Firstly i should say that this is the first chapter of my first story.I don't know what to expect,but I want to warn you about what you will see.
I'm absolutely in love with a Zootopia,it's my favourite film and when I firstly saw it I already knew that this was made just for me.
But the time passed,and I explored a new universe.Universe of "Russia 2028".This very dark and realistic story touched something very deep in my soul,and I still consider that this is one of the best game universes ever made.Sometimes I even can't help but watch a "Raid" series again.
Anyway,a few weeks ago my brain generated an insane plot that just won't leave my mind,so here I am,writing it.Yes,this is a crossover of Escape from Tarkov universe and Zootopia.Prepare to see your favourite bunny and fox duo in very strange,even crazy,but I hope very interesting circumstances.
Disclaimer:It won't be an easy optimistic story with happy endings in utopian world,quite the opposite,so please,if you are not prepared to see your favorite characters suffer and fight for their lives,don't read it.
It was another evening in this cursed country,in this damned city and on this abandoned factory.And she hated every moment of it.Why she have to be there?What are they even doing here,the command contacted them last time probably a month ago,will anybody get them out of this...
"Hello,Earth to Carrot Farmer..."
Judy snapped back to reality only to see a grey wolf in front of her
"What's happening in that head of your's?Is a wittle tiny wabbit cop afraid of some real action?" he taunted her,looking around to make sure that everybody heard that.
"I swear to god,if I hear that voice one more time,you will regret that you were born"
Bunny groaned loudly,with a look that will force to rethink their actions even elephants,and the former bathroom filled up with giggling,but soon everybody returned to their rutine.Except those two.Sometimes Wolford can really be insufferable,but deep inside he always care about people around him,and now he felt that something was wrong with his comrade.
"So,what's really bothering you?" he said,putting his M4 on a bench nearby,prepairing it for cleanup,and then whispered,knowing that this level of volume is enough for her bunny ears to hear trough the music and won't bring too much unwanted attention:"You know you can always trust your buddy."
Judy blankly stared at blocked screen of here phone,that revealed picture of her parents.Serendipity told her that something is going to ruin everything,but she didn't know why.She tried to collect her thoughts,breathed deeply,but filling of catastrophe getting closer just won't go away.
"I don't know.Really,everything looks good,but I'm feeling with my gut that this is just... wrong.That was not supposed to go like that.I was prepared to fight the "bad guys",criminals,bandits...But in the end everything comed down to a local war,and..."
Her ear twitched in the way of corridor faster than she thought about doing it,and second later her speech was interrupted by a loud hissing clap,breaking glass,and sound of something metallic rolling on the tiles.She wanted to run and scream,but her body just froze,and all she could do at this moment was just look how a grenade stopped right under her feet.It was the moment,when she could really say:"The life just passed in front of my eyes",because so it did...
3 months earlier...
"So,Miss Hopps,can you please repeat causes of your preterm completing of Police Academy?"
The large boar sat in the dark office,illuminated only by a rare sun rays,coming through the blinds on the window, looking attentively at the documents and the strange bunny,sitting in front of him.
"Lack of money and change of the interests"
The last part was a complete lie. She still was a dreamer,and she still was dreaming about this job.But fate itself was against her,and even when the goal was so close,everything was ripped out of her paws.
The last year was one of a bad harvest on a Hopps Farm,and they had no choice then broke through this one by selling some of their equipment and vehicle.But fortune was not on their side.During the winter Stu worried himself to sick about a next year ,and after an heart stroke and a visit to a city hospital,they found not only a weak heart,but a some strange bacteria in a lungs, and after a month,the diagnosis was made.Tuberculosis
And that's when Judy can't stand away anymore.She may be an unstoppable bulldozer when it is about her dream,ignoring everything and everyone,but when the life of her loved one was ruining,she must be there.She must help.And so she did.
"Okay...so just leave a signature here...here aaaaand here."He said,pointing to the blank on the page,named "Contract" by the "United Security" company."You will be sent to the training camp,where your command will see level of your skills,and if everything is okay,your one year assignment will start."
"And what about money?"
"You will have the first half on your bank account after completing the Boot Camp and taking up the post,the second half after completing your contract duties.It's pretty simple"
Judy knew that this was her only chance to save a father.Of course she has a lot of siblings,but most of them followed in the footsteps by their parents,and dont have any more skills than that which can be useful in the field work,and this one who not,made enough money only to keep business afloat this year.But contract,that she made,was a lifesaver.She would made enough money,have a resume for a police work,and have a new experience that may be useful in her dream job.Anyway,she would fight a bad guys...right?
So this is the end of the first chapter,and there I will answer some possible questions that you can have.
Firstly:The other chapters will be longer,I just suppose that introduction has to be short.
Secondly:Characters in my universe are not the same as in the Zootopia,but I'll try very hard to keep their tempers as close to the source as possible.So don't worry,Local Nick will be as annoying and charismatic as the original one :)
Thirdly:I'm once again reminding you that this is my first story ever,so any type of critics and tips are welcomed
