In the kingdom called Valeria, far far away from Enchancia, it was chaos. The League of Darkness are the most notorious evil militaristic terrorists organization in the entire Ever Realm.

They're known for plundering villages and kingdoms, searching for the magical objects to bring the whole world to it's knees. The League have slaughter all of men, women and children without mercy. The soldiers of Valeria tried their best to drive them out, but they were no match against this powerful army. They also killed King Lionel of Valeria.

Inside of the castle came two people who were running.

The first one is a tall light tan skin woman who has her dark brown eyes and her long carob brown hair. She wears her light silver armor with a deep gold phoenix symbol and a blue cape, metal gloves and has her rapier sword in her hand. The woman's name is Sloane, Captain of the Valerian Guard

And the last one is the fifteen year old light tan girl that has her light blue eyes and her long royal azure blue hair. She wears her white long dress with sleeves, white shoes and her blue hexagon shaped amulet over her neck. Her name is Alina, Heiress to the throne of Valeria.

Sloane and Alina came across with the three men dressed in they dark armor uniforms with a skull symbol and their masks as they draw they swords and charged at the two. Sloane rushes forward as she slayed the three men down with her sword. She turns to the blue haired girl.

"Alina!" Sloane said as she extended her hand. Alina took her hand as they continued to run.

"Captain Sloane." Alina said.

"It's okay, your highness. Just stay with me and everything's going to be all right." Sloane said.

They had reached the stables where Sloane puts Alina on top of the saddle of the horse while she sits behind her. They rode to the gates but as they reach it, a group of the League soldiers circled them around, pointed they crossbows at the two. Sloane and Alina turned to see two figures walking into the scene.

The first one is an elderly man who is light tan skin with black eyes and his short silver thin hair. He was dressed in his dark armor uniform with a skull symbol badge on it with a dark cape, dark gloves, dark pants and dark boots. He had his handgun and his sword sheathed on his belt. The man's name is Marcus, leader of the League of Darkness.

The other one is a big muscular bearded man, dressed in his golden armor with his helmet and had his dark pants and boots. He had his scimitar sword on his right hand and a shield on his left hand. He is Boris Khan, commanding officer of the organization.

"Please, captain. Don't try to run away." Marcus said. "Besides, the king had sends his regards." He threw the crown of Lionel to the ground.

"No..." Alina said as her tear fell from her eye in shock.

"You bastards!" Sloane growled.

"It's just such a shame that this kingdom's greatest ruler had fallen to the ground, and your armies are no match against my most powerful organization the world has ever seen." Marcus points his finger at Alina. "Besides, we want the princess and her amulet as well. Seize them."

But just as the soldiers were about to get the two, Alina's amulet glows blue as it releases a full blast of blue magic knocking Marcus, Boris Khan and the League to the ground. Marcus gets up just as he sees that Sloane and Alina had escaped through the gates.

"Incredible." Marcus said as he smirk evilly.

Sloane and Alina were riding at the top of the hills, outside of Valeria. They stop their horse as they look at their kingdoms in flames. Alina then started to cry as she placed her head onto Sloane's shoulders. Sloane hugged Alina as she comforting her.

The king of Valeria is dead, their kingdom is destroyed and lives were so lost forever. It's all because of Marcus and the League of Darkness. They're responsible for taking everything from them.

"It's okay, my princess." Sloane said as she rubs her hand on Alina's back to calming her down.

"What are we going to do now?" Alina asked Sloane.

"Tell me. Do you remember the young protector name Princess Sofia of Enchancia with her magical amulet called the Amulet of Avalor the last time we've been there before?" Sloane asked the princess.

"Yes, I remember Princess Sofia and her amulet back in Enchancia two years ago. It's been so long since we first met her and her father King Roland." Alina asked the captain.

"They're our only hope to avenge our kingdom, including your father." Sloane said. "And they can help us stop that man and the League of Darkness."

"Then let's go to Enchancia immediately." Alina said.

"Hold on tight." Sloane said as they began their destination to Enchancia.

Back in Valeria, the League of Darkness were killing what's left of the Valerian citizens and soldiers, making sure none of them survived. Marcus and Boris Khan were walking through the scenery.

"What was that about, sir?" Boris Khan asked.

"It seems that the Valerian princess possesses the most powerful magical amulet in this world." Marcus said.

"The princess's amulet?" Boris Khan asked.

"Yes, and I haven't seen it unleashes it's powers like that before." Marcus said. "It will be useful to us to our advantage of conquering the world."

"But the problem is that the princess and the captain had escape. What if they seek help from another kingdoms to help them stand against us?" Boris Khan asked Marcus.

"That wouldn't be a problem, but for now, tell our men we're moving back to our fortress. We must find a way to get that girl with that amulet and rule the universe forever." Marcus said as Boris Khan tell his men to move out.

Unknown to them, there were watched by a mysterious figure that was on the roof of the castle.

The figure was a pale brown skin man who had his silver eyes, short dark thick hair and short dark goatee. He wears his white clothing, consisting of his white sleeveless top vest with a moon symbol on his chest, white headband and a matching pants. He has his ninjato sword sheathed on his back, white arm bracers and a white knee boots. He is known as Moon Light.

Some people around the world calls him Moon Light, while others used to call him the White Assassin. Moon Light is a crime fighter because he protect those who couldn't defend themselves and bring his enemies to justice.

"Those damn bastards ."Moon Light said while spying on the League of Darkness. "Nothing but cold blooded killers, took and destroy Valeria and it's citizens, including the king! They'll pay for their crimes. But for now, the princess and the captain are heading north to seek the help of the one protector they talk about. I must get there and I swore with my blood to protect these two people, whatever it takes." Moon Light then disappears in the blink of the white light.

Protectors of the Ever Realm

And that's the prologue of the story. I apologized for the original story I once had, but I assured you that this is a rewrite version in the different way.

Now my OC's Sloane and Alina are based of the two characters Katalina and Lyria from Granblue Fantasy the Animation series and video games.

Moon Light is my STF OC and he was inspired by my friend Jake H Voronkov's Scarlet Warrior.

So I know this is a short chapter, but I promise you if you read this, the adventure begins. I'll be seeing you back in the second chapter.
