"Shut the damn city down now!" Came a loud, angry voice came from none other than Jordan Voight.

Jordan Voight, the famous daughter of Former Sergeant Hank Voight. She had followed in her father's footsteps and became one of the best known Detectives. Other units had wanted her but she turned them down. She stayed where her true home was. District 21. Intelligence.

She had grown up there. Seen many Detectives come and go. After her father retired, something that shocked everyone, he passed the unit down to Jay Halstead. Jay was now the Sergeant running Intelligence. He took Jordan in with no questions asked. Adam and Kevin had stayed on, they were two of the top Detectives. Hailey had left, taking a job offer in New York. Kim was now the Sergeant of Patrol after Trudy retired.

Diego Dawson had joined the unit, coming from Major Crimes. He, like Jordan, wanted to follow in his father's footsteps. Eva had also joined her brother entering the unit, she mainly worked computer crimes.

Jordan stared at Jay with a glare that could easily rival her father's look. Tears burning and prickling. "Shut the damn city down Jay. Now!"

Jay sighed. "Jo...I can't-"

"Yes the hell you can! Someone kidnapped my son and until he's found, this city is on lock down. I'll tear this city apart and burn it if I must to get him back. Shut the city down NOW!"

Picking up his radio he talked into it. "All units, city wide. We are shutting the city down. I say again we are shutting the city down. Block off all any major exits entering or leaving the city. Be on the lookout for an 8 year old boy, brown hair, brown eyes. Last seen wearing A red shirt, blue shorts and red sneakers. Child's name, Justin Henry Voight"

Hearing her son's name had made Jordan choke up a bit, she couldn't pick who to name her son after. Her father or her brother. So she chose both, Justin Henry. She was currently pregnant with her second child, a girl she was gonna name Anna Lindsay.

A noise had broken everyone's thoughts in the bullpen, looking over they saw no other than Hank Voight. It wasn't much of a shock to see him, he'd drop by to see his daughter and check on her. He'd often pick his grandson up from the district and take him home. Not being able to take it, Jordan ran to her father crying, without hesitation he wrapped her in a hug. The older man had smoothed his daughter's hair back, his fierce brown eyes had met Jay's blue ones. Jay read the look in his eyes and knew all too well what they read.

Someone had kidnapped Hank's grandson. And it will cost them their life.
