AN: Hello everyone so let's lay down some things before we get this started. First: I would like to mention that this is a fic that I have been dying to do. Second: Some of the characters might sound different depending on how they act. Third: I don't own anything besides the OCs in this fic, RWBY is owned by Roosterteeth and Monty Oum (RIP) and Overlord is Owned by Enterbrain and Kugane Maruyama. Fourth: I will be using the english dub of Overlord the anime, which is owned by Funimation and Kadokawa Pictures Inc. Fifth: This story takes place in between Volumes 2 and 3.
All right with that out of the way let us begin the show.
It was a bright and sunny day at Beacon Academy, home to future Huntsmen and Huntresses.
Currently our favorite Teams RWBY and JNPR are having a little discussion in the cafateria. They were having a little RnR, what with whole breach thing and Roman Torchwich being captured, it was just a normal day for both teams.
Until a portal of unknown origin popped out of nowhere, sucking (AN: *Insert funny Lewd Joke here*) both teams in. Then everything turned gray.

As the group fell out of the portal in a pile they felt only one thing, PAIN.
"Ouch!"
"Ruby get off of me!"
"Sorry Weiss!"
"Hey who's hand is that?"
"Whoops, my bad."
"Ow my leg."
"Sorry!"
"*giggle*"
"*sigh*"
As they got up they noticed that they weren't in the cafateria anymore. They were in a library with books upon books on each shelf and orbs on pedestals. And in the center lies a coffee table, couches and a projector.
Then they noticed another portal opening this time dropping a few people they recognized which were Professor Ozpin, Glynda Goodwitch, Professor Port, Pro-Doctor Oobleck, and General Ironwood.
They were as just as confused as their students were. "Well this certainly is interesting, where exactly are we?" Asked the headmaster to his second in command.
"I don't know sir." Said the debuty headmistress.
"I must say what a strange room we're in." The green haired doctor remarked looking at the bookshelves and orbs.
"Must be some sort of library." Peter port replied.
Everyone then they noticed another portal opening this time dropping team CFVY, Sun and Neptune. They were just as confused as the everyone in the room.
Before anyone could say anything another portal popped open and dropping Qrow Branwen and Tai Xiao Long
"Uncle Qrow!" Ruby said with sheer enthusiasm.
"Dad!?" Yang said.
"Girls?!" Tai said in suprised shock.
"Kiddo? Firecracker?" Qrow said now standing up.
Ruby rushed towards her uncle leaving only a trail of rose pedals, she was hanging on too her uncle's arm. "Did you miss me? Did you miss me!" Ruby said with joy.
"... Nope" Qrow replied in a joking tone with a smirk on his face.
While that was going on, another portal appeared this time dropping Raven Branwen.
"Where the hell?" Raven asked
"Raven?!" Both Tai and Qrow said, suprised to see her here.
Raven noticed them but her attention were at Ozpin. She had an angry expression on her face.
"Ozpin what the hell have your brought me into?!" Raven asked the white haired headmaster.
"Now Raven I can assure you that I have nothing to do with this." Ozpin replied trying to calm down the bandit queen.
"Well you did wanted to meet your mother firecracker, here she is." Qrow said pulling out his flask.
Yang was suprised too say the least. Her in this very room was the mother who left her as a child, she had so many questions.
But before anything else was said two more portals opened dropping the Schnees (Jackass, Willow and Jackass Jr.), Klein Sieben on one portal. And on the other The Belladonnas (Ghira and Kali).
"Uhh where are we?" Jacque said groaning in pain. He had just been taken away from his recent meeting with his "Buisness Partners".
As the two families got themselves fixed Blakes parents spot their daughter while the Schnees saw Weiss. The respected families went to their children Weiss's family was a little tense and formal and hard on the poor heiress, blake's were different they were relieved to finding their daughter and finally meeting again. The others could only here from the belledonas were "My baby." and "We missed you so much." From the two fauneses.
As this finishes another portal pops dropping Winter Schnee and Penny Polendina.
"Penny!" Ruby said with delight knowing her friend is also here.
"Friend Ruby!" Penny replied seeing her only friend.
"Specialist Schnee." Ironwood said to his subordinate.
"General Ironwood sir!" Winter replied with a salute to her superior.
"Well if isnt Ice queen!" Qrow said flask in hand. The two just stare at him angry for not giving any respect what so ever.
After the little talk with one another a bigger portal opened up dropping Salem, her underlings (Cinder, Emerald, Mercury, Watts, Tyrian and Hazel), Roman Torchwick and Neopolitan.
Everyone gasped at the sight of the captured criminal. While Ozpin and his allies gasped at the sight of the Grimm Queen's presence.
"Where the hell are we?" Mercury said having a splitting headache.
"Hey can someone get their foot off my face!" Roman said with his face being blocked by someone's foot.
"Whoops, my bad." Emerald said in a mocking tone.
