(Ayla's POV)
*It had been a week since our battle against Eggman & his Eggsterminator. "Today, Tails was in the garage with Chuck, working on the X Tornado. Cream, Cheese, & Amy were out shopping with Ella. Tanaka was mowing the lawn. And my brother, Sonic, was off doing God knows what. As for me, I was sitting in the living room, reading*
Chris:*off-screen* Ayla? *I looked up here saw Chris standing in front of me**on-screen* Can I ask you a question?
Ayla: Sure. *I put a bookmark in my book & closed it* What's up?
Chris: I've been wondering this for a while . . . When did you and Sonic first start fighting Eggman.
*I looked at Chris surprised, but then I smiled*
Ayla: Now that takes me back. Would you believe me if I told you when I was little younger then Cream.
*Chris looked at me in disbelief*
Chris: Seriously?
Ayla: Seriously. You might wanna sit down. It's a long story. *he sat down next to me* When Sonic was five and I was four, we lived with our Uncle Chuck in a city called Mobotropolis. That is until Robotnik came along.
Chris: Wait. Robotnik?
Ayla: That's what Eggman used to call himself. Anyway, one day, out of nowhere and without warning, he took control of the city. Many people were captured and turned into robots by a machine called the Roboticizer. Only a handful of citizens escaped to a hidden village in the woods called Knotehole. Me and Sonic were among them. In just one night the city we grew up in was gone and replaced with factories.
*As she reminisced, she started to fade away until the screen went dark*
