Addison

Parent(s): Harold and Leshawna

Legends say that if you look up the word 'egocentric' in the dictionary, you'll find a picture of Addison on the same page. It's hard to really say what this wild boy's edge is. Addison had a good childhood, solid friendships, and would always do well in school. Leshawna did everything she could to keep her only child well behaved and polite, but containing the beast inside Addison is more than a difficult task. However, there was one thing that completely stunted him and flipped his life completely on its side. At six years old, Addison lost his eye in a freak trampoline accident and for years he struggled with insecurities because of it. But young Addison has learned to make the most of his situation and some say he's just as rowdy as ever. He's learned to accept that he's unique and it's truly become his driving force. Some may worry that Addy's outlandish behavior could get the better of him again but he's already made it this far, what are a few cliff dives and bear attacks gonna do? Addison hopes to make the most from his experience on total drama and hopes to show his fellow campers why he's truly the one to beat.

Aiden

Parent(s): Justin

Truly a jack of all trades, Aiden can do anything he sets his mind to. Cooking, jazz band, quiz bowl, robotics, if it exists, Aiden's at least given it a shot. Some may call him an overachiever, but if you ask him he hasn't achieved enough. Since his early school days, Aiden's always thrived like no one else could… or at least more than his younger twin brother, Landon. Aiden always made the effort to spend as much time with Landon as he could, but as his after-school clubs, social groups and homework assignments piled up, time became a precious thing to the young social butterfly. But even with so many friends and things to focus on there was one thing Aiden wanted more than anything else, his father. Justin first met the twins when they were 8 years old, and does his best to get to know them and make up for all the lost time. Justin was surprised at how versatile and intelligent young Aiden was and would always make an effort to support him and his achievements. Though, Aiden would often look to his father with slight jealousy for getting the chance to be on TV. Aiden sees being on Total Drama Island as an excellent chance for him and his brother to learn more about themselves and the TD community. Hopefully, Aiden can carry enough optimism for both twins.

Callum

Parent(s): DJ

Callum has always had a very comfortable life. Being a single father, DJ made sure to put young Callum on the right path in life just as his momma did for him. However, something changed for Callum; At six years old, he discovered his true passion in life. After staying up a little too late watching the Twilight Zone, Callum has had a love for all things dark, creepy and scary. His growing interest in classic horror was a shocking albeit tolerable revelation but it was when he started jumping out of hiding places to scare his peers, it became more of a nuisance. Even though Callum's made a name for himself as being the school scarer and the few detention trips he's taken would confirm that his overall charmingly ditzy demeanor would make him anything but nightmare-inducing. His upbeat personality would overall be his downfall as he constantly would try to fit in with the gloomy gothic crowd that he shared his interests with. But no matter the exterior, Callum can't hide the loveable soul he's always been deep down. Being on Total Drama would be an excellent opportunity for Callum to make new friends, find his group, and find more victims for his hauntings.

Cameron

Parent(s): Dawn and Ezekiel

For a young sheltered boy that lives in the middle of nowhere, Cameron seems to find a lot of problems for himself. One could say all his problems began when he became a big brother and had the responsibility of looking after his turbulent sister Sara, or when he started school and was constantly stirring up trouble with his classmates. Add in things like early morning French lessons, chores, and an annoying little brother, it all piles up on the poor boy. Cameron prefers to have full control of his life, though, with a mother as unconventional and as strict as Dawn, it can be a difficult task. When he needs to take a break from all the problems in his life he at least has his music to keep him occupied. Things like social media and television always bored young Cameron, but music was always something he loved to explore; name a song, and he probably knows it! Problems may keep coming around for Cameron, he dropped out of school for a year, he still gets stuck looking after his younger siblings and he still isn't sure who he's really supposed to be, but he's learned over time that problems come and go. An experience on Total Drama Island won't be met without problems. He may have trouble getting along with his teammates or he may be mistaken for another former camper, but Cameron is fully prepared to take on this new adventure and the problems that he faces along the way.