Friend or Foe didn't have time to interact because another portal popped upon, this time dropping the last guest The current leader of the White Fang Sienna Kahn and Adam Taurus.
"Sienna?" Ghira said, suprised to see his old friend here.
"Ghira? Kali?" Shiena replied after recovering.
The three spoke to one another while Adam glared at Blake with eyes of hatred.
He was about to speak when Salem saw Ozpin
"Ozpin." Salem said with venom in her voice.
"Should I kill them my lady?" Said Tyrian hopping to finally have some fun.
Ozpin just stood his ground and stared at his ex wife.
Seeing a threat coming most of the heroes and the villains reached for their weapons, but to find they were gone, Ruby being upset the most only shouting in terror "MY BABY!"
But one person namley Hazel didn't need any weapons and proceded run towards Ozpin and punch him but tripped and fell. It was like a powerful force stopped him in his tracks.
"Strange it would seem we can't harm one another?" Said Watts strocking his mustache in curiosity.
Ozpin noticed this aswell and spoke "This could be the doing of whoever brought us here."
"But who brought us here?" Asked the young rose.
"That would be me."
Everyone was startled, the voice itself echoed and sounded monstrous. They looked around to see whoever spoke but suddenly a gust of wind and smoke filled the room and headed towards the center of the room. The smoke swirled forming a figure taller than anyone could see. The smoke cleared and in it's place stood a figure that frightened mostly Everyone.
The figure stood 2.7 meters tall and wore a set of silver plate armor, a long tattered academic robe, and a tattered cape. His helmet has a design of a crown, it also looks a lot worse than his robe but still usable. Underneat his helmet is something nothing no mortal or god can describe, the man behind the helmet only has one specific detail, his silver eyes. Hidden on the center of his chest lay a heart contained in crystal, to describe him he's basicly medieval Darth Vader without the crippling depression.
In his right hand he held a walking cane, the cane itself was basic but the only notable thing with the cane was the handle. The handle had a big purple gemstone which glowed in a menacing aura.
The man broke the silence, "Greetings Everyone and welcome to my domain." He said with his eye shining from the crack and his hands outward.
Everyone froze at the sight of the man, it felt like they were being crushed by something so heavy. Salem and Ozpin themselves felt a power flowing through him. A power similar or even rivaling them.
Ozpin snapped out of his trance state and asked "Um ... Excuse me but if you don't mind asking who and judging by what you displayed, what are you?"
"My apologies for my rudeness" He said with a bow. "Please allow me to answer your query. I am the master of this domain, I am Lord Odnoglazzy Rytsar. And to answer your next question, I am for lack a better term a god." Rytsar said.
Everyone was dumbfounded. That is until Jacque Schnee said. "Don't be foolish good sir, tell us what the hell is going on!"
"If you do not believe me then I shall perform a miracle. Neopolitan and Penny Polendina please step forward." He said.
The two girls were hesitant at first but stepped forward anyways, not wanting to anger him.
Rytsar placed both his hands on the girls' heads and spouted something that none of the people in the room can understand. Soon a bright flash from his palms flashed and he removed his hands from the girls' heads.
"Now then Penny and Neo how do you both feel?" He asked.
The two then checked themselves until Penny noticed something. She tried checking her interface but nothing was their, then she felt something. And with the use of her nose she sucked in some air.
"I can breath?!" She said in shock, holding both hands on her neck.
Everyone including Ironwood, Winter and Ruby were shocked Penny was now a real girl.
Soon most people realised after a quick explanation from Ironwood, that Penny before was an android. The students who knew penny realised why she acted the way she did before.
"That's good, now then Neo what about you, what do you feel?" He asked the Ice creamed haired girl.
She felt something was different and the only thing she could say or think was "R-R-Roman?" She cupped her mouth in suprise. While Roman was shocked, Neo can now speak.
The two girls start thanking the robed knight for what he did. "It was nothing, but this is not the only miracle that I'll be performing today. Ruby Rose and Salem I will grant you two the one thing you both desire." The knight said.
With snap of his fingers a ball of light flashed before their eyes. Once it stopped the only things that they could be seen were one adult female wearing a white hood and four girls in dresses in different colors. They are Summer Rose and the girls in dresses were the daughters of both Ozpin and Salem.
"M-Mommy!?" Ruby said now seeing her mother and was about to cry.
"Ruby? Yang? Tai? Qrow? Raven?" Is what Summer could only say.
They were shocked, the white death her self Summer Rose has returned from beyond the grave.
Without any time wasted Summer and Ruby both hugged and cried finally together. Yang, Tai and Qrow also reconnected with their fallen friend/mother while Raven only felt happy that her leader was back but didn't show it. Ozpin and his group were happy while the villains were unpleased.
But that didn't matter when another voice called out.
"Mommy? Daddy?" Opal the girl in blue said, and the eldess of the four girls.
