Hey guys, this is my first story so it might not be the best and there might be some typos I missed XD. This is the first story of James Bond that I wrote a while back but am now publishing it. There will be five of these stories of 007. I also have my own cast list I picked for these stories but for now, I'll leave it up to you who you want in the roles. If you ever want to know who I want in these roles, I'd be happy to tell you. And if you were wondering why I call it Centuries is because I think the classic Bond opening theme for this should be Centuries by Fall Out Boy. Hope you enjoy!
Chapter 1: Get The Money
A dark and stormy night. No one to be found. A large skyscraper stood up into the black clouds, disappearing into them.
"Where are our associates?" A British man's voice asked.
"Sorry, sir. We couldn't find them." Another voice answered.
"We need them for the plan to work out." The British voice commanded as they both walked inside the skyscraper.
The two men walked into a room full of crates. "How many men are looking for them?" The British man asked.
"I can't answer that, sir." The other man said.
"Why not?" He asked.
The other man took off his hat, glasses and coat to reveal himself.
The man gasps. "007!" The man backed away.
"Correct." James said. "Now if you don't mind, I've got some business to settle with you." James takes out a gun. "First off. I want a name."
"Why should I tell you?" The man said. "I have you outnumbered." The man whistles for his men.
The couple of men in black came out from behind the crates and surrounded James.
James looked around at all the men.
"You really thought you could beat me, didn't you Mr. Bond?" The man asked.
"Tell me where Madison Bennet is." James commanded.
"No." The man said. "I need her to get the money." He continued.
"You won't get away with this." James said.
"Really? I won't? We'll just see about that." The man said as he begins to walk away.
James looked around as the men began to attack. His gun was hit out of his hand and then the punches flew.
One of the men pulled out a gun and shot at James. He was able to move out of the way as he ran after the British man into the next room.
In the room, the British man was standing in the middle with a blond woman.
"Give her back." James commanded.
"I don't think so. With her, I can get the money from her father to fund our plan." The man said.
"Don't worry Miss Bennett. I'll get you out safely." James said.
"No you won't Mr. Bond." The man said taking out a gun and pointing it at him. "Just try."
James stood and thought. "How about a trade?" He asked.
"What kind of trade?" The man asked back.
"You said you wanted money. How much?" James asked.
"Hmm." He thinks. "I need three million." He said.
"Deal. Now give her to me."
"Not until you pay up."
"How long do I have?"
"Three days. No later, or no Madison Bennett." The man said.
"I'll get you what you need." James said as he began to leave.
"Good luck Mr. Bond. You'll need it." The man said.
"One more thing." He turns to the man. "Your name."
"Anthony Simmons. Don't forget it."
James left the room to return to the agency.
"You will never succeed." Madison said.
"I already have. Mr. Bond will play a very big part in the plan" Anthony said.
Outside the skyscraper, James walked to his car and got inside. "Three million." He says to himself as he drives off.
BEEP!
James hears the alarm and answers the call. "What is it M?" James asked.
"Did you find Miss Bennett?" M asked.
"Yes. But there's one more problem."
"What did you get us into now?"
"He's got a lot of men working for him. Maybe too many. Either we get a team together, or give Mr. Simmons three million dollars." James answered.
"Oh dear. I'll see what I can do." M said.
"Yes, sir. Tell me how it goes. And tell Moneypenny I said hello."
"Of course, 007." M said and hung up.
James pushes down on the gas pedal and builds up speed. "One way or a other, I'll make sure to get Miss Bennet back."
Back at HQ, M walked by Moneypenny. "James says hello." He said.
"Oh how nice. When will he be back?" She asked.
"We don't know. Hopefully soon, Moneypenny." He answered.
Moneypenny sighs and looks down. M then leaves the room.
"How many agents do we have available?" He asked.
A man came up to him. "Not many. We have a volunteer who we can send out." The man answered.
"Who is it?" He asked.
"Miss Renee Raven."
"Call her in." M commanded.
The man ran out of the room to get Miss Raven. In a few moments, the man came back in with her. She was a beautiful woman with dirty blond hair that curled. She wore a black dress with red lipstick.
"You must be Miss Raven." M said.
"Yes. I'm here to help 007." Renee said. "Point me in the direction I must go and I'll be there." She continued.
"Come on. I'll show you." M said as he took her away.
"I can hardly wait to get started." She said.
