So I'm gonna dabble a bit in the MHA x dragon ball universe because I'm not satisfied with the current stories available and the ones I do very much enjoy don't get finished. Also I'll try my best to keep power scaling accurate. So no plot convenience power decreases or increases. But I will have some plot factors that might be different from the dragon ball series.

Goku will have no idea what ki is therefore he can't teach it (I feel like people should have their own arks of gaining power through their own means not just learning ki to make it convenient to the plot). But he can utilize it to some extent. His signature attack, donating ki to others (healing + stamina boost (maybe)). He will be kind hearted from the get go as his true nature (DBS broly made me consider this idea). His saiyan armor will be his main hero outfit because of the oozaru transformation. He will learn how to control this power over time (a few rampages might be fun). I'm going to make Goku relatively intelligent. Nothing like gohan level but enough to not flunk out but still not a bookworm.
Starting Goku will land with a power level of 10 so off the bat he's at peak human speed and strength. Stamina and resistance wise he's going to be higher. Oozaru is the standard x10. Super saiyan probably won't appear in my fanfic. I mean x50 is kinda over kill, a power level of 10,000 is planet busting already so I'm not gonna include it. Maybe, false super saiyan as x15 (not accurate) as a last ditch effort when facing a foe. However, this will be like the UI in the TOP. It will come out when Goku has exhausted every option and is pushed beyond his limits. So the stronger Goku gets the more of a push Goku will need. Rage will give him a power boost (10%?) but nothing significant. Maybe a stronger punch or attack. He will also be way weaker than the dragon ball universe due to him not fighting strong opponents and drinking the divine water.
Goku does not have a quirk. He basically uses ki but simulates quirks. But they believe that his quirks are transforming (later on) and energy blasts. He can also sense people but not to a master extent. He can tell there's people in that general area or if they're close he has a better lock on them. Goku won't know about the oozaru form yet like gohan. They're inside before Goku can look at the moon.
Other species of aliens (saiyans, namekians, changelings, etc) will not be included. Saiyans don't show up until goku is in his early 20s so they won't be plot relevant. Also I don't want dragon balls in this universe. Kinda defeats the purpose of people dying or having some big issue. They should be permanent and shape goku into a proper hero.
I'm going to be drawing ideas from the Symbol of Peace and Justice by TheGodfather93 (Goku being adopted by a doctor sounds interesting but I might change it around a bit due to oozaru). Keep in mind, I'm gonna have major fillers (Dates, etc). I will be skipping some main parts fights etc. Plot holes that require a minor change will also be fixed.
Goku's love life will be a fun one. He won't be that clueless about love as the main timeline (what a kiss is, etc). Being brought up as a normal person will have an effect on his personality. As for the destined girl I'll keep it a secret. But he won't be in a harem leading people on (It's just not one of Goku's core traits but people can be fighting for his attention but he'll never be a double timer. Relationship wise.
As for class layout. I'm replacing Mashirao Ojiro with Goku due to the fact that he's somewhat of a minor character and martial arts… tail… it's a match made in heaven
Sorry for the long blabbering lol. Just want to set a few things straight so this reality can be more accepted into your minds. I hate when something random pops up just for a scene or plot convenience so this structure should make everything more concrete. Ok now let's get into the fun stuff.
Watch the anime or read the manga first! I'm gonna be skipping a bit of the fights not related to Goku (If they happen in the canon I'll mention it but skip a large portion). It's too much pointless writing IMO.
Pilot - A new hero is born
Somewhere is space - ?
The destruction of planet vegeta by the hands of the galactic tyrant frieza closing the history of the saiyans forever… Or so they thought. One single space pod traveling into deep space. A sole survivor heading towards the farthest corner of the universe to a planet called earth. The space pod housed a boy with a tail no older than 3 years old sleeping soundly awaiting his destiny. His name was Kakarot.