Junior

Parent(s): Cody and Sierra

Can someone have everything and nothing at the same time? If not, then Junior might be as close as you can get. Cody and Sierra may have struggled financially, but it was all worth it so their only child could live a comfortable life, however, little Junior was never blind to this struggle. Regardless, he's always felt very thankful and hopes one day to return the favor to his parents. In the meantime, Junior's made it his goal to give back any way he could. From playing guitar at his church to helping serve food at the local shelter, Junior's always out there helping his community and giving back as much as he can. But there's always been something in the back of his mind; he's always been aware of the fan sites and blogs his mother used to run back when Total Drama was still popular. The thought of fans still lingering online and posting about his family and friends always interested him. Junior knew to keep his distance from the fans, but his wandering mind would get the better of him. All it took was a single invitation request to a Total Drama fan group and poor CJ found himself being roped into the very thing his parents wanted him to avoid. Being on a season of Total Drama is an exciting opportunity for Junior to learn more about the show and all the people he's been hearing about online. He just hopes his fellow campers see him for the kind giving person he is and not for the group chats he trapped himself into.

Ike

Parent(s): Lindsay and Tyler

Being the oldest and the only boy in his family, Tyler knew that Ike was destined to do great things. However, Ike was never interested in things like playing catch in the backyard or riding around in a golf cart. Ike only had an interest in one sport, hockey. Calling him a 'star player' would be an overstatement but Ike never really cared, he loved the game, his team, and the time he got to spend with his father because of it. But when his little sister, Ivonne, started to develop an interest in sports, Ike's comfortable life became an insecurity. The only thing he loved more than playing hockey was being a big brother and he adored the idea of being a figure his little sisters looked up to. He and Ivonne were not even a year apart in age, but she was always a little ahead of him and quickly outshined him as the star athlete in the family. Sneaking out and going to parties became a norm for Ike as he bottled up a lot of his stress and would do whatever to escape his frustrations. But a kind heart and a loving personality always shined through despite any insecurities. Ike is excited to turn a new page in his life and is honored to have the opportunity to compete for the 100 thousand dollars.

Ivonne

Parent(s): Lindsay and Tyler

For Ivonne, being the pretty girl was only a side note. Being the oldest girl in the family, Lindsay adored pampering her young daughter but Ivonne would always look at her older brother, Ike, with jealousy as he played catch in the yard with their father. At four years old, Ivonne would join a gymnastics team, starting her long and successful career in sports. She truly became a prodigy in the field as she stacked up trophies in tennis, softball, basketball, and more. Name a sport, she at least has given it a try. Ivonne loves those little metal trophies she gets to place on the shelf above her bed, but even more so she loves that she gets to have a common interest with her brother. Ivonne adores her brother Ike and has always looked up to him as an inspiration. But Ivonne's sporting days have come to a halt recently as a gymnastics accident left her with a broken arm. During her downtime, she'd help teach yoga classes at her local gym but now that she's all healed up she's ready to compete in the challenge of a lifetime. Being on Total Drama is an excellent opportunity for Ivonne to show off her skills and if she wins, she hopes to get a trophy out of it.

Jacey

Parent(s): Eva

Eva always wanted the best for her oldest daughter, Jacey; putting her on the path to be a strong-willed, independent, and tough young lady. However, Jacey had something else in mind. Growing up, Jacey always had a close relationship with her stay-at-home dad and would inherit a more carefree personality from him. Jacey became a ditzy, reckless, and crazy young girl, and she quickly became popular among her peers, leaving everyone on edge with her unpredictable behavior. At seven years old, Jacey would start her bumpy athletic career in tennis before winding up in basketball and ultimately, her true love, cheerleading. No matter what sport she was playing, Eva was always there, aggressively cheering her on from the sidelines. While on the court, Jacey quickly turns from the loud ditzy girl she is, to a behemoth of a player. While you'd think she'd receive praises for her skills, her team is still trying to figure out the anomaly that is Jacey. To add to the confusion, she speaks in a thick Romanian accent despite living in Canada her entire life. But Jacey doesn't mind being seen as weird by her peers; at the end of the day she's just being herself. A chance to be on Total Drama could be a fresh start for Jacey as she'll get a chance to show off her true athletic skills and be a driving force for the game.

