bopdog111: Well now things, and some kind of crucial stuff is changing.

bopdog111: Asriel, and Chara's Decks, and records are getting a major rewrite. There are stuff on them I don't like, and they will be better Duelists.
Ulrich362: True, and since it is on Bopdog's profile it will switch to the dub names. Also ages and some pairings will also be changed from the original though the backstories for Chara and Frisk will be largely the same as they were in the original. Anything else Bopdog or are you ready to start?
bopdog111: Next Frisk's cards are gonna still be based on Mt. Ebott but on a different turn. She will be using her SOUL Monsters Deck with some of her cards now having Pendulum.

A brown haired girl was sleeping peacefully on her bed.
"Hm... Come in." the girl said waking up groggy.
A humanoid male goat walked in. "Good morning."
"Morning Goat Dad." the girl said stretching.
"Tori is making breakfast before you three head to You Show." the humanoid goat smiled softly before pausing. "Have Yuya or Zuzu been able to help Chara at all?"
"They both managed to help her Fusion Summon 5 times yesterday." the girl answered getting up walking to her closet, "She still isn't comfortable with Fusion but she's getting used to it."
"But she still doesn't enjoy dueling like the rest of you." he noted. "Has she told you why?"
"She does." she assured him while finding a purple, and black striped shirt.
"Well, the three of you can walk to You Show after breakfast." he mentioned calmly.
"Okay." the girl nodded getting dressed behind the closet door.
She heard her bedroom door close and footsteps walking downstairs. Soon she finished dressing, and walked downstairs. A female humanoid goat was scrambling some eggs while a smaller humanoid male goat and a girl in a green and yellow striped sweater with matching heart lockets sat at the table.
"Morning Goat Mom, Azzy, Chara." the girl smiled sitting down.
"Morning Frisk." the young male goat smiled.
"You feeling okay Chara?" Frisk asked the girl.
"I'm fine Frisk." Chara replied quietly.
"Well if you need anything just let me, and Azzy know." Frisk smiled to her.
She nodded softly before smiling. "The eggs smell delicious mom."
"There just about ready." the female goat humanoid said with a smile.
"Do you need any help Tori?" the older male goat asked.
"Can you get the Ketchup, Asgore?" Tori asked him.
He nodded at that before getting it and handing it to her before Frisk gasped.
"We're going to be late, principal Skip asked us to come in early today." she mentioned.
"Do you want me to pack your breakfast with you?" Tori asked.
"Thank you." Frisk smiled at that.
Tori nodded with a smile, and after finishing placed the breakfasts in containers, and in paper bags labeling them, and giving them to the three, "Have a good day my children."
The three of them smiled before walking off.
"Why do you think Principal Skip wants us early?" Asriel asked his sisters.
"No idea." Chara answered as they walked to the You Show Duel School. "This place... again."
Frisk rubbed her back smiling.
They walked in where they saw a white clothed man wearing wooden sandals, and a red headband was in the Dueling Arena.
"It's time for Gong's two sword-swinging Superheavy Samurai to say buh-bye, and hit the road! Gong's bringing out the best one of them all, Superheavy Samurai Big Benkei!" the man called Gong declared as two mechanical warriors vanished only for a larger one with 3500 defense points to appear as he clenched his fist, "Alright Yuya enough riding around. It's time to take center stage and show Gong what you're made of."
"It's showtime! Ladies, gentlemen, and Gong how 'bout I kick things off this round's entertainment with some Carnival Craving Hippos!" a male voice cried riding on a hippo monster jumping on a rooftop showing it's a teen with crimson, and red hair, and having a red shirt with green pants playing a spell. "Get hopping hippos!"
Three different colored hippos appeared dancing in front of Yuya. Chara frowned at that as they noticed her glaring at Yuya again.
"Hey, what's with all that shaking! We're not dancing, we're dueling!" Gong yelled off-guard.
Suddenly the virtual battleground started to breakdown which Yuya having not noticed calling, "You Hippos sure know how to have a good time!"
Everything in the room vanished with him in the air. He panicked trying to avoid hurting himself as they see he fell to the ground wincing as the boy covered his face. "...Ouch."
"That sounded painful." Asriel admitted.
"Yuya, what do you have to say for yourself?" a female voice questioned through a microphone only for Yuya to look up.
"Huh?" he asked before putting his thumbs on his nose and making a silly face.
That made Frisk giggle a little.
"You really look up to him, don't you little sis?" Asriel asked with a chuckle.
"Yeah." Frisk admitted with a giggle and a small blush, "And then some..."
Asriel just shook his head with a smile.
Later the three walked to where Gong, Yuya, a red suited man, and a pink haired girl were talking with Yuya's googles down as the girl noticed them, "Frisk, Chara, Asriel."
"Hi Zuzu." Frisk smiled seeing her.
"What happened?" Asriel asked the red suited man while Chara glared at Yuya.
"That was partially my fault. I didn't treat our ARC System right." Zuzu admitted embarrassed before glaring to Yuya, "Only cause Yuya won't stop clowning around."
"Hey it's not my fault for helping the audience to laugh, and have a good time." Yuya told her with a smile, and a wink.
"You do a good job at that Yuya." Frisk smiled blushing slightly.
"Why do you have to turn everything into a joke Yuya?" Gong asked.
"Well..." Yuya started before putting his goggles back on his head revealing red rings around his eyes as he closed one of them. "There's nothing wrong with giving the fans a good laugh."
