Olivia sighed as she glanced out of her office window into the squad room. Amanda was at her desk, eyes scanning her surroundings before finding Olivia once more. "Oh, honey. What can I do"? The brunette wondered aloud to herself. It had been a month since that day in the apartment when she had first figured out SVU may not be the best place for the blonde, and Amanda's ability to hold in her emotions on cases was slipping little by little each day. When the blonde's eyes found hers once again Olivia finally stood, making her way out into the squad room. "Sweetheart, do you want to come in my office? You've been looking at me through the window for the last little bit." She said softly, realizing her anxiety was rapidly increasing once again. "Can I"? She asked, breathing beginning to pick up speed at the thought of Olivia returning to her office.

"Of course, you can, honey. Come here. It's ok." She cooed, leading her away from prying eyes.

"I don't know if I can work here anymore." She whispers after a few minutes of silence, and Olivia nods understandably. "I know, sweetheart. I know things are confusing for you right now, but I promise I'm not going anywhere." She assures her, knowing she needed to hear that. "I-I just want my life back. I want to be able to not depend on you so much, but the thought of being away from you terrifies me. I remember how afraid I was when he took me and how safe I felt when you found me. Now though, since our talk it's like everything I tried to suppressed, my feelings about working here and the anxiety about being separated from you is finally coming out." She said, a tear making its way down her cheek and Olivia softly wiped it away. "Hey. Listen to me. There's nothing wrong with you depending on me, at all. We just need to talk to Susan and figure out what is truly the best thing for you. I promise you though, you're still going to live with me, no matter what you decide about working here." She explained. "What if they lock me up?" She questioned, body shaking violently and Olivia sighed sadly. "Oh, baby. They won't lock you up.

If you do have to go to a hospital, it'll be to help you get better." She assured her, that thought more concerning than she was willing to admit. "W-will you come see me?"

"Yes, baby. I would come see as often as I could, but let's not worry about that right now." The brunette encouraged, wanting to keep Amanda as calm as possible.

Suddenly feeling clingy, the blonde slowly crawled into Olivia's lap. "Sweetheart, I need to get back to work." "Not yet. Please, just hold me." She pleaded, arms wrapping tightly around Olivia's waste.

"Ok. Shh. I've got you." She assured, smiling when after a few minutes, Amanda began to relax.

"Shh, baby. It's ok. Amanda, please calm down." Olivia whispered, having been awakened by Amanda's screams for her. "Please, Liv. Don't leave." She pleated once more, a hand grasping the brunette's night shirt.

"Amanda, honey. I need you to listen to me. Can you do that?" I'm right here, and I'm not going anywhere. I promise. Everything is ok." She said softly, Amanda seeming to realize where she was and immediately throwing herself at Olivia, in desperate need of comfort and physical contact.

"I-I'm so scared." She choked out, heart rate beginning to increase and Olivia knew what was coming. "I know, sweetheart, but everything is just fine. All the doors are locked and I have my gun." She explained, trying to remain calm, but knowing they would be going to see Susan if this continued.

The next day Olivia was at work when her phone dinged with an incoming text from Alex. "Liv, get home, now. Immediately typing out a response the brunette's stomach filled with dread, afraid of what awaited her. "What is going on? On my way."

"Fin, cover for me. Alex just texted. Something is going on." "Copy that, Liv. Let me know what's up." He called back, watching as she hurried out of the station.

Checking her phone, her heart stopped when she read Alex's text. "He's out. The bastard is out."

Punching in Alex's number, Olivia placed the phone on speaker before starting the car and flooring it out of the parking lot, one thought in mind, getting to Amanda.

"Hell-" Alex started but was stopped by Olivia. "What do you mean he's out."

"Liv, he escaped. Her father escaped." She said quickly and the brunette's heart sank when she heard Amanda's hysterical sobbing. "I'm coming, baby. Liv's coming." She spoke into the phone, knowing the blonde could hear her. "Alex, what happened?"

"She saw it on the news, and she lost it. She just broke down and I knew you would be the only person she would want." She explained and as if to back that up Amanda let out another sob, her words making Olivia drive even faster to get to her. "Liv. I want Liv."

"It's ok, baby. I'm coming home right now." She assured, making a sharp left turn on to her street and within a few minutes she was slamming on the breaks in the parking lot of her apartment building.

"Amanda, Alex." Olivia said as she quickly entered the house and the attorney sighed in relief, squatting down in hfront of Amanda and speaking softly. "Baby, look who's here."

"Li-liv." She stuttered through trembling lips. "Yeah, honey, it's me." She confirmed, joining Alex in front of her distraught detective.

"He's gonna come for me. Daddy's gonna come foor me." She whined, a thumb going into her mouth and the other two women exchanged a look.

"No. No he won't." Alex snapped before abruptly exiting the roomwith her cell in hand.

"Honey, why don't we get off of the floor." Olivia gently encouraged, knowing the blonde was struggling right now and that sometimes giving her gentle encouragement to do a task could help get that accomplished vs telling her.

"I'll hold you, but lets sit on the couch where it'll be more comfortable." Olivia once again encouraged when Amanda climbed into her lap and the blonde nodded softly but made no move to pull away.

"Olivia, it's Kim." Kim called a few minutes later as she entered the apartment. "Alex is pissed." She said, observing the blonde ada pacing the length of the kitchen, cell clutched tightly in her hand and Olivia nodded.

"Yeah, your father escaped and she's not at all happy." Olivia explained and Kims eyes widened in horrer. "H-how?" She sputtered in disbelief and Olivia just shook her head. "I have no idea, but your sister is absolutely terrified." She explained, nodding to the curled up form in her lap wrapped tightly in a blanket. "She's also been asking for Beth." Olivia continued and at that Kim frowned in concern.

"About that, Liv, we have a problem. Mom's missing. I can't find her, anywhere."
