Author's Note: Hey, Everyone! Now I know we're all excited for the New year to arrive, so here is a story about Jake, Izzy, and Cubby and their lives in the year, in 2022. There will be a lot of that will happen on Neverland, and etc.. So, get ready for a new years adventure with Jake and the Neverland Pirates! So, without further ado, here is the first chapter. Enjoy!

Chapter 1 New Years Day

Jake's POV

As I was putting baby Jay to bed, he started to yawn, rubbing his little eyes, in the process. So, I placed him in his crib, and covered him up with his blanket. After he drifted off to sleep, I walked back downstairs to bring Princess to her bedroom so she could sleep.

"Okay, Princess, time for bed." I told her.

"BUT DADDY, I DON'T WANT TO GO TO BED, I don't want to I don't want to go to bed!" Princess said as I picked her up and carried her to her bedroom.

"Princess, it is getting late for you, time for bed." I exclaimed.

But unfortunately, as I was trying to put my daughter to bed, she started to throw a fit by kicking, throwing a tantrum then she took off her shoes and threw it at a lamp breaking it.

"That's it, you are not going to stay up to see the ball drop, because of one you are throwing a tantrum, two your throwing a fit, and three, you just threw your shoes across the room breaking a lamp." I told her.

"I'm sorry Daddy." Princess apologized as I then out of nowhere, heard Baby Jay crying in the other room..

"Way to go Princess, you just woke up your baby brother. For now on you are going to stay in this room for the rest of the night. And you are not coming out until tomorrow morning. do I make myself clear, young lady?" I exclaimed.

"No." princess said as I was shocked.

"I hate you, Daddy." Princess exclaimed.

"I'm sorry you feel that way. You can think about what you just said to me in your sleep. And when you're ready to apologize, I'll be waiting in the morning. Good night." I told my daughter as I shut the door and left with a tear coming down my cheek.

Izzy's POV

As I saw Jake, walking towards us I saw he was crying.

"What happened? And are you alright Jake?" I asked.

"No, I'm not okay Princess just gave me a hard time. As I was trying to put her to bed, she started to throw a tantrum, and a fit by kicking, and throwing her shoes, Oh yeah, she also broke a lamp in the process after her shoe was thrown. she also said that she hates me." Jake explained.

"Aww baby, I'll go talk to her." I told him.

"Izzy, please don't." Jake said.

"Jake, she's our daughter, and I know she didn't mean what she said to you. She's only three." I told him.

"I know." Jake said as I looked at him for a second kissed his forehead and went to go talk to Princess.

As I went upstairs, I heard Baby Jay crying. So, I opened the door, turned on the lights and went to him.

"MAMA!" Baby Jay cried as I picked him up sat down on the rocking chair, and just rocked him back and forth to calm my son down.

"What's the matter sweetie, did your big sister wake you up?" I asked him as he nodded.

"It's okay sweetie, I'm going to have a talk with her okay. But first can you please stop crying for Mommy?" I exclaimed as he calmed down a bit, and gave me a little smile.

"That's my baby boy! Now, let's go see what your sister is up to. maybe I can get her to apologize for waking you up." I suggested to my baby boy as I walked in the room and saw that Princess was still throwing a tantrum.

"Princess sweetie, you need to calm down please. it's Mommy calm down." I told her as she looked at me and started to calm down. That's when Jake walked into the room as well.

"Princess, you didn't mean what you said about you hating me did you?" Jake asked.

"No Daddy, I'm sorry. Can I stay up to see the ball drop please?" Princess pleaded with her little puppy dog eyes.

"I wonder were she gets those puppy dog eyes from?" Jake exclaimed as he was looking at me suspiciously.

"I don't know where she gets those, she probably got it from cubby." I lied.

"Izzy, your a terrible liar." Jake said as I looked down in shame.

"Okay guilty as charged, I guess she gets it from me. we can't help ourselves Jake we're too cute." I told him.

"Yes you girls, are. Princess, I accept your apology and it's okay with me and your mother and for you to stay up to watch the ball drop!" Jake told her.

"Yay!" Princess exclaimed with excitement.

"But first, you need to apologize to your baby brother for waking him up." I said.

"I'm sorry baby Jay, for waking you up, do you forgive your big sister?"

As Baby Jay crawled to Princess, he gave her a hug which meant he accepted his big sisters apology then he fell back to sleep.

"Izzy, I'll put baby Jay back in his crib, while you take princess downstairs." Jake said that she picked up the little infant, and took him back to his room.

"Mommy, what about the lamp? It's broken." Princess exclaimed.

"Well, first of all, next time don't throw your shoe. And also, Daddy and I have to buy a new one. don't worry about it Princess. well I can look at it right now and it's broken. And thank God it is still plugged in but not turned on. which is a good thing, because if it was on then it would cause a fire." I told my three year old daughter..

"You know this give me an idea, and I hope Jake and cubby cuz I'm wrong with it." I said to myself.

"Did you say something Mommy?" princess asked as l as I looked at her.

"Huh, no sweetie, I was actually talking to myself." I told her.