"When fans watch your duels, they're not laughing with you, they're all laughing at you!" Gong snapped to him before turning to a poster of a man dressed like a magician, "When your daddy was on the field he has all the fans smiling. He made Dueltaining, entertaining."
He then snapped back to Yuya, "Your duels are usually just embarrassing!"
While he said this outside the room viewing from a window they didn't noticed someone was watching.
"Well if you ask me my dad's last duel was pretty embarrassing too." Yuya mentioned putting his hands behind his head.
"Yuya!" Zuzu and Gong cried together angrily.
"Haha relax." Yuya smiled before the door opened and a man in a yellow and black striped shirt with orange glasses walked into the room.
"Afternoon all I do hope I'm not intruding." the man stated.
"Can we help you?" the red suit man asked.
The glasses man answered, "I'm Nico Smiley, dueling manager and promoter. Currently I represent the reigning Action Duel Champion, The Sledgehammer."
"Not the Sledgehammer!" Yuya cried in shock.
"The Sledgehammer is hosting a fan appreciation day at the Leo Institute and as part of the festivities he's issuing a one-on-one challenge to Yuya." Nico explained as he sat in front of Yuya.
Off-guard Yuya asked, "Your inviting me to duel the Sledgehammer?"
"I'm not inviting you to duel his grandma!" Nico joked before saying, "Seriously, though, it's your chance to make up for your father's disappearing act. You remember what happened don't you?"
Flashback...
"This crowd's boiling over and I don't blame them! Our Action Duel championship was suppose to get underway an hour ago, but Yusho Sakaki still hasn't show up to defend his title!" the announcer cried to everyone at a arena.
Finally fed up the opponent known as the Sledgehammer yelled clenching his fist, "Sakaki has chickened out!"
The crowd went wild at the news at this. A younger Yuya hearing that ran to the railing while crying. "My dad's no chicken, let me duel the Sledgehammer until my dad shows up!"
As he was yelling that a blonde woman in jeans and a green shirt ran and grabbed onto him.
"Yuya calm down son." she told him.
"I'm not scared! Duel me instead!" Yuya cried at this while Chara, Frisk, and Asriel watch in shock but Chara looked a bit bitter.
Flashback End...
Remembering that Frisk looked down.
"Excuse me, Mr. Smiley?" Chara asked.
"Hm?" Nico asked turning to her, "Sorry who are you?"
"My name is Chara, and Yuya refuses the challenge." she said simply.
That surprises them as Nico asked, "Why not? It's what all the fans want to see, plus it'll mean tons of free publicity for your dueling school!"
"Publicity, or a chance for the Sledgehammer to show how pathetic You Show really is and that Yusho ran away because he was weaker than him?" Chara questioned. "Not that he'd be wrong about that but still, this is just an excuse to try and make Yusho and Yuya look like fools in public."
That made Yuya gave a betrayed stare at Chara for her words before Nico tried out, "Oh I understand Chara. Its a real shame though, cause if you, and your school had agreed the Leo Corp. would have donated the newest augmented reality combat system to your dueling school for no charge. As in free."
That had made Skip instantly reply before Chara has a chance, "You got a deal!"
SMACK!
That commit earned him a smack at the back of head by Zuzu who was holding a paper fan.
"Augmented reality combat system? You mean make the monsters even more real?" Chara asked while returning Yuya's glare.
Frisk, and Asriel both stared at Chara shocked before Frisk placed a hand on her shoulder, "Chara? Can we talk for a bit?"
She sighed before nodding. "Alright sis, we can talk."
The two walked off before Frisk stared at her with tears, "Why did you say those hurtful things to him?"
Chara looked down. "You know I hate this whole school Frisk, I enrolled because I care about you and Azzy."
"Still you don't need to say stuff like that!" Frisk told her, "Zuzu, Yuya, and everyone here cared for you, and you say those things as repayment?"
"I wasn't saying it to hurt them, this is obviously a set-up to humiliate Yuya and make You Show look like a joke." Chara pointed out. "We both know Yuya doesn't stand a chance."
"You don't know that. Yuya is a strong duelist, and he is a great duelist." Frisk told her with tears in her eyes, "I don't know what your problem is with him but I trust him, and I see no reason to doubt his abilities. Yes he messes around from time to time but he's a strong guy!"
Chara's eyes widened at that before staring at Frisk. "I should have stayed dead."
"You don't mean that." Frisk said enveloping Chara in a deep hug with tears, "I love you dearly Chara, and I wish you support Yuya, and You Show now. I love this school, and I hate to see it gone of fun, and laughter."
Chara hugged her back slowly, "You don't get it Frisk... none of you could possibly understand."
"Maybe if you tell us why your acting like this we can find a way to help." Frisk said looking up with tears in her eyes, "I just want you to have fun Dueling, and live with great family, and friends."
Hearing that Chara looked at Frisk before looking down. "Ok... I'll tell you everything Frisk. The truth is... I knew a real Dueltainer... one that everyone here would have admired even more than Yusho. He was... incredible."
That made Frisk blink hearing that. Chara smiled softly. "His name was... Zarc Draconis, and if you saw him duel... well, imagine Yusho but if he could talk to his monsters from the heart and they could truly understand each other. Not just to entertain, but actually understand each other's feelings."
"So... What happened to him?" Frisk asked her.
