A refrigerator. Something so plain and simple, yet, it's what steals her attention every time she breezes through the kitchen. It's funny how something she never truly paid any attention to before has now become so captivating to her, so precious to her heart really. A refrigerator.

She smirks to herself, sips her coffee and then reaches out to pull the card down from the magnet holding it into place. She studies the picture, her smile spreading even wider until she's chuckling to herself and cannot contain the giddiness sweeping through her body. She's content. She's complete. She's home.

She hears the clicking of heels against the polished floors, persuading her heart to do some happy jig in her chest. She briefly wonders if it will always feel this way, her heart tells her it's just the beginning.

"You're up early," she says, adjusting her earring as she struts into the room.

"Duty called," she answers, leaning in for the morning kiss she knows is coming.

"Maybe you should nap before we go," she suggests, her beautiful eyes narrowing on the card that once hung on their refrigerator.

"I'll be fine. I'm excited to see them."

"Me too, darling," she whispers as she leans in for one more kiss.

One year after the battle against Reign, Lena and Kara received a wedding invitation and of course, they wouldn't miss it for the world. It was the first time seeing each other again and Lena and Kara were both ecstatic about traveling to Storybrooke.

They planned a vacation for a week there, assuming they would have to stay at Granny's bed and breakfast but Regina and Emma insisted their mansion had plenty of space and so the four of them were granted an opportunity to really get to know one another. Regina helped Lena with magic while they bonded over controlling, mentally abusive mothers and evil siblings and always being looked at as the villain despite all heroic accomplishments. Kara spent a lot of time tagging behind Emma, helping her patrol and eventually, discussing what it's like to be an orphan from a strange land.

By the end of the week, Lena and Kara witnessed Regina and Emma saying their vows underneath an apple tree that apparently, Emma took a chainsaw to. The ceremony was intimate, close friends and family only, no bridal party. Emma's parents walked her through vibrant green grass to a man named, Archie Hopper and Henry walked Regina. It was absolutely beautiful and forced Kara to admit what she truly wanted.

One year after that, Regina and Emma received an invitation as well. Despite Kara's hesitation about being a superhero and risking Lena's life, she knew she couldn't continue living without love. She found someone who really knew her, all of her, that perfect person for game night. And Lena really was perfect, insisting that they practice all sorts of games together so that they would never lose.

So, Regina, Emma, and Henry traveled to Earth-38 thanks to Lena's portal watch and stayed in the most stunning farmhouse just outside of the city. Kara and Lena had the home built, well, with all the money rolling in from Catco and L-Corp, they wanted a forever home. It was gorgeous, a perfect mix between modern and country and apparently there was a forcefield surrounding to make it invisible so nobody could ever find Supergirl's family.

Emma and Regina were quite stunned when they had entered the grand venue for the wedding. Between Lena's popularity as CEO and Kara's many many super friends, their wedding was the event of the year. And Henry finally had the chance to meet all kinds of superheroes that he had been talking about since the day he met Supergirl. Kara's adoptive mother, Eliza, proudly walked her down the aisle to Lena who was waiting impatiently with tears rolling down her cheeks.

Sadly, the next time they saw each other, wasn't a happy celebration. Kara and Lena showed up one day on their doorstep, a sheepish blonde, a distraught brunette and Emma had quickly pulled them inside. Lena's brother, Lex, had conned his way out of prison and was after Kara. Yes, he had always been obsessed with her cousin and Kryptonians but this was more deeply rooted since the thing he hated most married his baby sister. When push came to shove, Lena had shot and killed her brother to protect her wife. So, Regina, Emma, Kara and Lena flew to Europe and spent two weeks helping Lena heal.

One year after that, Regina and Emma were summoned to Earth-38 for some exciting news. They had inkling but they didn't want to jinx anything, so neither one said why Kara and Lena sent for them. Kara brought them to L-Corp, where they all met in the lab where Reign was defeated. Except this time, Lena and Kara were both beaming with excitement, their adrenaline was contagious.

Kara blurted out that Lena was pregnant while Lena rolled her eyes but couldn't wipe the stupid smirk off her face. Then, Lena proceeded to explain in great detail how there had been technology on a Daxamite ship (Emma and Regina were a little confused but nodded along politely) that could create a baby out of a simple thread of hair from each parent. So, Lena being the genius that she was, used that technology and then decided she would try to implant the creation inside of her. Many attempts, but eventually, she figured out the exact formula and she was carrying a baby that was equal parts Lena and Kara.

"Eeekkk!" Kara squeals, not even granting them time to completely step through the portal. "I'm so glad you guys are here!"

"Oh, it's so good to see you guys." Emma says through a smile that's ready to split her face in two.