Outskirts of Tokyo - 11:00
It was a slow morning for Dr.Shuzenji. No appointments booked left him free to do his leisure activities. *Yawn* 'Since I have the whole day to myself I should touch up on my martial arts training' the doctor thought to himself putting on his white gi preparing him for the harsh training regiment to keep him on his feet at all times. The doctor started his training with a 2 mile run. 'Man I'm getting old. During my hero days I can run 2 miles in 18 minutes' he thought to himself finishing his run with a time of 50 minutes.
He sat down enjoying a nice cup of tea when he heard the distinct noise of trees cracking and falling over. 'It's probably some kids showing off their quirks he shrugged off. Until he heard a faint crying sound from the forest. He knew in that instant that someone was in danger. Dr.Shuzenji sprinted towards the sound of the crying child. Out from behind a tree a young crying boy peeked over to see the doctor in a defence stance ready to protect himself. He lowered his guard and lifted up the energetic young boy. 'What is such a young kid doing out here in the middle of the woods?' puzzled at the situation.
Dr.Shuzenji took the young boy to the police station to scan his fingerprints to compare it to their database. Trying to find out who this kid's parents are. *data not found*. The police launched an investigation to figure out the boy's origin. "It seems like you might have to take in this child. There are no clues pointing to where he could've come from." Naomasa commented. "Could the damaged trees come from a vehicle of somesort?" Dr.Shuzenji questioned. "We did find a strange looking chair however but we doubt it has anything to do with this case. There's just too much junk around the area to find any tangible evidence." Naomasa said. "Then what should we do about the boy?" the doctor asked. "We can send him into an adoption program" the police officer suggested. "But the kids there usually go to awful homes only to have their quirks exploited" Dr.Shuzenji sighed. "I guess I can take this boy under my wing. You think you can prepare the paperwork for this situation?" the doctor asked. "I'll have it prepared right away," Naomasa said.
Police station - 19:00
"So… what are you going to name the kid?" Naomasa asked. "I'm thinking of Goku. Son Goku" the doctor exclaimed. "Big fan of old chinese stories huh? But I do see the inspiration in his tail" the officer commented. After a few hours of getting approval for this adoption the doctor left the police station and headed home with the young Goku sleeping on his back. 'This boy has something special about him. I'm not sure what it is but I feel like he has a bright future ahead of him.
Local buffet - 20:00
The doctor decided to stop by at a buffet to fuel himself after a long and strange day. He grabbed a large plate of food for himself and Goku, not sure what the boy eats. To his surprise Goku started to inhale food at an alarming rate. The doctor couldn't keep up with the plates he was bringing back to satisfy the boy's hunger. After 20 full plates of food the boy lied down stroking his belly due to how stuffed he was. The doctor sighed in relief that he decided to choose a buffet for its many options rather than a traditional restaurant.
- Time Skip -
12 years have passed since the arrival of the saiyan. Dr.Shuzenji has taught Goku the basics of martial arts. But Goku's love for the arts blossomed beyond the doctor's capabilities which led him to call on an old friend to teach his adopted grandson the turtle hermit style from Master Roshi whom he'd acquainted to many years ago. Master Roshi, formerly the 2nd ranking hero back in his hayday. Who possesses a quirks that focuses his energy into a beam destroying evering thing in his path. His signature move, the kamehameha was something to behold. To everyone's surprise Goku seemed to possess a similar type of quirks of launching energy beams and blasts. He named his signature move after his masters move to honor his legacy.

Dr.Shuzenji's estate - 08:00
"Goku! Hurry and get dressed today's the day for the U.A. tryouts." Dr.Shuzenji Shouted. He heard something tumbling down the stairs. A frantic Goku trying to dress himself. "I'm off gramps" Goku said, giving him a quick hug before bolting out the door. "Wish me luck…" Goku said as he dashed towards U.A.
U.A. Entrance - 09:00
Goku made it just in the nick of time. Walking towards his assigned hall mentally preparing for the most dreaded part of the application process. The young saiyan was never really the brightest bulb when it came to academics. But he made up for that lacking department in the proficiency of his martial arts.