"He went too far... there was an accident and his opponent was badly injured. I'd never seen something so horrible, Zarc and Odd-Eyes looked horrified." Chara answered before trembling as though recalling a bad memory. "Then they started to cheer."
Frisk looked shocked at this.
"It only got worse, people were hurt badly but nobody cared. Until the day... I watched my older brother become a real demon, and start destroying the entire world." Chara finished with tears. "The only family I knew... that's when I ran, and well... you know the rest."
"I'm... I'm so sorry to... To remind you of such terrible memories..." Frisk stammered before starting to cry covering her face with her hands sobbing.
Chara hugged her close. "It... it was a lifetime ago Frisk, and besides... Yuya forces me to relive those memories every single day. It isn't your fault little sis."
She gently wiped Frisk's eyes before gently kissing her forehead.
"H-He doesn't know of it though..." Frisk cried as tears run down her eyes, "Is there anything we can do to help you have fun dueling again?"
"I don't think so." Chara apologized. "I'm sorry Frisk."
Frisk soon gets an idea before asking, "Well... What if I duel the Sledgehammer in Yuya's place?"
Chara's eyes widened in horror. "Frisk... weren't you listening? People get hurt badly. I saw people die because of dueling."
"But I want to show you that people can also be saved, or help each other cause of Dueling." Frisk told her taking her shoulders, "I want to be a Dueltainer, and I know I won't be as good as Zarc is but... I want to try, and help you have fun in Dueling! That's my goal now!"
Chara looked down uncertainly. "Frisk... I already lost my family once, don't make me go through that again, please."
"I promise Chara... You won't go through it again. The way Zarc done is wrong but we don't do anything like that. Dueling won't be used for hurting people it's meant to bring joy, and happiness to everyone." Frisk said kissing her forehead, "So please... Trust me."
Chara met Frisk's eyes before chuckling weakly. "Why are you acting like the big sister now? Ok Frisk... I'll trust you."
Hearing that Frisk nodded before they walked back, "Mr. Smiley?"
"Yes?" he asked turning to her while Chara looked down and avoided Yuya's eyes.
"Please... Let me be the one to duel the Sledgehammer." Frisk told him.
"What?" everyone asked in shock hearing that.
"That's a rather odd request to ask. Can I ask you why exactly, and not why not Yuya can?" Nico asked her.
Frisk looked down, "Don't get me wrong... I don't have a single doubt Yuya can school that guy who got that victory unfairly..." She then looked up, "But... But I want to help someone to get their love for Dueling back to her, and... And if I have to face the Sledgehammer then I will."
"Frisk?" Zuzu asked hearing that.
"Hm... Well I'll have to talk it over with the Sledgehammer if that is the case." Nico said cupping his chin in thought turning to Yuya, "Well what say you Yuya? What do you think of her dueling in your place?"
"The Sledgehammer challenged me." Yuya answered. "I'll duel him, and help this person Frisk meant."
"Sorry Yuya but..." Frisk told him turning to him, "I know you want to help your Dad but... Please let me do this, I'm the only person who can help her."
"Can you give us some time to think Mr. Smiley?" Skip asked. "Someone will definitely accept the Sledgehamer's challenge."
"Of course. No less then tomorrow, remember that." Nico said walking out.
The others nodded at that.
"So Yuya... Can you please allow me to duel in your place?" Frisk asked him.
"Frisk... but why?" Yuya asked her.
"Like I told you... I don't have any doubts for you to win against him... But I want to help someone get her love for dueling back, and also cause I'm worried bout you... Because... I love you." Frisk admitted confessing something she kept in her.
Yuya's eyes widened in shock. "You... love me?"
"Can you blame her?" Zuzu asked him, "I mean you're so kind, you want to make people smile and entertain them when you duel, you've been nothing but friendly since they got here."
"You really think so?" Yuya asked with a blush.
"Oh yeah. And besides she, and Uncle Yusho know each other well, and I think she wants to help him as much as you do." Zuzu smiled to him.
Yuya looked at Frisk before nodding. "Alright."
"Okay." Frisk smiled nodding hugging Yuya which surprises him, "Thank you so much Yuya."
Yuya blushed slightly and hugged her back.
"Well, we still don't know if the Sledgehammer would even accept your challenge Frisk." Skip pointed out.
"Well I'll tell him that he has to earn the right to duel Yuya." Frisk told him simply, "Winning against Yusho that way isn't worth him dueling Yuya since he has to prove himself."
"Well, if you think that would work. Just make sure you win so we can get that ARC system." Skip told her.
That made Zuzu gave an annoyed glance but Frisk giggled, "Will do Principal Skip."
That's when she noticed Chara flinch at that.
"Though... Can you please not mention more of it?" Frisk requested, "We kinda get the point."
He blinked before nodding. "Sure."
The next day...
"You fans have to been clamoring for this duel and now it's finally happening!" Nico announced as it shows as scene is turning to a holographic billboard of Yuya vs the Sledgehammer, "Three years ago the famous Dueltainer Yusho Sakaki failed to defend his title against the Sledgehammer! Now Sakaki's own son will try to erase that disgrace! Now lets get this grudge match underway! Here goes, time to activate the field, Castle of Chaos!"
"Augmented Reality Combat System energized. Generating Action Field." a computer voice said as a machine below the arena glowed as the arena transformed into a landscape with castles looking like fangs appeared while a man wearing armor stepped on the balcony.

