After the end of series 4, Merlin is cursed by nightmares and realises the only person he can turn to is the woman he failed to help years ago (Merlin x Morgana romance).

There was never really any reason for Merlin not to tell Arthur he was a dragonlord in Series 2. So I wrote an AU where he did. Not a reveal. Short Arthur exploration. Deep friendship or Merthur if you want to see it that way.
