October 10th, Remote Location

"AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH" they all turn to see Biwako with a kunai through where her heart is.
When a clear forceful voice rings out "Step away from the Jinchuriki, or the little girl gets it".
Tsunade roars "leave my granddaughter alone or so help me" while she jumps in front of Shizune and the boy.
Minato says "alright just stay calm we are stepping back." and the masked man suddenly throws the girl up and in a flash she is in Minato's hands. When Minato looks back to where his wife is all he sees is a swirl of black and the man and his wife are gone.
TSSSSSSSSSSS he looks down to see an explosive tag and he flashes away and rips the towel off his daughter.
Before he disappears again and before Shizune or Tsunade can react there is a flash of yellow and the boy is gone from their hands.
In a safe house
Minato places his twins down in a crib and all he mutters is "rest here I'll be back in a flash" and vanishes in his signature yellow flash.
He reappears next to his wife in the nick of time to grab her before they are crushed by the kyuubi he then places her next to the twins and says "Rest here and I'm sorry but I Have to stop the masked man" and Kushina replies "Don't be just come back safe" and he disappears in a flash saying "Ok".
Minato reappears ontop of the hokage monument and is grabbed from behind and reappears facing down the masked man in a clearing and asks "Why, why do all of this you are an Uchiha why attack your home".
The man replies "Why? I could say it was on a whim or that it's for peace."
The wind picks up and a lone leaf lands on the ground dead center between them and they charge forwards, the future will be decided here.
When they are about to make contact Minato suddenly forms a Rasengan in his hand and thinks 'got him.'
Just to see it pass right through the man along with his arm only to be caught in a chain reacting he slams the Rasengan into the chain and flashes away to a nearby kuni.
The man says "Most impressive you truly live up to your moniker the 'Yellow Flash' the fastest man alive."
Suddenly there is a kuni traveling so fast his sharingan barely catches it in time for him to react before it phases right through his head.
He opens his mouth to speak when his back explodes in pain and he notices a yellow flash when Minato used to be and he hears Minato Shout "Fuin'' after his hand landed on the man's back after the rasengan dissipated.
Minato says " That was a contract seal, your control over the Kyuubi is gone, Surender!"
The man replies "You may have won this round but the war will be mine" and he vanishes in a swirl of black.
10 minutes ago, center of Konoha
"SUMMONING JUTSU" In a large poof of smoke a mighty roar Shakes the whole village shattering windows all over.
Hiruzen suddenly jumps out of the Hokages chair as the glass shatters leaving a small cut on his face.
"ANBU REPORT" "Sir it appears the kyuubi has appeared near the village center"
'Dam it Minato where are you what happened' he mutters in thought "Gather Every shinobi we have and tell them to try and push it out of the village" "Yes sir"
'DAM IT THE ONE NIGHT I AGREE TO TEMPORARILY TAKE THE HAT BACK AND THIS SHIT HAPPEN' "I'm getting too old for this" and he rushes out to lead the battle as he takes one last sip on his pipe.
Later Near the Center of Konoha
One shout rains out among the screams and sounds of battle"Summoning Jutsu" everyone turn and they shouts of "LORD THIRD IS HERE KEEP FIGHTING"
Out of the smoke a deep voice can be heard "What can I do for you tonight Hiruzen"
"No time for pleasantries, old friend transform."
Out of the puff of smoke appears a black staff and Just as Hiruzen Grabs it he Shouts "EXPAND" and the staff elongates smashing forcefully into the Kyuubi and he is Forced out of the Village by the might of The old Third Hokage who is left panting from the effort.
"Summoning Jutsu: Food Cart Destroyer" and a massive dark red toad appears above the mighty kyuubi and smashes it down.
From the Head of the toad Minato says "Gambunta, hold him down teleporting something of this size take time"
The toad replies "Don't take me for a miracle worker over here do it quickly"
With a large Buju-Dama Beginning to form The toad slams himself into the kyuubi's mouth to stop it and then it disappears in a flash.
In the forest just out of sight of Konoha
The Kyuubi Appears and nearby Minato Appears Holding his wife with both of them holding one of their twins
Kushina Uses Her chains to hold the beast down despite her condition from giving birth to twins and the Kyuubi being extracted.
She says "I'll seal it back inside me and take it to the afterlife with me"
Minato responds "No, if you were to do that it would just reappear in a few years I" he begins sobbing uncontrollably "I'll have t-to seal it i-in them it's the on-only way"
She half sobs out "But Minato we can't"
He after settling his emotions says "I hate saying this to you but I'm sorry" he take a deep breath "It's the only way i'll seal the rest of our chakara in them" she says "Ok"
He begins the hand signs Snake, Boar, Ram, Hare, Dog, Rat, Bird, Horse, Snake. "REAPER DEATH SEAL" "What do you summon me for, mortal?" "I need to seal the Kyuubi into my Twins" "The price will be your soul" "I know lets begin"
A ghostly hand reaches from the death god through Minato and both twins and The Reaper and Minato both shout "FUIN"
The kyuubi despite its immense strength is pulled by the hand and a seal appears on both twins in a swirl pattern.
Minato calls out "Summoning Jutsu" a Toad appears and Minato Places a sealing key onto the scroll toad and says "go to Jiraia-sensei" the toad nods and disappears.
He grabs his wife's hand, places it on the twins and says "eight trigrams seal" eight marks and sets of kangi appear around the swirl and he slumps onto his wife's back.
Kushina Lets out her tears just as Tsunade and Hiruzen appear and she says
"Mother we are sorry to do this to you but you will have to take them"
Tsunade cries and asks "What are their names you never told us" Minato states "In truth we never decided and having twins was unexpected"
Kushina says "But I think naming them after Naruto, the character in father's book, would be a good idea; I wish for them to grow up just like him.
Minato says "Ok, I agree, so Naruto for our son and for our daughter Naruko; what do you think my love?" as he finishes saying this despite Tsunade's attempts to heal them he closes his eyes for the last time; while Tsunade begins crying.
Kushina replies "That's perfect, and tell them we are sorry for the similar names, we don't have much time left"
Hiruzen responds seeing Tsunade can't states "Ok I'll make sure they know."
Kushina replies with her eyes drooping "Thank you for everything Mom."