"I guess he said no." Chara whispered to Frisk.
That was when she notices that Frisk isn't there, and Yuya is before remembering that Nico hasn't been notified of the change.
A footstep echoed as Nico called, "It's him! Guys, and girls presenting the Leo Institute's top Action Duelist and reigning world champion. He's the biggest baddest bruiser to ever pick up a deck... The Sledgehammer!"
The Sledgehammer roared out a cry as Nico added, "His challenger is a kid with a mission! Everybody give it up for Yuya Sakaki!"
"Not him yet!" a voice declared as Frisk stepped up from the other side looking up at the Sledgehammer with a determined stare.
"Wait, he accepted Frisk's challenge?" Asriel asked. "But didn't he just say Yuya?"
"Guess that Nico decided to be funny." Skip admitted.
"What is this? Your not Yuya." the Sledgehammer said having not been notified about Frisk being in.
"No I'm not." Frisk agreed at him, "I'm your opponent."
The Sledgehammer glared, "I don't want you, bring me Sakaki's son!"
"Well guess you forgotten to say please. You gotta earn the right to battle Yuya after your unfair victory against Yusho years ago!" Frisk declared pointing at the Sledgehammer.
"Unfair, that coward refused to face me." the Sledgehammer told her before pausing. "Or is Sakaki's son as big a coward as his father? Yusho runs and Yuya hides behind a little girl."
"A girl who's going to put your mouth in your place. Unless of course your scared of being beaten by a girl." Frisk taunted which isn't something she normally does but for Yuya's sake she's willing to make the most of it to know that Yusho, and Yuya aren't scared.
"Frisk..." Chara started before frowning and turning to Yuya. "Go help her."
Yuya looked at her before saying, "Chara I trust her. And besides if she said she can help who she said she can to get their love for dueling back how can I refuse her request?"
Chara glared at Yuya. "And when she dies?"
"Huh?" Yuya asked hearing that shocked, "What gave you that idea? The Sledgehammer may be a brute but still he wouldn't go that far."
"This isn't a child's Action Field, if she gets hit she'll really get hurt." Chara told him. "What would you do if she ended up falling from that castle or being hit badly? Accidents can and do happen Yuya..."
Just then she notices Frisk's look to her saying to trust her in a pleading manner.
'Frisk...' Chara thought before just looking down quietly.
Frisk turned back, 'I will NOT let you, Yuya, or Yusho down...'
"Okay Sludgejammer!" Frisk said making a pun of his name from Sans' book, "Shall we start this party?"
He growled at her. "Fine, I will drop the hammer on you and then Sakaki's son."
"It looks like sparks are flying and they haven't even started dueling yet! Okay, duelists, get your five cards in hand and get set to battle!" Nico called as the two duelists got their hands prepared as Nico did some poses, and moves going over, "Our duelists and their decks are primed for an epic showdown like nothing you've ever seen before! As we kick off this contest, the whirlwind will leave you breathless! It'll be the duel to end all duels! Only the toughest duelist will survive this face-off! Are you ready!?"
As he asked that Nico raised his hand to snap his fingers.
"Let's do it!" Frisk and the Sledgehammer called together just before Nico snapped and countless cards scattered across the field.
"Action Cards dispersed." stated a robotic female voice.

