This ending is what I always thought should have happened for the ending to Mass Effect 3. It features a conversation between Shepard and the Catalyst where he uses the Quarians and Geth as well as EDI as an example of organic/synthetic peace. Yes, it is a happy ending, too. This particular version features ShepardXLiara.