Goku looked around searching for his hall when he bumped into a young boy with green hair and freckles across his face causing him to fall over. "Are you alright?" Goku said, extending his arm towards the boy lifting him to his feet. "Y y y yes… I'm sorry I'm just really nervous. *hehehe...* Sorry for not introducing myself. My name is Izuku Midoriya" Izuku bowed greeting the saiyan. "Mines Son Goku" giving him the classic son grin. "By the way Midoriya which exam hall are you going to?" Goku asked curiously. "H hall B" Izuku said nervously. "Aaaa. I'm in hall D. Good luck Izuku!" Goku said as he ran off trying to find his designated hall.
Goku finally made it to hall D after a bit of searching. "I finally made it." Goku exclaimed. 'As for my seat… D41… D42… D43… here we are D44' Goku mentally sighed as he sat down waiting for the proctor to hand out the exam papers. Goku noticed a black haired girl seated next to him, completely emotionless. "Yo. My name is Son Goku. What's yours?" Goku whispered with a large smile. The girl looked over at the monkey boy with a plain expression. "I'm Yui Kodai" she said in a monotone voice. "Nice to meet you Kodai-san. I hope you get accepted" Goku whispered. She stared blankly at him until Present mic announced "The exam will take 2 hours and it will be focusing on all areas of general education. ALL RIGHT! LEZ GOOO!"
U.A. Briefing hall D - 12:00
Present mic started his slideshow explaining the next examination. "There are 3 different types of faux villains stationed in each battle centre. You earn points depending on the corresponding difficulty. Your goal is to use your Quirks to earn as many points as possible by immobilising the faux villains." He shouted as everyone listened attentively. "Of course, attacking other examinees is an unheroic act and is prohibited!" Present Mic shouted pointing at the attendees.
A sharp stern voice cut through the murmuring crowd "May I ask a question?" a boy stood up and raised his hand waiting for Present mic to respond. "Okay!" Present Mic replied as a spotlight shone on the boy with glasses and dark blue hair. "On the printout, there are four types of villains. If that is a misprint then the U.A. should be ashamed of that foolish mistake. We examinees are here in this place because we wish to be moulded into exemplary heroes and a mistake like this can't be overlooked." The boy standing tall awaiting an answer.
"Thank you for your concern examinee 23D" Present mic replied. "However, the fourth faux villain will yield zero points! Let's just say it's going to be a fun challenge." He shouted. "Ok everyone go prepare yourselves! You have 10 minutes to put on your gym clothes and enter the arena." Present mic announces whilst everyone prepares themselves for the challenge ahead. Goku enters battle area D and decides to stretch and get ready for his upcoming challenge.
Battle arena D - 13:00
Whilst stretching a girl approaches him from behind tapping him on the shoulder. He turns around to see an orange haired girl with teal eyes. "Hey, I couldn't help but notice the style of gi you're wearing. It looks exactly like the legendary Roshi's hero costume! (Goku's og gi)" she said excitedly. "Yeah! I was his apprentice for the past decade" Goku said, giving her the classic son grin. Itsuka excitedly replied "Wow! That's amazing… Wait how rude of me. My Name is Itsuka Kendo" smiling warmly at the saiyan causing him to blush slightly. "My name is Son Goku!" Goku said smiling. The two's attention shifted towards the speakers "Ok examinees. It's time to put your skills to the test and see if you got what it takes to become the next generation's top heroes!" Present mic's voice echoed throughout the battle arena.
[3… 2… 1… Begin]. The buzzers sounded, starting the timer for arena D's examinees. Goku looked over at Itsuka wishing her good luck before he ran at extreme speeds. Outrunning all of the competition and being the first one to come into contact with the faux villains. He leaped from machine to machine breaking through everything that got in his way. 'Dam, it's nice to let loose once in a while'. Goku proceeds to clear groups of faux villains with his raw strength alone. 'I think I've gotten enough points to guarantee a spot in the hero program' Goku thought. 'Now let's see who's in danger'.
