right, she's got a superior dragon like me at her beck and call! You're almost as lucky as her, you've got a great chaos dragon in Ilulu waiting for you! I knew I liked you, you have common sense!" Tohru was given a great impression with those words. She didn't notice that Naruto spoke them in a deadpan tone. She would not have cared even if she did notice them, all that mattered were the literal definitions of the words themselves.

Naruto went back into the changing room, where he saw a change of clothes that seemed to magically be in his size.

When he was dressed, he left the changing room and saw Ilulu waiting for him.

"Thank you for saving my life... and thank you for being a good human." Ilulu seemed to struggle to find the perfect words to convey her feelings. Naruto didn't know how to respond to what she said with words though.

Nobody had ever thanked him that sincerely before after all.

"... Anytime." Naruto cursed himself for the cheesy word that came out of his mouth, but Ilulu just gave him a wide, happy grin. Her shark-like teeth all sparkled at him with how his one word seemed to light a spark of happiness in her. When Tohru came out of the bathroom with his dirty clothes, she passed by them and glanced between the two with a curious glance.

She just sighed and smiled.

"... Anyway... sorry about... your boobs and my... penis touching back there. That was my bad... and sorry about making your boobs slap your face. Your startled me in there." Naruto apologized to Ilulu for his own behavior in the bathroom.

"Do you want me to put him in there again?"

"This is the part where you apologize for trying to swallow up my dick with your tits Ilulu! My apology was your hint to apologize!" Naruto slapped his cheeks with his hands in frustration.

Ilulu just smiled, grabbed the bottom of her boobs, and started to bounce them up and down to show just how massive her cleavage was.

Ilulu reasoned as she started to walk towards him. Naruto put his hand on her forehead and stopped her from moving forward, and just stared towards Tohru with a deadpan stare.

Tohru was just looking at Ilulu with pride.

"A proper chaos dragon, through and through, even when you fall in love, you do it in the most chaotic way possible. You're a lucky man, chaos dragons are the kinkiest there are."

"I think I can see why Kobayashi wanted to get me to work with her and take Ilulu in! I don't know about the loli dragon, but I think she just didn't want to deal with 2 perverted chaos dragons!" Naruto's words were completely ignored by both of the dragons. Seeing that at least Ilulu was only joking about giving him a titjob at this moment, Naruto went back to studying the kind of work he would be doing for the job he might be getting.

So he sat down in the living room.