"Gimme, gimme my goddaughter," Kara excitedly demands, making little grabby hands at the baby perched on Emma's hip.

"Henry, you've grown so much," Lena gasps as she pulls him into a side hug, her daughter already reaching for the seventeen-year-old.

"College soon," Henry happily reminds them all as he steals the blue-eyed beauty from Lena, making all kinds of silly faces he usually makes at his baby sister.

"Oh you're so squishy, Kara," Kara says as she tickles the little baby she stole.

"Not everyone is blessed with Kryptonian blood to keep them trim," Regina teases.

After Lena and Kara explained their technological baby making process, Emma and Regina decided they wanted to try. Forty weeks later, Emma gave birth to their daughter. They wanted to name her after Kara, since it was Supergirl who brought them together and gave them their beautiful miracle, so they decided on Kara, but pronounced, care-uh.

Kara Maria Swan-Mills with her golden waves and big brown eyes.

"Alright, my turn," Regina says, gingerly lifting the baby away from Henry. "I missed you, Allie," she whispers, pressing a kiss to those dark curls.

Allie Hope Danvers. Kara really wanted to name their daughter after her mother but Lena said Alura would be downright cruel, so they agreed on Allie. Lena was all too happy to rid herself from the Luthor name and she couldn't stand the idea of passing it down any further. So, she happily took Kara's last name.

"Come in, come in," Lena urges, helping Emma and Henry with their bags.

"I hope we didn't intrude too early, I'm sure you have tons to set up," Regina says through a soft and soothing tone for Allie who is busy playing with her necklace.

"That's the perk of having Supergirl as your wife, super speed," Lena gloats, her eyes twinkling with love. "Everything was set up in under sixty seconds."

Regina smiles, even around the chubby fingers trying to shove her own necklace into her mouth. She follows Lena into the massive kitchen and watches in awe as Lena murmurs under her breath and waves her hand to produce a high-chair from thin air. Regina places Allie in one and Supergirl sets Kara down in the other.

"God, your refrigerator is worse than ours," Emma laughs, admiring every piece that is decorating it; from scribbles created by Allie, to photos of their family, along with Alex and her new family, not to mention the Swan-Mills clan, there are even magnet letters covering every inch.

"It's our family," Kara says, sweeping by to open the door and offer beverages.

"I get it," Emma says through a bright grin. "It's home."

Soon the party was in full swing, too many superheroes to even count filled their home as they celebrated Allie's first birthday.

"Auntie Lena!"

Lena's smile blossoms as she bends down and scoops up her goddaughter. "How's my favorite artist?" She questions as Alex and her wife, Kelly approach.

"I got another one for you!" Esme proudly announces, handing over another colorful drawing that will end up on their refrigerator, along with the rest.

Lena accepts the picture, her brows drawing together for a moment in confusion as she tries to comprehend the story. There is someone with brown hair and bright blue eyes floating in the sky but it certainly isn't Supergirl because this hero has the letter M upon their chest. On the ground stands some blonde with all sorts of vibrant colors pouring from her hands.

Lena smiles through her confusion and presses a loving kiss to her forehead. "It's beautiful, Esme. It's going right on our fridge." The little girl beams with excitement, already squirming out of Lena's hold so she can hang it herself. When she has vanished into the kitchen, Lena turns to Alex and Kelly with a small pout. "How is she doing?"

"She's...hanging in there. It's just a lot and very overwhelming for her. Imagine being able to wield whatever power by just standing next to someone."

"If you would like, Regina is staying here for a few days, I'm sure she would be happy to help get Esme's powers under control."

"You know, I think we might take you up on that," Kelly says, pressing closer into her wife.

Alex and Kelly were wed six months ago all while adopting an orphan alien who had trouble controlling her powers. Kara has tried to offer help and guidance but the sisters seem to bump heads when it comes to raising their babies. Hopefully, Regina can be a neutral party that can offer some assistance.

However, that can wait, because unexpectedly, the doorbell is ringing. Lena excuses herself, passing by all her friends and family; smiling as Henry and Flash laugh about something she can only assume is silly, Brainy with his girlfriend, Nia (who is now one of Supergirl's partners, Dreamer), J'onn chatting away with James. They have all come such a long way.

When Lena answers the door, she's swept up into a hug that takes her breath away. "Winn?"

Winn had been instructed by Brainy to venture to the future with Mon-El, apparently, his presence was needed. They hadn't seen him since the battle with Reign and so Lena cannot stop the happy tears from filling her eyes.

"It's so good to see you!" He exclaims, slowly breaking away from their hug.

"Wha-" as soon as she's about to question his arrival, Kara zooms beside them and finishes the interrogation for her.

"Winn! What are you doing here?"

"Allie Danvers's first birthday? I couldn't miss that!" He vaguely explains through a sly smirk.