Scanning the battlefield he spots groups of weaker examinees surrounded by faux villains. He leaps from group to group wiping them all out making sure everyone involved were safe. 'Man there's a lot of strong people here' he thought, looking around seeing faux villains being taken down one by one. 'I can't wait to see who qualifies'. Suddenly the ground starts to shake violently.
The zero point faux villain has appeared. It started to destroy the building around it making its way towards the examinees. People were running away as fast as possible so they wouldn't get crushed by the giant machine. All except for 'floating clothes?' Goku tilted his head trying to understand the situation. He noticed robot debris on the levitating clothes preventing them from running away from the zero pointer. 'I have to act now'. Goku dashed towards the floating clothes, lifting the robot parts and pulling out the invisible person into his arm. *bounce* Not realizing what he just touched. He felt a light slap across his face. He looked down to see his hand grabbing the chest area of this invisible girl. He set her down as his face turned bright red. "I'm so sorry I didn't mean to touch you there." Goku bowed repeatedly. "It's ok I know it's an ac…" Toru got cut off when the sound of debris descended upon them from the giant zero pointer tried to stomp the two.
'This is where my hero career ends… There's no way I can sneak my way out of this situation' Toru thought as she stood there hopelessly. A bright yellow light emitted from the saiyan's hands caught her attention. "RIOT JAVELIN" Goku shouted, launching a yellow ki blast completely disintegrating the left side of the zero pointer. 'Who is this guy?!' Toru thought as she looked at the remains of the zero pointer. Murmurs of other attendees echoed through the artificial city "He took it out with one blow…" "There's no way…" "I'm glad he's deciding to be a hero…"
[Time's Up] "Thank you for participating in the application process. Your results will be announced shortly." Present mic announced to the relief of many examinees. The people who weren't injured got evacuated towards the exit whilst recovery girl heals the injured examinees. "Yo, granny Chiyo!" Goku greeted her. "Ah. Goku-san, how are you? Look at you all grown up." She smiled warmly. "How's your Shuzenji doing?" she asked interestingly. "He's doing great!" Goku said with a large grin on his face. "Anyways, if I manage to get into U.A. gramps is planning on throwing a celebration party before I attend boarding school here". Goku said unsure about the written section. "I'm 100% sure you got in, you had quite a display sonny. You're destined to become great someday. Ok run along now I still have to attend to other examinees. It was nice catching up to you Goku" Recovery girl said as she walked off to the other battle arenas.
Local buffet - 15:00
"So Goku-kun, I heard you went to the U.A. tryouts. How did it go?" A young waitress asked the saiyan. "Oyeh, igh toajt *smack*" Goku was cut off by the waitress with a slightly annoyed face. "Swallow your food before you reply Goku-kun *sigh*" As she faced palm at the saiyan's childish behaviour. Goku swallowed the mountain of half chewed food before replying. "Sorry Yuki-chan. *hehehe* But yeah, I think I did pretty well" Goku said cheerfully.
- One week later -
Dr.Shuzenji's estate - 10:00
"Goku, your exam results have arrived!" Goku's adoptive grandfather shouted up into Goku's bedroom. "I haven't checked the results yet." Goku said nervously. The two shared a collective nod and Goku ripped the letter open and out dropped a little gray disc. "Hello! Congratulations Son Goku! You have been accepted into U.A. Highschool! You've destroyed 57 1 pointers, 35 2 pointers and 23 3 pointers with extreme speed and precision! However, that isn't the only area of judgement a panel of judges have reviewed and judge your performance! RESCUE POINTS! You young Goku have amassed 70 points from this category! Bringing you to a total 266 points setting a new school record! Narrowly surpassing my score of 261! I applaud you young Goku! You have a very bright future in U.A.!"
"Wow Goku! New record! You're really putting your grandpa to shame" Dr.Shuzenji jokes. "*hehehe*" Goku chuckled in embarrassment. "This calls for a celebration! I'll ring my sister and Roshi around to celebrate this achievement!" Dr.Shuzenji said in excitement.