"Oh, okay. Come on let's go, downstairs, I do not want to miss the ball drop. but then again I will miss it, because I might be falling asleep in the middle of it." Princess told me.

"Like mother like daughter." I exclaimed as Princess sat between Jake and I while Cubby was on the floor.

Jake's POV

"So, before the ball starts to drop, let's talk about our new year's resolutions, and what our goals are." I said to them, as they nodded in agreement.

"I'll go first. My new year's resolution and goals and to achieve good grades in GCSEs, study more in my GCSEs so I can get the best grades." I told them.

"I'll go next. My goal is to achieve the highest grades in GCSEs." Izzy said.

"So, I am guessing both of our goals together, Izzy, is to get into college and start A levels in September, right?" I exclaimed as she nodded..

"Yup." Izzy exclaimed.

"Also I noticed that we haven't worked out in a long time, so lets make that our goal as a pirate team." I suggested.

"YAY!" We all said at the same time.

"Oh, and my goal is to complete my coconut collection." Cubby told us.

"Hey, Jake, I think the kids should learn fire safety." I suggested.

"You, know Iz, that's a great idea!" Jake agreed.

"I agree too, big sis. Where did you come up with that idea?" Cubby asked.

"It just came, to me." I answered him.

"And we know you can do it, Cubby we have faith in you." Izzy exclaimed.

"Gee, thanks big sis!" Cubby says with a smile.

Cubby's POV

"Anyway, what kind of coconuts are you going to find Cubby?" Jake asked.

"Well, I'm glad you asked Jake, the first coconut I going to find is heart shaped coconut and give it to Stormy as a present tomorrow evening, when we have our New Year's Day Party." I explained.

"Aw, I'm sure Stormy would love the shaped coconut heart Cubby." Izzy exclaimed.

"So, what College do you guys want to attend?" I asked Jake and Izzy.

"Well, we might want to attend College of Never Land." Izzy exclaimed.

"I wonder who would be our teacher in college." both Jake and Izzy wondered to themselves.

"Well, it's a good thing I'm not in college yet." I told them.

"Cubby, you have a long way to go." Jake said.

"Let's talk about the fire safety idea that Izzy had for the kids." Jake suggested

"Okay, so anyway I was thinking we should start the first fire safety drill on January 3rd." Izzy told us.

"January 3rd? That's actually a good idea." I said.

"Okay so, do we have to install a fire alarm?" Izzy exclaimed.

"Yeah, don't worry, I'll install one. also since baby Jay is still a baby, you might have to put some earmuffs on him.

"Good idea Jake, baby Jay might be sensitive by the noise.

As I turned to my right, I saw Princess asleep, and sucking her thumb. So, o picked her up and carried my daughter to her room. After I placed Princess onto her bed and covered her up.

"Sweet dreams Princess." I told her.

After we were done talking, and Explaining about our goals and what we wanted to accomplish, we went back to the TV and right on time the ball was about to drop.

"10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1... Happy NEW YEARS!" We all cheered as fireworks went off, while Izzy and I shared a passionate New Years kiss.

"Aww, so sweet. Wait a minute, who am I going to kiss then?" Cubby asked.

"Kiss your stuffed bunny." I told him.

"Wait, are you serious?" Cubby exclaimed.

"What? No, of course not Cubby." I said.

"Okay, good, for a minute there, I thought you were being serious about me going to kiss my stuffed bunny." Cubby said.

As I turned around, and looked at our daughter who was sleeping peacefully on the couch. So, I carried her kids style and brought her up to her room. I laid her down gently on the bed and cover her up and kissed her on the forehead.

"Happy New Year Princess, I love you!" I explained as I whispered into her ear.

Evening time the next day: New Years Party!

Izzy''s POV

As we walked out of the hideout, and saw a lot of things on the table that had food, drinks, our friends minus Marina don't get me started on that. Anyway, while Jake was just shilling by DJ Peter, I walked to him, grabbed his hand, then dragged him to the dance floor.

"So, are you having fun Jake?" I asked.

"Yeah I am, Izzy. Hey, let's bring Princess to the dance floor." Jake suggested to me as I went to go find our daughter.

Once I found her talking to Stormy and eating a cookie that read Happy 2022.

"Hey girls, happy new year Stormy!" Told Stormy.

"Same, to you Izzy. Anyway, what's up?" Stormy exclaimed.

"Oh, I was going to take my daughter to the dance floor with me and Jake who is still dancing.

"Ooh, yes please Mommy!" Princess said while jumping up and down.

"Okay, okay, calm down sweetie." I exclaimed to her as she was holding my hand as we ran back to the dance floor as we saw Jake holding baby Jay, while dancing with him.

"Aww, cute." I say as I started to dance with Princess,.

"Mama!" Baby Jay said as I smiled at my little baby boy.

"Hi, sweetie, are you enjoying the new year's party?" I asked as he just blinked twice.

"That's good to hear." I said as we turned around and saw that Cubby was sitting on a chair alone.