"Well, come in, come in!" Kara ushers him in, only slightly annoyed that they get bombarded by people wanting to say hi while she drags him to the kitchen to meet her daughter.

When they enter, Emma is sitting across from her daughter, breaking apart some noodles while Regina does the same for Allie.

"Look who showed up?" Kara ecstatically announces.

"Hey," Emma greets with a smile.

"Winn," Regina grins, showing off all her teeth as she stands to hug him. "I thought it wasn't wise for you to travel back in time."

"Well that's why it's just me. I had to leave the family back, couldn't run the risk of them saying something of importance or anything."

"Ah! You're here!" Alex exclaims, jumping on his back and giving the best bear hug she can manage.

Winn chuckles, whipping around to hug her especially tight. "Allie Danvers's first birthday, I couldn't miss this!"

Alex's face falls, her eyes narrowing as she flips into agent mode. "Why are you being weird? Why did you say it like that? What do you know?" She investigates, pointing her beer bottle at him.

"What? Me? I, no...no, it's nothing!"

While they continue their stare down, Allie pushes her plate of noodles off her high-chair and scowls. Everyone turns their attention to the birthday girl but she's too busy to care, focused on reaching for the colorful cake on the counter. She reaches and reaches and whimpers and reaches.

Regina helps Lena clean up the mess on the floor while Emma attempts to gain her daughter's attention back with food, but little Kara is studying Allie's every move.

"No cake, Allie," Supergirl sadly explains. "Not yet, at least. First lunch."

Allie pouts, a pout that should be illegal for how lethal it is and Kara now understands why Alex always threatens everyone with Kara's pout. Allie may pout but she has Lena and Kara's stubborn blood running through her veins, so she reaches again, stretching as far away from her high-chair again but it's futile, she can't reach.

However, her dreams come true when a piece of cake lands unexpectedly upon her tray. Allie's eyes double in size as she happily sticks her fist into the moist chocolate and everyone gasps. Well, everyone except for Regina and Emma who groan, maybe the Savior's cheeks flush a bit.

"Did Allie use magic?" Alex gasps.

"No," Emma groans, slapping a palm to her forehead.

"I'm so sorry," Regina rushes, "that was Kara, as soon as she turned nine months her powers started to develop. We-"

"We're working on it," Emma finishes, offering her wife a weak smile.

"Holy crap," Alex chuckles, "that's impressive. Think the kid can magic me a new Ducati?" She teases before taking a swig of her beer.

"Oh Rao, I don't know what we are going to do when Allie starts super speeding," Kara complains, glancing between the cake and her wife, unsure if they should take it away from their daughter.

Lena rolls her eyes and places a baby spoon into Allie's hand. "It's her birthday," is all she murmurs when her wife raises an eyebrow.

"Wait, hold on..." Winn interrupts, gaping at baby Kara. "Who is this?"

"Kara," Lena informs him slowly, "Emma and Regina's daughter."

"Swan-Mills," he mumbles under his breath.

"Seriously, why are you being weird?" Alex exasperates.

"I'm not!"

"Whatever, I should probably find Esme before she finds Lena's lab," and with that Alex walks away.

Not even a full minute passes by before they hear Alex calling for her sister and Lena, grumbling about a better lock on the lab.

"Oh boy," Regina sighs, "maybe we should help?"

Emma nods before directing her attention toward Winn. "Will you be alright watching them for a minute? They are both eating so they are in their happy place."

"Yeah, sure. I have kids now, I'm good."

She nods and then they dash down the hall toward Lena's lab. Winn smirks, okay, it's a full blown Cheshire grin as his eyes dance between the two babies eating so happily.

"Allie Danvers," he says, so proud and so damn happy as she shovels more cake into her mouth.

He glances around the kitchen, peeks out at the crowded living room and then tiptoes closer to baby Kara. He gently scoops her out of her high-chair and lifts her up so they are eye to eye. He analyzes those big brown eyes and blonde waves and his smile grows even wider.

"You're really gonna make something of yourself, aren't you kid?" He quietly whispers as she tries to grab at his face, grinning so brightly back at him.

"My sister, she's important in the future, isn't she?" Henry asks, startling Winn from his staring contest with a baby.

Winn quickly moves Kara so she's resting on his side. He's not sure what to say, he knows he can't say much, but his eyes drift toward Allie and the words come out without a second thought.

"El Mayarah."

Henry cocks his head to the side, obviously confused by the different language. "What does that mean?"

"Maybe you need to brush up on your Kryptonian," Winn smugly replies, provoking Henry's face to morph into a mean scowl. Winn immediately relents. "Stronger together."

"Them?" Henry's eyes shift between the two babies. "Together?"

"They're unstoppable."