"Ladies first!" Frisk called before looking at her hand, "Alright, I'll start this off by summoning Royal Guard Trickster - Doggo!"
At that an armored warrior like a dog with closed eyes, and holding two daggers appeared jumping in.

She starts to run off with Doggo close behind her.
"They just started and she's already taking off?" an audience member asked in disbelief.
"The kid should grow some wings, then she can fly away like a real chicken." another said sneering.
"Frisk, I knew this was a bad idea." Zuzu frowned.
"What's the problem?" Yuya asked not getting it.
"She's just running, she shouldn't have challenged him." Gong frowned.
Sledgehammer 1st Turn:
The Sledgehammer watched as Frisk, and Doggo ran off, "You won't escape! Ha!"
His very draw caused a shockwave as he looks seeing a 3000 point monster.
"I activate the spell, Feast of the Wild LV5! This will get the crowd crazy for more because it lets me summon two battling behemoths." the Slegdhammer activated.

At that the trees started to shake, and get knocked down as he called, "No forest can hide you or castle can protect you from the chief of all wild savages! All hail, Battleguard King!"
At that the monster he had drawn was revealed as what he summoned wearing armor, and earrings roaring holding a large club in his hand roaring.

"You can trust Frisk. She has something planned. I know that expression anywhere." Asriel assured her as they turned back.
The Sledgehammer then called, "Next I'll play Pot of Greed to draw two cards."

He drew his cards before smirking. "I activate another Feast of the Wild LV5 to bring Swamp Battleguard and Lava Battleguard back from my graveyard."
The two monsters reappeared at that.

"Now for every Warrior monster I sacrifice Battleguard King gets an extra attack." the Sledgehammer revealed as Swamp Battleguard and Lava Battleguard vanished, "Now attack!"
Battleguard King charged in with a roar only for Frisk to grab a card, "I activate the Action Spell, Evasion!"

"With this me, and Doggo can dodge the attack heading in!" Frisk called as Doggo took Frisk jumping to avoid the attack despite his blindness.
"Why doesn't Frisk stand and fight?" Gong asked his frustration growing, "She can't keep avoiding-"
"I wouldn't jump to any conclusions." a woman told him as they looked behind them to see a blonde haired woman having green eyes, and having on a beige shirt, and black jeans was walking up with a smile her hands in her pockets with Tori, and Asgore with her.
"Mrs. Sakaki, mom, dad." Asriel smiled.
"Yoko hi." Skip mentioned as he turned to see her.
"Frisk's running is actually pretty cunning, Gong." Yoko mentioned, "After all she learned it from Yuya."
"So you know how to use Action Card's little girl? So let's see how long! Battleguard King attack again!" the Sledgehammer called as the King charged another attack.
Frisk at this look around before tapping Doggo as he ran to another direction as he jumped allowing Frisk to grab another card calling, "I'll be casting this card Miracle!"

The mace slammed but narrowly missed as Frisk explained, "Doggo isn't destroyed, and the damage I take is halved!" (Frisk: 3300) "That was close."
"That was two attacks little girl. Here is the third one!" the Sledgehammer called as the monster charged in for one final attack.
"There's no Action Card near her." Yuya panicked.
The mace this time slammed down as Nico announced, "Whoa, that should wipe the smile off that Dog's face! Battleguard King took it out with a single blow-Wait, she's okay!"
They noticed that Frisk had jumped out as the Sledgehammer questioned, "She survived?"
At that it shows on a screen the audience can see as Frisk explained, "Yeah, but barely! I had activated a Trap known as SOUL Barrier."

"I guess Frisk's not doing bad, but I still don't see what she's up too." Zuzu admitted.
"I think I do. For a long time, Yuya's been treating everything as a joke. Clowning around was his way of protecting himself. You see, Yuya felt that people would look down on him because of his father." Yoko explained with a smile, "He idolized his dad. To Yuya, he wasn't just a great duelist, but a hero. Frisk also looks up to Yusho like that not as a father but as a hero. Now they have a chance to be like him... And prove he was a hero."
"Plus she loves Yuya." Asriel added.
That made Yoko blink turning over to Yuya with a surprised look.
"She told me yesterday." he explained.
"And what did you say?" Yoko asked him.
"I... haven't said anything yet." Yuya admitted.
Yoko nodded before they turned back.

