So, you clicked this. My first ever published fanfiction. Hope you'll be gentle, because I'm no literary genius. I'm just a dude that likes to write whatever nonsensical ideas come into his mind. The idea of this fic was born after reading Shidou Haruka's IS/IBO Crossover, alongside other Gundam Crossovers with Infinite Stratos. Then, it turned into a pseudo-rp with two of my friends that involved dice rolls, RNG-tables, crazy stuff. So I decided to write down whatever shenanigans we had into a story form.
The horror.
Please, do enjoy this word salad of a fic.
Three figures looked at the hidden base with narrowed eyes. The moon hung high in the sky, bathing the area in its pale beauty, but the quiet was broken by the sounds of metal upon metal and engines roaring in the distance. The shadows cloaked them well, being prone on a ridge as they spied the large steel doors open and close in the distance.
"So, the Astrays are in that compound?" One of them asked, turning to the other two boys in question.
"We better hurry before they decide to upload whatever findings they have into the internet. Tabane will come sniffing and nab our suits in the blink of an eye if they do." One of them sighed, racking his shotgun's slide.
The winds blew through the leaves of their cover, the moonlight shining through to illuminate their features.
"No mercy." A purple eyed blonde grumbled, pulling an assault rifle by his side. "If any of them escape, we'll be in big trouble."
"But...really?" Green eyes crinkled in worry, it's dark haired owner's thumb tracing the details on his pistol's grip. "Can't we just...I don't know, steal the Astrays and sneak out?"
"I think we'll have to bite the bullet in this one." One grey eye closed, a hand scratching the back of his head and ruffling his black hair. "If any of them get out and leak the existence of the suits, the whole world will be hunting us down." Pushing himself up on his knees, he held the shotgun in his hands tightly.
"And waking up in this world is already hell in the first place."
"It'll be a Gundam Jack." The blonde chuckled, standing up to a crouch as he put on a balaclava to cover his face. "What a way to start off this misadventure, huh?"
"Hmm? Oh, what's this..?"
Plum eyes widened somewhat when one of her AI's directed her focus away from a separate screen.
"I've never seen this before..!" Robotic rabbit ears twitched as she hacked into the audios of the surveillance system, lowering the volume instinctively as the sounds of chaos went through.
"Intruder alert! They're heading towards the hangar! All personnel, stop them!"
"Hangar?" the woman mumbled, her curiosity piqued. "Find a camera there."
"They're inside! They're—oh fuck, they're piloting them!"
Immediately, the screen displayed a room that held three man-sized humanoid robots. Amidst the fire, smoke, and grainy quality of the camera, she can only barely make out the details.
They were all uniform in design, with the same light armor and dark-colored inner workings. Sharing a V-fin on similar helmets, the three suits began to walk, immediately finding the weapon racks that were next to their berths.
"The Astrays have broken free! I repeat, the Astrays-"
" 'Astray'? Hmph...fitting..."
One of the 'Astrays' seemed to turn its head towards the camera, and with a flash of the two holes behind the V-fin, the feed was lost.
Tabane Shinonono pouted.
"How rude!"
(BGM: Gaia x Chaos x Abyss )
Turning away from the ruined camera, a gold framed suit of armor grabbed the nearby 35mm Rail Bazooka and a shield of similar coloration. "What kinda idiots were they to store the weapons by the berths..?" The pilot grumbled in their private channel, sea-green optics flashing amidst the smoke.
"Hey, if it makes our escape easier, I'm all up for it." A heavily armed blue framed suit chuckled, attaching a spare 50mm recoilless rifle to his backpack. Around its legs were rocket pods and over its left shoulder was a missile rack that held 8 tubes.
The last suit, red framed and equipped with a winged backpack, merely unsheathed its katana. "Oh, I think I'm gonna like this..." The blade glinted in the embers and fire, reflecting the light from the suit's glowing optics.
"Still don't understand why you get the Red Frame, Ryo."
"Because I'm a swordsman, Davion." The Astray Red Frame turned its head to look at its friend, seemingly in annoyance as it sheathed the sword. In its place, a carbine-like weapon appeared on its right hand, while a physical shield attached itself to its left arm.
"Yeah, but there's this upgrade to it called the Red Dragon that I'd like to have-" The Astray Blue Frame started to rant but was interrupted by the third member of their hijacking team.
"We'll talk about upgrades later." The Astray Gold Frame stepped between the other two, the Gae Bulg Rail Bazooka already on its shoulder. "First, we rinse this base of any files on the suits, after that we get out of here."
"And where to, exactly, Ephraim?" Ryo questioned, turning the head of his Gundam ever so slightly to look at his friend.
"To a place where we belong."
"...Okay, you did not just reference IBO." Davion grumbled as he hefted his Cattus Recoilless Rifle and aimed at the locked bulkhead.
Ephraim chuckled, the optics flashing with his laughter. "Couldn't resist."