Juliette

Parent(s): Noah

Not much is known about young Juliette's past. Growing up in the heart of Brazil, she was not handed the best cards in life. After years of jumping from place to place, trying to find a family to care about, at 13 she finally got the opportunity to travel to Canada where she'd find her permanent home with Noah. The moment the two of them bumped into each other in the courthouse, Noah knew it was a perfect fit and he does everything he can to give her a fresh start in life. A second chance in life was all Juliette needed to thrive and she never wastes time thinking about what was. After her move, Juliette was finally happy, free, and felt like a brand new person. Moving to the other side of the equator does come with its own struggles; the difference in the weather, culture, and language has been a jarring change for her. But all of the issues are worth it as she can finally leave the past behind and focus on the future. Being on Total Drama is an exciting opportunity for Juliette as she can finally make new friends and learn more about her new life. She just hopes she's able to keep up with all her Canadian blooded colleagues.

Landon

Parent(s): Justin

Landon's never been the most motivated person out there. From a young age, Landon has always struggled with his education and social skills; with a bad attention span and difficulty reading, school felt like more of a difficult chore for the young boy. He never saw his problems as a representation of his intelligence, but having a twin brother as smart and likable as Aiden never helped his confidence. It became commonplace for Landon to be nagged over his grades and sluggish behavior. However, Landon never really gave much thought to the weight his family put on him; he'd usually just run off to the arcade with his friends and bury his face in a cabinet to forget about his troubles. When Landon was eight years old, he finally got the chance to get to know his father Justin, a second chance for a more peaceful family life. Justin knew about Landon's struggles and did his best to make him feel welcome in his home. However, this would become more of a hassle for Landon to deal with as the pressure he felt from his family became more obvious to him. This may have left Landon with a fragile relationship with Aiden, but Landon does his best to spend time with his brother given the opportunity. When it comes to partaking in the newest season of Total Drama, Landon sees it as more of an obligation but is hoping to prove his worth to the family in the process.

Liam

Parent(s): Beth

A bright and bubbly personality was never something Liam would inherit. As awkward and expressionless as Liam was in his youth, Beth adored him as her only child and would give him anything to help bring him out of his shell. He enjoyed drawing and traveling and usually kept to himself for the most part. Liam may have seemed cold to others but he was always close with his mother and his step-father who would adopt him very early in his life. This wouldn't always be the case as Liam has grown more interested in spending time in the big city of Detroit with his biological father and more specifically, his younger half-sister. Liam's life may appear to be on the rocks, his relationship with his family may have been strained, and he may have picked up extra burdens from his second family, but Liam still finds time to do Liam-things at the end of each day. He enjoys roaming the inner-city streets and his love of drawing may have expanded to be something more permanent in his life. But his time in Detroit comes to an abrupt halt every week as he has to cross the border and come back to his simple Canadian life. It's hard to say if Liam is truly happy with his current arrangements, even for Liam himself. A large part of him misses the simplicity of his childhood and he hopes that a trip to Camp Wawanakwa will be a relaxing break from his complex situation.

Malik

Parent(s): Katie

For Malik, life is always an adventure. Raising her son as a single mother, Katie always made sure little Malik was secure and happy, but something always felt wrong to him. Malik grew up without a father and it was always his quest to find one for himself. Maybe a stretch for the childlike imagination but when Mailk accidentally stumbled into the man that would eventually become his step-dad, anything was possible for the boy. When it came to things like making the school basketball team or being a good brother to his half-siblings, Malik was always working towards his next quest and treating every part of his life as an adventure. The only thing truly holding back this optimistic teen were night shifts at the hair salon, but come next morning he was always back on his feet and prepare himself for the next quest to come his way. But now, Malik's jumped into his newest and biggest quest yet, to win the affections of his childhood friend, Mavis. Throughout all of his ups and downs, Mavis has been his closest confidant and his growing feelings for her have become too much for him to handle. Malik feels more than ready to take on the quest to win a hundred thousand big ones, He's excited to make friends along the way and hopefully get a chance to win Mavis over once and for all.