Frisk 2nd Turn:
'I'm not against a snob, or some Duelist of low caliber... He's an elite...' Frisk thought looking onward, 'But I will keep my promise, and help Chara, and Yuya!'
"Draw!" Frisk called drawing looking, 'Alright I know what to do.' "Alright I'll sacrifice two of my SOUL Tokens!"
Two of the hearts vanished as she added, "To summon a true king! Asgore, King of Monsters!"
What rose was Asgore wearing golden armor holding a red spear.

A small screen popped up on his Duel Disk showing Frisk is serious, "Their not scared of you!"
"Oh, yeah?" the Sledgehammer questioned.
"They would've beaten you easy!" Frisk told him, "And I'll prove it, too! By taking you down using all the moves Yusho, and Yuya taught me!"
"Ha! I can see you talk a tough game, but your monsters pack no punch!" the Sledgehammer called at Frisk's own screen before pointing out, "Your goat can't use it's spear on Battleguard King!"
Frisk only grinned, "Not by himself of course, and I'll help him. Asgore's ability banishes a card in your hand!"
Asgore threw his spear taking a card from Sledgehammer's hand making it vanish as the Sledgehammer grunted from this.
"What a move, it seems this young girl has some bite to back up her bark." Nico Smiley announced.
Frisk then called, "Then as a bonus, I'll activate Power of DETERMINATION!"
Power of DETERMINATION
Equip Spell Card
Equip this card to 1 monster you control. The equipped monster gains 1000 ATK, also it cannot be destroyed by card effects. During the End Phase, if the equipped monster declares an attack this turn: Destroy it.
"With this Goat Dad is stronger then your King!" Frisk called as red power enveloped Asgore.
Asgore, King of Monsters: (ATK: 2900 + 1000 = 3900)
Asgore, Toriel, Asriel, and Chara looked down hearing that.
"What's with the looks?" Zuzu asked noticing that.
"Only humans can handle DETERMINATION. It can make a monster temporarily stronger... but it also kills them." Asgore explained quietly.
That shocks them as they turned over.
"It's stronger!?" the Sledgehammer asked in shock.
"But their's a price. Determination can make a monster stronger... But it also destroys the monster effected by this during the end of the turn." Frisk revealed at this.
"A risky move." Nico Smiley announced. "Will it pay off though?"
Frisk then called, "Let's go Goat Dad!"
Asgore's Duel Monster form placed Frisk on his shoulder as they went off as she grabbed an Action Card discarding it to activate something, "Next I activate my face-down, Lockdown!"
Lockdown
Normal Trap Card
Discard 1 card: Target 1 monster your opponent controls; it loses 500 ATK for each monster you control this turn. If the targeted monster is destroyed by battle: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the original ATK of that monster.
"So now your King now knells as it loses 500 points for each monster on my field!" Frisk called as Battleguard King's strength was sapped forcing it to take a knee. (ATK: 3000 - (500 * 4) = 1000)
"Only 1000 points!" the Sledgehammer cried in shock.
The crowd sounded off as Nico announced, "Unbelievable! Frisk just turned Sledgehammer's hero into a zero!"
"Now I see that you've been playing games with me from the beginning." the Sledgehammer realized. "You just pretended to run away to find as many Action Cards as your feeble fragile fingers could pick."
Frisk smiled looking at Asgore's Duel Monster form. "It was risky, but I knew the duel would swing my way. And besides I'm in this more then helping Yusho."
"Frisk..." Yuya whispered in awe.
"Okay time to finish this!" Frisk called as Asgore gets ready to throw his spear, "By the way due to Lockdown's effect when Asgore destroys your King you take his original points as damage!"
"His original points, if I take 2900 points of damage from her attack and then 3000 from her trap card the results will be beyond catastrophic." the Sledgehammer thought.
"Alright Asgore! Finish this!" Frisk called as Asgore throw his spear striking Battleguard King triggering a huge smokecloud.
"Is it over in a single blow?" Nico Smiley asked as the group watched in anticipation.
The smoke soon cleared revealing Battleguard King survived.
"Too little too late." the Sledgehammer taunted, "Surprise, little girl!"
His monster roared as they watched shocked as Zuzu asked, "How did he...?"
They later see from the smoke the Slegehammer had used an Action Card which they noticed from it's design is Miracle, "You're not the only one who has a Miracle spell card. I was keeping this baby handy just in case!" (Sledgehammer: 2550)
"Oh no!" Asriel panicked.
'He must've grabbed another Action Card...' Frisk grunted at this.
"Talk about staying cool under fire, the Sledgehammer shows once again why he's the champ." Nico commentated.
"You pose no threat to me little girl." the Sledgehammer called as he finally jumped from the castle down to the forest. "Just like your idol, you're all show and no grit and this trap is going to prove it."
He activated his face-down as he said that.