Jake's POV

"Hey, why is Cubby sitting, out of all the fun?" I wondered to myself as Izzy, Princess, along with me holding baby Jay in my arms, just walked up to him.

"Hey, little brother, why aren't you dancing on the dance floor?" Izzy asked.

"Oh, I'm sorry guys, I'll come dance soon, it's just that I don't know if Stormy would want to dance with me, that's all." Cubby explained his situation.

"Cubby, just go ask her." I suggested.

"Yeah, Cubby you and stormy are practically dating now, so I'm sure it's not hard." Izzy told him.

Cubby's POV

After Jake and Izzy had a talk and told me to ask my girlfriend to dance with me, I decided to go grab a drink. But as I got there, I saw stormy in the most beautiful dress as i then spit out the punch.

"Wow, you look amazing this evening." I complimented on her dress.

"Gee thanks Cubby, I appreciate the compliment. Anyway, I'll talk to you later." Stormy said as she gave me a peck on my lips. But I then grabbed her arm.

"Stormy, I was actually wondering if you wanted to dance with me. You know since we are boyfriend, and girlfriend." I exclaimed.

"It would be an honor to dance with you, Mr. Andrews." Stormy exclaimed as I grabbed her hand and we both ran to the dance floor and started to dance.

As we were all having fun on the dance floor together, Princess was dancing with her little brother in her arms while Jake was dancing with Izzy.

"Okay, Time to dance to our favorites, so everyone get ready." DJ Peter told us as we got in a line, and the first dance we did was The Macarena, The Cha Cha Slide and many more songs we danced to.

Izzy's POV

While we were dancing, eating from the food table, drinking punch, laughing, talking, and just having the best time of our lives to celebrate the new year's, with our friends and family, I had a great feeling that 2022, is going to be the best year ever!

"Jake, do you think this year will be different then last year?" I asked.

"Well, that depends." Jake said.

"I, know. it's just that I want just you to be perfect. I don't want to have no hospital visit." I told him.

"Not even if we for our appointments?" Jake exclaimed.

"Uh. I don't know Jake, you know I'm still scared of hospitals." I said.

"I understand Izzy, but you got to get over your fears of hospitals." Jake said.

"Oh no, there is no way I'm doing that not happening Jake." I exclaimed.

"Com on Izzzy, can you at least try to face your fears of hospitals?" Jake exclaimed.

"Hmmm, no." I told him. As I saw Cubby and Stormy dancing together.

Jake's POV

"Okay, Party people, time to grab yout special girls for this next song and it's a slow one at that." DJ Peter told everyone as we all grabbed our partners, and started to slow dance.

"Wait who's playing these songs?" I didn't choose them. I wondered.

"Oh, it's probably DJ peter's playlist., like every party." Izzy answered.

"Iz, your my forever girl." I told er .

"And your my foreever as well, Jake." Izzy say as we shared a kiss.

As I checking the time on my iPhone 8 (gold), it was 8:00pm. That's when I turned around and saw Baby Jay asleep on the sand ,as I tapped Jake's shoulder to get his attention.

"Aww, I guess, Baby Jay was tired.. I'll take him to his crib. Jake said as I stopped him.

"Jake you go get something to eat at the snack table, I'll put baby Jay to bed." I offered.

"Oh, alright, babe" Jake said as he left to go hang out with everyone else while I took baby Jay to his crib.

Stormy's POV

As I was still dancng with Cubby, he took my hand and pulled me away from the party. I don't know what is going on with him.

"Cubby, why did you pull me away from the party? Wait are you proposing?" I asked him.

"What? No, I am so not ready to do that just yet, Storms. I wanted to give you two things." Cubby told me as I was really confused.

"And what are they?" I exclaimed.

"Well, I wanted to give you a coconut shaped heart, for the new years, but I don't even know if you'll take it as a gift..." Cubby didn't finish cuz my finger was touching his lips to make him be quiet.

"Cubby, I don't tneed a heart shaped coconut, I have everything I need right in front of me." I told him.

"Oh, then you wouldn't want to know what will happen right now." Cubby said as he got down on one knee and took out what looked like a ring.

"Cubby? Your scaring me." I said.

"Stormy, we have been through everything together, and I don't know what the future will hold for us, but will, you promise, to keep this promise ring on your finger, and be my wife someday?" Cubby asked as tears came down my cheek.

"Yes, Cubby...I...promise!" I told him as he then placed the ring on my finger while I was crying tears of joy.

Izzy's POV

As I was in Baby Jay's room, he was sleeping peacefully in his crib, while sucking his thumb.

"Aww, your such a cutie, baby Jay." I whispered

Jake's POV

As I likes at my phone, it was already 10pm. So, I went to go find Princess. Once I found her, she was a sleeping on the sand sucking her thumb.

"Aww." I said as I picked her up and carried her into the hideout, and inside the bedroom.

There, I placed here on the bed, covered her up with her blanket, kissed her goodnight, when to go shut the light off, then closed the door.

"As I went into baby Jay's room, I saw Izzy reading her book witch I believe she grabbed from her side of the bed, in our room, came back here, and started to read it.