Mavis

Parent(s): Sadie

What is there to really say about Mavis that she hasn't already said about herself? Being an only child, Mavis was adored by her mother, Sadie, who always marveled at her daughter's accomplishments and skills. But the thing is… Mavis doesn't really do anything worth praise. Once Mavis started school she became a sluggish, lazy, and uninterested girl, who wanted nothing more than to run off to the mall with her girlfriends. And when she got to a certain age, she'd do just that, anything to get out of another math exam. But despite this behavior, Sadie found comfort in knowing that Mavis had at least one well-behaved friend, Malik. Malik and Mavis have known each other their entire lives and she has always seen him as a little brother, annoying, loud, but good company. His personality contrasted hers, but despite this, they've always made a good team. While for the most part, she doesn't mind spending time with him, she's found his recent quest to win her love to be quite bothersome. She's hoping that this is just a short phase of his and that they can resume their friendship as usual. Mavis is hoping that being on Total Drama will give Malik a chance to find someone else to project his affections onto, and if she wins, at least she'll have some extra shopping money.

Mordecai

Parent(s): Courtney and Scott

Mordecai was always meant to be the golden boy in his family. Growing up, Courtney had big dreams for Mordecai and always taught him to be as intelligent and organized as she was. Little Mordecai always felt very close to Courtney…that is until he had a little brother… and another… and another. In fact, Mordecai has five little brothers, each one rowdier than the last. Being the oldest, Mordecai found himself either taking care of his brothers or helping his father, Scott, out with the family farm. While he hated getting his hands dirty in the field, Mordecai always loved the opportunity to go to the farmer's market to help with running the booth; anything to get away from those pesky siblings of his. Babysitting the boys always felt like more of a chore than the farmwork and Mordecai blames his bitter attitude on all the petty fights he's had to break up over the years. But despite his large family, Mordecai always remained the closest with his mother and continues to try to model himself after her. Mordecai is very excited to be a part of the new season of Total Drama and has a great desire to win the money. Not to do anything with the money in particular, he just wants to stick it to his parents.

Nora

Parent(s): Bridgette and Geoff

Despite having such outgoing and gregarious parents, Nora would always keep to herself. From a very young age, Nora was a quiet and timid girl; originally worrying her parents that she was dealing with some anxieties, but eventually realizing that it was just her personality. As she got older, Geoff would occasionally drag her out to parties in an attempt to get her out of her shell a bit. But after about an hour of banter and barbecue, Geoff would always find Nora alone with her face in a book somewhere. When she wasn't hiding from the parties, she'd usually be sitting on the shore of the beach watching her mother, Bridgette, catch waves. But despite her introverted behavior, Nora always enjoyed getting out of the house and spending time with her parents. Overall, life was pretty peaceful for Nora, or at least when her little brother isn't around. Only a year her junior, Nora and her brother grew up with very contrasting personalities, leaving her to be the subject of his occasional pranking and teasing. Even with this annoyance, she is still able to find her peace. Nora is hoping that being on Total Drama will give her a chance to open up more and meet new people.

Petunia

Parent(s): Izzy and Owen

At a young age, Petunia found her true passion in life, art. Even her earliest memories were getting caught scribbling on her little brothers' faces. And once her mother, Izzy, landed a job as an art teacher, Petunia had endless access to all the supplies she could ask for. From doodling to herself in her little notebook to helping paint sets at the local community theatre, Petunia was always working with and improving her artistry. Her parents have always supported her art throughout the years as well, though, the fridge doors may be getting a little crowded. Life was extremely simple and pleasant for little Petunia. However, Petunia's sweet face and peaceful hobby often deceive people and it doesn't take long for her feisty and filterless personality to shine through. After constantly being outnumbered by her little twin brothers over the years, Petunia's grown a hard shell and always wears an attitude on her sleeve. While her boldness may be off-putting to some, she's made herself quite the strong defense against the bullies and jocks at her school, especially for some of her more quiet art club friends. Petunia refuses to be pushed around and will always jump in to protect her peers against mindless teasing. Petunia is very excited to get firsthand experience on Camp Wawanakwa and to see if the food was really as bad as it seemed on TV.