The moon was high in the sky, the stars twinkling joyously in the darkness of space. The sleepy village in Sicily shut of their lights, the residents preparing to enter their dreams as the cool and temperate winds blew through the hills and dells.
Grey eyes watched as tarp-covered palettes were loaded into steel containers, a frown marring his lips. The ocean wind blew slightly and flipped the fabric, revealing white bricks familiar to the young man.
Cocaine.
Switching out from the Complete Sensor Unit pack back to his Full Weapon Systems, the Blue Frame pilot stood up from his crouch. Looking down at the pirate landing, he equipped the Cattus recoilless rifle and aimed at the refurbished PT Boats.
Boom!
The pilot grinned as he leapt off the steep overlook, his sensors already locking on to various targets.
"Let fly, all guns!"
A swarm of missiles surged out from his rocket pods, impacting steel containers and bathing them in angry fire. The thermobaric warheads cleaned up whatever drugs and illegal substances were within, and the Blue Frame landed amidst scrap and ruin.
The smoke and flames illuminated its silhouette like an angry demon, the V-fin gleaming ominously as the optics glared at them.
"Evening, boys." Davion chuckled, eyeing all the small arms aimed at him without much care. "Hope you didn't mind me dropping in."
The quiet whir of his helmet's 7.62mm vulcans were lost amidst groaning of metal and the crackling of burning wood.
"But...the party's over."
Brrrrrrt!

An armored convoy made its way through the lesser used mountain paths, the masked insurgents peering out from trucks and pickups with their weapons at the ready. It was late in the afternoon and the sun was beginning to set, so they drove slowly through the treacherous terrain that was both familiar and unfamiliar to them.
Fwoom!
The lead APC lurched, exploding a moment later.
Panicked screams and yells filled the valley as they disembarked, looking up in the skies for any signs of an attack.
Fwoom!
The rear IFV exploded, trapping the insurgents in the mountain pass as everyone brought their guns to bear. They all screamed at each other, bringing out MANPADS as they aimed for the skies.
"Morons..."
Fwoom!
Another car exploded and the shooter sighed as he leaned back against the mountain side on the far end of the valley. He was underneath an overhang, the shadows hiding the obvious gleam of his golden inner frame.
"Kinda unfair with me sniping, but..."
Fwoom!
Boom!
"What else am I supposed to do?" he grumbled, the Gold Frame bracing as he shot another round from the Gae Bulg.
His sensors beeped and he looked over at the entrance of the valley, where a trio of aerial contacts were nearing-
"Shit, IS'." The Astray pilot snarled as he quickly dematerialized his suit. Ducking behind a large piece of rock, he peered out to see three Rafale-Revives fly past, with one pausing to look at the overhang.
He stilled his breath, his mind unexpectedly pulling out a random memory.
"Easy lad...There's too many of 'em. Keep a low profile and hold your fire."
'Why thank you, Captain McMillan. I'm sure that'll help against IS Hyper Sensors.'
Ephraim's purple eyes locked on to the Revive pilot, who turned after the rebels opened fire on her squad mates. They returned fire with their oversized P90's, destroying technicals and whatever ramshackle combat vehicles the insurgents had left. Not too far behind from them, a trio of Hinds came into the valley, their chain guns swiveling as they looked for any anti-air threats.
He quickly made his way down the mountain slope, jumping and dropping from rocks and ledges without a single wasted movement. Putting on his poncho to disguise himself as a local, the blonde grumbled as he began to walk down a locally known pathway down the mountain.
"Of course the military appeared when I was about to hammer in the last nail in the coffin for that cell."

"Y-You!"
The katana easily parried the large buster sword, chipping the latter as its wielder sidestepped the boosting IS.
"How the fuck?! HOW?!"
Sea-green optics stared back at her soullessly, and the red framed monster merely got into a high guard stance with its sword.
All around her, the base was in utter shambles. Numerous equipment were melted from their enemy's beam rifle, and those that tried to shoot it could barely track its movements due to its sheer speed and agility. She hissed in pain as blood streaked down her side, and it merely served as a punishment for her overconfidence.
Her shields did nothing to stop that blade.
Her plasma spray? Deflected.
Her agility? Outpaced.
Her skills with her blade? Utterly inferior to that monster.
"I'm going to gut you, you bitch!" she roared, fury fueling her strikes as she continued to wail and bash against the suit's flawless defense.
"Haaah..."
She stilled.
The tone was too low, lower than a contralto.
Lower than anything a girl could voice out.
'So that meant..!'
"THE FUCK-?!"
The blade flashed, and she suddenly found her world spinning.
She impacted the ground heavily, rolling and...
Her headless body fell down in a slump, blood only starting to gush out a few seconds after.
The Gerbera Straight dove down, splitting the Core of the IS unit in one clean slice.
"What a waste."
In her darkening vision, tear streaked and bloody, she could see the red demon sheathe its sword. It was practically clean, unstained and untainted from all the blood spilled and lives taken.
The Astray Red Frame walked away, secondary explosions erupting in the Phantom Task base as the leaked gasoline finally reached the raging fires.
With blue fire blazing out from his Flight Pack, Ryo took to the skies, disappearing just as quickly as he had appeared.
"Oh, I bid farewell to the port and the land..."
It's a bit short, but I have the world-building skills of a chameleon.