Later in Bond's car, M calls him to tell him about Renee. James then answers the call.
"Yeah M?"
"James, we have a volunteer to help you on this mission."
"Great. Who is he?" James asked.
"Not he. She." M answered.
"Oh."
"Meet us at 227 Maverick Road down by the docks. We'll be waiting." M said as he hung up.
"Terrific. Now we can get started." James says as he drives to the address.
Later at the address, James pulls up and sees Renee as he gets out of the car. "Hello. The names Bond. James Bond." He says and shakes her hand.
"It's lovely to meet you, Mr. Bond." She says back. "It's really an honor to work with the best spy in England." She continued.
"I'm looking forward to working with you as well." He said.
"I think you two will get along nicely." Said M. "Now. It's time for you to save Miss Bennet and stop Mr. Simmons.
"If we work as a team, we can pull off any job." Renee said.
"Come on. Get in the car." James said as they both got into the car.
"Make sure the world is safe." M said as they drove off.
In the car, James and Renee were getting aquatinted. "I can't believe I'm here doing a case with you." She said.
"The first time out is always difficult. But I'll teach you everything you need to know." He said.
"Oh you don't have to. I'm already pretty good in this business." She said as she smirked.
"That's fantastic." He looks in the mirror and sees cars following him. "Oh no."
"What?"
"We've got followers." He speeds up the car as the other cars continue to follow him. Renee looks behind her to see them. "I know this area. Follow my directions." She said.
James and Renee drove all around to get away from the other cars. Two cars tried to cut them off but James took a sharp left turn.
"OK. Now go right." Renee commanded.
James turns to the right as the goons try and follow. "Where are you taking us?" He asked.
"I know someone who can get us the money." She answered. "Just keep following my directions."
James and Rene took twists and turns to get away from the men chasing them. They followed as far as they could to catch them.
"You see that?" Renee asked as she pointed out the front window.
James looked at where she was pointing. "Yeah. What about it?"
"Drive as fast as you can to it."
"Alright." James pushes his foot down on the gas pedal.
The car got faster and faster as to drove right to two long wood boards laying by each other over a large dumpster.
"Hold on!" James shouted.
The car drove over the boards, soaring over the dumpster on to the road behind it. As the other cars tried to follow, they crashed, leaving James and Renee to get away.
Renee looks behind them at the damage and sighs in relief.
"Good thinking back there. James said.
"Thank you. Now keep following this road until you come to the building with two big fishing nets on the front wall." She said.
"On it." James said as he sped up.
A few of the men chasing them were able to get out of the car wrecks. One of them called Anthony to break the bad news.
"Sir? We lost them." He said.
"You idiots!" Anthony shouted. "If you don't find them, you won't be around to see our plan succeed!" Anthony continued as he hung up.
"We better find them. Where are they heading?" He asked.
"They seem to be headed to that rich man who lives here." The other man answered.
"They must be trying to get the money. So we shouldn't stop them." The man said.
"Is that a good idea?" The other man asked.
"It's the best chance we have if we want that money."
Back in the car with James and Renee, Renee looked out the window at the passing buildings.
James looked over at her and asked, "Miss Raven. Where is your home?"
"I was born in Whales." She answered. "But it wasn't all that great."
"Why? What happened?"
"My mother and father dumped me and left. Never to return."
"Oh. I'm sorry to hear that."
"A few years later I found a group of people who took me in." She said.
"That's not so bad." He said.
"They aren't the best." She sighs.
James looks out the window and sees the building. "There it is." He said as he pulled over.
Renee and James get out of the car as Renee walks to the door. "Mr. Jason?" Renee asked. "Are you in there?"
The man opened the door. "Raven? Is it really you?" He asked.
"Yes. We need your help." She said.
Mr. Jason looked at James. "Oh my God. 007."
James smiles and waves.
"We need three million dollars." Renee said.
"Are you crazy?" He asked. "I don't have that kind of money."
"Oh yes you do. We need it to save a young girl from a man named Anthony Simmons." She said.
"How did you know his name? I never told you." James asked.
"I found out on my own." She replied.
"Sorry. I can't give you the money." Mr. Jason said.
"Please. Do it for me." Renee pleaded.
Mr. Jason thought for a bit. "Alright. But I can't give you all of it."
Renee sighs. "Thank you, Mr. Jason. Thank you."