Rosie

Parent(s): Alejandro and Heather

Little Rosie never wanted to be a popular girl. In fact, she's struggled with the concept of being popular her entire life. Heather always had big aspirations for Rosie and did what she could to instill confidence in her only daughter. But while putting on a bold demeanor and fitting in with the right crowd may have worked for Heather and Alejandro, Rosie always crumbled under the pressure. Rosie grew up to be a reclusive and sullen teen, always skipping her classes to go skateboarding and breakdancing with her friends. It didn't matter what new after-school activity Heather signed her up for, Rosie wouldn't even last a day and would always end up back at the skatepark. This rebellious behavior continues to drive a wedge between Rosie and her parents. But with all this back and forth, Rosie wishes her parents would just accept her unusual interests rather than continue to push her into the popular sphere. She cares a lot about her parents and tries hard to make them proud of her, but she knows that the threshold is far outside of her comfort zone. Rosie is hoping that her experience at Camp Wawanakwa is enough to mend the differences between her and her parents.

Sara

Parent(s): Dawn and Ezekiel

Sara isn't the easiest person to understand. Ever since she was young, she'd always taken after her mother, Dawn, but even Dawn is sometimes baffled by her behavior. They shared a love of animals and the environment, but it was a habit she'd pick up later that'd cause issues. It could be her interest in crystals and tarot reading that makes her stand out, but the biggest concern comes from the fact that she believes she achieved enlightenment and thinks that it makes her above her daily woes. Sara's come to believe that menial tasks and chores are too simple for her complex life or whatever jumbled excuse she's able to come up with. At times it's hard to tell if Sara truly believes that she has enlightenment or if she's using it as an excuse to get out of her chores. But the only person that's truly been able to cut through Sara's hogwash is her older brother, Cameron. When it came to getting out of their chores, Cameron was more often than not, the household champion, usually leaving Sara to finish his chores. But chores asides, Sara adores her big brother and finds him to be strangely normal in her less-than-normal world. Sara's excited to see the forest and wildlife that lives on Camp Wawanakwa but claimed the competition seemed too 'simple-minded' for her to enjoy.

Sophie

Parent(s): Gwen and Trent

Sophie has always had big dreams. As a little girl, Sophie looked up to her father, Trent, as an inspiration and would inherit his love for playing and performing the guitar. Sophie always dreamed of being in a band of her own and by six years old she was already performing guitar duets with her father at local open mics. But as Sophie got older, her dreams continued to expand. Over time, she developed a love for musicals and the performing arts, joining her local community theatre and even getting a chance to see a show on Broadway. It was Sophie's big dream to land a leading role in a local show, however, her inability to memorize lines would always leave her working the lights. But whether she was stuck in the booth or playing a side role on stage, she loved every second of it. It was always a dream itself to be able to spend time with her theatre friends and enjoy something she was truly passionate about. Besides, Sophie's been occupied with her biggest dream yet, to mend the relationship between her and her older half-sister, Zarra. Sophie has adored Zarra her entire life but as time went on Zarra became more and more distant. Sophie's hoping that being on TDI will help her fix her relationship with her sister once and for all.

Zarra

Parent(s): Duncan and Gwen

Growing up, Zarra always found herself in a sticky situation. In her early childhood, she always saw her stepdad, Trent, as the father figure in her life, despite being Duncan's daughter. But while Trent was helping take care of young Zarra, Duncan was working on straightening out his life and would eventually step in to be more helpful. Young Zarra always found it a drag to have to travel between her parents' homes but was always eager to spend time with either of her families. Overall, life was pretty good for little Zarra… that is, until her little sister, Sophie, entered the picture. Zarra began to feel out of place in her family and would find herself comparing her relationship with Trent to the one he had with Sophie. Over time, Zarra became frustrated with living with her little half-siblings and decided to move in with her father full-time. There, she'd develop a close relationship with her older step-brother where they'd share a love for comic books and heavy metal. Zarra remains content living with Duncan, but once she goes over to Gwen and Trent's for a few days, it feels like she barely leaves her room. But even Zarra is tired of all the hostility she's felt for her family over the years. She's hoping her time away at Camp Wawanakwa will be enough to give her the optimism she's lost over the years.