Activate this card by targeting 1 Warrior-Type monster you control. It gains 1000 ATK. Monsters destroyed by battle with it are returned to the hand instead of going to the Graveyard. When that monster leaves the field, destroy this card.

"Wait, but when she ends her turn..." Yuya started nervously.
Frisk quickly looked around finding an Action Spell grabbing it before calling, "I activate the Spell, No Equipment!"

"With this card all equipment cards are destroyed!" Frisk called as Power of DETERMINATION shattered as the red glow died from Asgore.

Asriel let out a sigh of relief seeing that before hugging Asgore.
"I mean Gong knows her monster would be destroyed by she had those Tokens to defend her right?" Gong asked confused.
"She would never hurt her friends. That's how kind she is." Chara stated to him simply.
Asriel smiled and nodded at that. "Yeah."
'Okay I didn't expect his monster to survive, and now Goat Dad won't stand a chance next turn.' Frisk grunted, "I... End my turn."
"Battleguard King is now ready to take a stand! The King of Savages is stronger then ever!" Nico announced as Battleguard King stood up roaring. (ATK: 2000 + (500 * 4) = 4000)
"Oh no!" Yuya cried. "Frisk!"
The Sledgehammer 2nd Turn:
"I'll admit you were interesting but no-one walks over the Sledgehammer, and gets away with it!" the Sledgehammer called drawing.
"Uh oh, Goat Dad let's go now!" Frisk called as she, and Asgore began running to another Action Card with the SOUL Tokens following.
"You won't escape!" the Sledgehammer called before declaring, "Now Battleguard King attack that Goat, and show it who's the real king!"
"Action Card!" Frisk cried jumping to it with Asgore helping her as she reached but Battleguard King's mace slammed on Asgore causing him to scream shattering as Frisk cried out landing on the ground rolling to a one knee position. (Frisk: 2200)
Asriel and Chara immediately hugged Asgore tightly seeing that.
Asgore grunted placing his arms around both of them as King stomped to Frisk as she looked up shocked as the Sledgehammer stated on Battleguard King's hand, "Because of Battleguard Rage's effect, your Goat goes back to your hand instead of the graveyard."
"Well as I do that since Goat Dad's destroyed by battle, I add a SOUL card to my hand." Frisk said adding a card while adding Asgore back to her hand.
"And also, I used this." the Sledgehammer smirked showing another Action Card.

If a monster you control destroys an opponent's monster by battle: Destroy all Level 4 or lower monsters on the field, and if you do; inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each monster destroyed by this effect.
"So your Tokens join your monster, and you lose 1500 points!" the Sledgehammer called as Frisk's eyes widen only for her Tokens to shatter as she grunted from the explosions. (Frisk: 0700)
"This... she can't win." Chara whispered looking down.
"Luckily for you, my Battleguard King cannot attack again this turn. You'll survive for now." the Sledgehammer smirked to her before setting a card, "But I promise this, you won't last long. It is useless, but go ahead and draw. Maybe you should pull a disappearing act, kid. After all, like teacher, like student!"
"No thanks! I'm still-!" Frisk started only to pause looking at her hand, 'Oh this isn't looking good... I don't have anything that can beat a 4000 point behemoth, and who knows what else? Still there's gotta be a way for me to take him down, I can't let Yuya, and Chara down!'
"When things get tough try to laugh when you feel like crying." a man's voice echoed in her head. "Don't worry about anything. If the pendulum swings one way you know it'll swing the other way too. Try to remember what I've told you."
Hearing that Frisk looked up with confidence back in her eyes.

Frisk 2nd Turn:
"Alright... Time for one last push! Time for things to swing my way!" Frisk called drawing as sparkles appeared.
Just then Yuya's Pendulum began to glow.
(A/N (Ulrich362): Frisk, Chara, and Asriel have heard Yuya say that before, not Yusho.)
"What the, Yuya what's going on?" Zuzu asked seeing that.
"I-I don't know!" Yuya cried startled.
Frisk watched in awe as some of her cards turned before she gained a stare, "I set Scale 2, Mettaton, and Scale 8 Royal Guard Captain - Undyne to set the Pendulum Scale! It's time to start an Underground Performance!"
At that a small robot along with a fish woman wearing armor, and holding a spear rose up on different pillars with numbers below them.