Ozpin and Salem couldn't believe their eyes, their children are here. They are alive and returned to them. The parents rushed towards their children crying that atlast they are return to them.
Everyone was shocked to find out after a breif explanation from Rytsar and eventually Ozpin about him and Salem. They both explained the brother gods, magic and the shocking revelation that Ozpin was immortal and very old and he once was married to Salem. Which shocked both Salem's faction, Ozpin's faction and the teams of beacon.
After a few minutes of everyone finally calming down after the revelation between Ozpin and Salem, Rytsar spoke. "Now then I believe that you all also want to know where you all are, am I correct?"
"Yes, where are we?" Ozpin asked. Finally happy to have his daughters by his side.
"As I said before you are in my domain, Kilmoon." He replied with one hand extending forward. And with a wave of his hand he showed them an image of a large structure.
Kilmoon was a castle like structure with towers that could reach the sky, and large buildings that could rival even Atlas architecture. And in the center lay a large clock tower that was standing tall among the other towers. Think of it as a combination of all the academies on Remnent but the style of the victorian era mixed with some futuristic architecture.
What was suprising the most was that the castle itself was stationed on a floating mass of ground, it was also surrounded by smaller floating debris.
Everyone was at awe, the sight of such a large structure suprised all who witnesed it. Some wanted to ask more about Kilmoon, while others want to explore the parts of this massive castle.
The image vanished and Rytsar said. "Also I assume you want to know why you all are summoned here, correct?"
Everyone nodded their heads. "The reason why I brought you all here is to show you the multiverse, you do know of the multiverse and it's theory?" He asked
Most had their hands raised while other looked confused
Rytsar sighed and said. "Right essentially there are infinite amount of universes. Some where you made different choices, others where you lived diffrent. It all depends really." He explained.
"Also regarding why you can't attack one another is because I placed a mental block which stops any violance in my domain. And as for your weapons they are safely being kept." He explained.
Nora wanted to test this, so she punched Jaune. But her punch stopped right as it was about to hit Jaune's arm. "Aww." She pounted in annoyance and disappointment.
"Also I believe I can't let you have those Ms Fall and Ms Branwen." As he said this he raised both his hands infront of cinder and raven, and a ball orange and green light came out of both women and it went right into Rytsar's hands.
"I shall give this back to it's rightful owner." He said placing the balls of light in his pocket.
Cinder and Raven themselves just gave the knight an angry glare. Rytsar himself returned the glare with his 《Aura of Fear》, which frightend most in the audience.
"Anyway moving on." Rytsar said with his aura down. "Are there any more questions?" He asked.
"What universe are we going to witness?" Asked the green haired doctor.
"The universe you all are about to see revolves around him." He replied pointing at the blonde knight
Everyone was suprised, they'll be witnessing the universe centered around their friend and fearless leader Jaune Arc. "W-Wait me?!" Jaune said in disbelief
"Wait wait wait why is vomit boy here the one being focused in this universe." "Yeah?" Said the blonde brawler and the white heiress asking the purple robed knight.
"You'd be surprised on how many universes your friend here is the main protagonist, infact Jaune Arc is the most important person in many universes ranging from him even killing The brother gods." He said bluntly.
Everyone was shocked, Jaune Arc one of the students who is basicly the equivalent of a wet blanket, defeated the brother gods.
"But one question, what is mister arc's role in this universe?" The white haired professor asked.
"Well you see in this universe young arc *pointing at Jaune* was once a simple salary man." The knight said.
"Salary man?" Ruby asked
"It means a person who commits to his or her work." The heiress explained to the young rose.
"Yes quite, Jaune was once a simple salary man when he is sucked into another world and becomes ... an overlord." The god said.
Everyone was suprised. Jaune arc a person that once worked a simple desk job became a person of power and authority.
"But how did this boy become such a powerful figure?" Salem asked wanting to learn more.
"That is why I brought you all here, to watch young mister Arc make choices and becoming the most powerful overlord in the world he was transfered to." The knight replied to the black queen.
"Now Everyone take your seats and if you want anything food or drinks, just think what you want and it will appear on your lap. The show will begin momentarily." He said summoning more chairs and sofas with a wave of his hand.
Everyone went to their respected seats and when they thought of what they wanted to eat, said food and drinks plopt into their laps.
Rytsar was preparing the projector to show them the world. As he finished he stepped to the side and summoned a throne of sheer beauty and strength.
The throne itself was made of both iron and gold with the symbol of an eye. Everyone was amazed by the throne's appearance.
Rytsar sat down gracefully on his throne with his cane placed right next to his throne's right arm chair.
"Is everyone ready?" The knight asked.
Everyone nodded and with the snap of his fingers the projector activated and the show was about to begin.
AN: And thats the intro to this fic, yeah it's kinda rushed but hey atleast it's not too strange ... Hopefully. Anyways make sure to give this chapter some love and suggestions of improvement for future chapters. Anyways see all next time.