"Monsters Sealed from the Underground! Break through the barrier, and make peace with humanity! Pendulum Summon!" Frisk chanted before calling, "Come my monsters!"
The portal shot two things as it was revealed to be a skeleton wearing a hoodie, and Asgore but he's different.

Yuya was watching in shock before looking at his Pendulum, 'Did my Pendulum do that?'
"The kid summoned two monsters at once. I should be the one flexing my dueling muscles in front of this crowd." the Sledgehammer said before turning to his Duel Disk for Nico, "I can't believe a puny girl like her can pull such a powerful maneuver. It must be a trick."
Nico appeared on a small screen. "I'm stunned too, but if her move wasn't legit the judges would have intervened."
"Where did she learn this Pendulum Summoning?" the Sledgehammer questioned.
"Now time to end this." Frisk started, "Sans attack Battleguard King!"
Sans' right eye glowed blue before vanishing from sight.
"Huh, what's she doing?" Asriel asked. "Sans has less points."
A bone hit King's head as it looked up seeing Sans with a 'heya' before vanishing where a blast fired which King jumped to dodge as Sans continued trying to blast as a dice is being rolled.
"It all comes down to luck." Chara frowned.
The Sledgehammer jumped off as he stared at the battle happening, "What's going on?"
"What's going on is Sans' ability." Frisk answered before explaining, "Now a Dice Rolls, and if it lands on an Odd Number then Sans can destroy your King before calculation applies. On the otherhand if it's an even number it's Sans himself that goes out."
"Come on Frisk." Skip said crossing his fingers.
They watched as the battle continued between King's dodging, and Sans' Gaster Blasters.
Soon the dice stopped rolling revealing the number.

"It's odd!" Asriel cheered.
Sans soon readied a Gaster Blaster from above this time striking vaporizing Battleguard King as the Sledgehammer cried shocked, "That move leaves me wide open!"
"And now Asgore time to finish this!" Frisk called as Asgore charged as the Sledgehammer ran for an Action Card only for Frisk to call, "Don't bother! Since a Pendulum Monster is attacking Undyne forbids you from using anything to stop an attack thanks to her Pendulum Ability!"
"She what?" the Sledgehammer asked in shock.
With the attack not stopping Asgore struck the Sledgehammer with his spear causing him to cry out landing on the ground.

Sledgehammer: 0000
Frisk wins the duel!
"She... she won?" Zuzu asked in disbelief.
"Goat Dad, great job!" Frisk smiled to her monsters, "You two, Sans, Undyne, Mettaton!"
A holographic screen shows Frisk before it shows 'Win' on it. The field started to disappear with the end of the duel as the entire crowd watched in stunned silence.
Soon Frisk blinked looking around, "Huh? What happened to the field?"
"Huh, hey what happened to the Sledgehammer?" she then asked noticing he was on the ground.
"Frisk!" Chara cried running to her before embracing her in a hug. "Are you ok?"
"Ah!" Frisk cried startled, "Y-Yeah I'm okay, Chara."
Chara nodded with tears.
Meanwhile...
At a building a bit shaped like a hourglass where the words LID was shown on one side while LEO Corporation was shown on the other.
A man with a long red scarf entered from a white light before taking a seat as a suited man walked behind him with a clipboard.
"Good new sir, we just ID'd the kid in question." the man mentioned as a screen appeared showing Frisk. "Her name is Frisk Dreemurr, 12 years old. Seems to be your typical school student. Dreemurr duels in the youth Arc-League since her Date of Birth is behind some of her Classmates. And is also one of the kids to have gone to Mt. Ebott, and emerged back unharmed, and is the Ambassassor of Monsters."
"I see." the man in the scarf noted. "What about her dueling record?"
"Nothing special." the man said as the screen shows duels that Frisk duels a bit of a even field with 50-50 on wins, and loses.
The man in the scarf frowned seeing that. "Keep an eye on her and let me know immediately if anything of note comes up."
"Well there is something else. She trains at a institution named You Show Duel School." the man mentioned as he had the screen turn to the outside of You Show.
"You Show?" the man in the scarf asked hearing that. "His school... things are getting interesting."
"And apparently that her cards are based on what she experienced from Mt. Ebott." the man said as they see several of Frisk's cards against the Sledgehammer.
"I see, that's... wait, play that last turn again." the man in the scarf mentioned. "Zoom in on her schoolmates."
At that the man stopped the video playing back before zooming in on the You Show group. They saw Yuya's Pendulum glowing.
"Do you think that trinket of Yusho's son may have done something to make this Pendulum Summoning?" the man asked him.
"I do, and if that pendant could alter someone else's cards... it may be the key to our real objective." he stated calmly.
